Cloud Computing provides various services to the customer in aﬂex-ible and reliable *** Machines(VM)are created from physical resources of the data center for handling huge number of requests as a *** tasks are executed in the VM at the data center which needs excess hosts for satis-fying the customer *** VM migration solves this problem by migrating the VM from one host to another host and makes the resources available at any *** process is carried out based on various algorithms which follow a pre-deﬁned capacity of source VM leads to the capacity issue at the destination *** proposed VM migration technique performs the migration process based on the request of the requesting host *** technique can perform in three ways namely single VM migration,Multiple VM migration and Cluster VM *** Deployment Manager(CDM)is used to support through negotiation that happens across the source host and destination host for providing the high quality service to their *** VM migration requests are handled with an exposure of the source host *** proposed analysis also uses the retired instructions with execution by the hypervisor to achieve high *** objective of the proposed technique is to perform a VM migration process based on the prior knowledge of the resource availability in the target VM.

Alagille syndrome(ALGS;OMIM#118450)is a highlyvariable,multi-systemic,autosomal dominant disorder,caused by mutations in the Jagged Canonical Notch Ligand 1(JAG1)gene(20p12.2)or in the Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 2(NOTCH2)gene(1p13).^(1)It primarily affects the liver,heart,eyes,face,kidney,skin,vertebrae,and skeleton.^(1,2)The JAG1 gene has 26 exons and about 90%of the ALGS cases result from pathogenic variants in the JAG1 and around 7%of cases have deletions in chromosome 20 that include this gene.

Latent fingerprints（LFPs） are the major physical evidences for the identification of individuals during crime spot investigation. Till date, numerous methods were followed to visualize LFPs. However, simple,accurate, and cost-effective method has wide scope in advanced forensic field. In our work, Ca2 SiO4：Dy^（3＋）nanopowders（NPs） were fabricated via solution combustion route. The optimized sample was employed for the visualization of overlapped LFPs by the cost effective powder dusting method. The obtained results reveals the complete three levels of ridge characteristics with high sensitivity, reproducibility,selectivity, and reliability on various complex surfaces. The photoluminescence（PL） spectra consist of intense peaks at ～ 480 and 574 nm owing to ~4 F（9/2） →~6 H（15/2） and ~4 F（9/2）→~6 H（13/2） 4 f transitions of Dy3＋ ions,respectively. The photometric properties confirm that the samples exhibit intense white emission with high color purity. Therefore, the prepared NPs could be a definitive choice as an advanced luminescent NPs for forensic, solid state lighting and portable FED devices.

The Calcineurin b-Like Calcium Sensors CbL1 and CbL9 Together with Their Interacting Protein Kinase ClPK26 Regulate the Arabidopsis NADPH Oxidase RbOHF

Stimulus-specific accumulation of second messengers like reactive oxygen species （ROS） and Ca^＋ are central to many signaling and regulation processes in plants. However, mechanisms that govern the reciprocal interrelation of Ca^＋ and ROS signaling are only beginning to emerge. NADPH oxidases of the respiratory burst oxidase homolog （RbOH） family are critical components contributing to the generation of ROS while Calcineurin b-like （CbL） Ca^＋ sensor proteins together with their interacting kinases （CIPKs） have been shown to function in many Ca^＋- signaling processes. In this study, we identify direct functional interactions between both signaling systems. We report that the CbL-interacting pro- tein kinase ClPK26 specifically interacts with the N-terminal domain of RbOHF in yeast two-hybrid analyses and with the full-length RbOHF protein in plant cells. In addition, CIPK26 phosphorylates RbOHF in vitro and co-expression of either CbL1 or CbL9 with CIPK26 strongly enhances ROS production by RbOHF in HEK293T cells. Together, these findings identify a direct interconnection between CbL-ClPK-mediated Ca^＋ signaling and ROS signaling in plants and provide evidence for a synergistic activation of the NADPH oxidase RbOHF by direct Ca^＋-binding to its EF-hands and Ca2＋-induced phospho-rylation by CbL1/9-ClPK26 complexes.

AIM:A decoction of Elephantopus scaber(Asteraceae) root is used to treat liver disorders in Indian and Chinese traditional *** study was designed to examine the dose response effects of *** methanolic extract on rats exposed to N-nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA) induced hepatotoxicity(0.02% NDEA in water five days per week,per oral) in preventive and curative ***:In preventive groups,NDEA was administered for six *** doses of *** methanolic extract(200 and 100 mg kg 1) started one week before the onset of NDEA intoxication and continued for six *** curative animals,NDEA was administered for six weeks followed by treatment with the methanolic n-hexane extract of ***(200 and 100 mg kg 1) for ten ***:*** extract treatment significantly(P ≤ 0.05) reduced the levels of AST,ALT,and MDA in both experimental *** extract also enhanced the antioxidant enzyme and protein levels in rats intoxicated with *** with the extract dose dependently protected the liver from NDEA-induced hepatotoxicity with normal hepatocytes and uniform sinusoids,but in some areas showed degenerating hepatic cells in both treatment ***:*** methanolic extract dose dependently prevented and reversed the hepatotoxicity induced by NDEA in both experimental models.
