食物垃圾(FW)是一种未开发的资源,具有很高的资源回收能力。在暗发酵(DF)中使用FW作为底物被广泛研究,因为FW含有大量有机物质和水分,如脂质、淀粉和蛋白质。暗发酵具有从食物垃圾中生产高价值副产物生产的能力,如乳酸(LA),氢(H2),醇(EtOH),短链脂肪酸和甲烷。此外,已经证明氢是有前景的能源之一,对减少对化石燃料的依赖至关重要。另外,VFA也被广泛应用,如作为替代碳源的利用。本研究采用中温半连续的反应器系统,以食品垃圾废水为底物进行产氢和挥发性脂肪酸VFAs,研究PHP(预处理、HRT和pH)系统对氢和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产生的影响。另外,将PHP和非调控的系统进行比较。首先研究了酸碱度和预处理的影响。通过重复SAS分析表明,这些因素(酸碱度和预处理)对H2产率、VFA浓度、VFA/可溶性化学耗氧量(SCOD)和H2/SCOD这些指标有显著影响(P<0.0001)。邓肯比较表明,在pH=7条件下,化学处理(CT)的H2产率和产量最高,而在pH=6时,化学处理(CT)组的VFA产量和浓度最高,VFA浓度为55.44±2.39 g/L,产率为926.21±42.27mg/g SCOD,此时 H2 产量为 280.82±5.72 ml/L,产率为 4.44±0.10ml/g SCOD。最佳条件时(pH=6,CT预处理)发酵液中的丁酸盐和乙酸盐含量占总挥发性脂肪酸VFAs总量的62.43%。另一方面,实验结果表明,pH=5对H2和VFA的生成没有显著促进作用。此外,在pH=7和CT预处理的基础之上,本课题研究了水力停留时间(HRT)对发酵过程的影响。其中三种不同的HRT(2d、3d和4d)用于评估其对氢和VFA生产的影响。单因素方差分析表明,HRT对H2的产量和产率有显著影响,而在HRT=3d时出现H2的最高产量和产率,分别为263.82±18.44,5.19±0.40 ml/g SCOD。相反,HRT对VFA的产率无显著影响,当HRT在2d到4d内变化时,VFA浓度在36.03±1.72至40.19±1.53 g/L范围内波动。但是HRT对VFA的浓度有显著影响,在HRT=2d时VFA浓度达到最高值40.19±1.53 g/L。本实验产物以丁酸盐为主,占总VFA的50%。另外,结果表明,HRT=2d时的H2和VFA产量最低。通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)的变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)-在16S rDNA分析的扩增的V3-V4区域,在所有HRT水平上均检测出产氢和产VFA的菌种。结果表明,微生物的高度多样性为HRT2,其具有最高的氢产率和VFA浓度。所检测出来的主要菌种是乳酸杆菌,事实证明,乳酸杆菌不会影响氢的产生,而梭菌属是产氢所必需的菌种。同时本研究发现,丁酸梭菌的存在是形成丁酸盐发酵的主要原因。此外,还对同一 HRT条件下PHP系统与非调控系统进行了比较研究。配对样本T检验表明,PHP系统与非调控系统对氢气和VFA的产生有显著性差异(P<0.0001)。非调控系统的氢气产率为0.19ml/L,PHP系统的氢气产率升高至263.82ml/L。PHP系统的VFA产量比非调控系统高1.8倍,因此PHP是一种可以提高H2和VFA产量的较为理想的工艺。

基于IoT和数据加密技术的管理车辆系统上的威胁安全检测对于实现智能运输系统(ITS)和安全隐私保护至关重要。这样可以方便车辆数据隐私的管理和控制,提高数据认证的安全性,保护数据隐私。在物联网云中,节点可以通过相互传递消息来共享信息资源。但是,由于环境脆弱,网络容易受到安全攻击和隐私攻击。消息身份验证是确保通信安全的一种重要方法,并且已在物联网网络中广泛使用。然而,由于车辆网络的动态性和拓扑结构,车辆网络中的节点对消息具有严格的时间要求。针对物联网车辆网络的现有认证方案未能满足网络的严格时间要求,从而导致信息丢失。信息丢失经常发生在节点上,特别是在困难的情况下。因此,有必要研究车辆系统中安全有效的消息认证方案。首先,介绍了基于物联网和认证的车辆系统的研究现状和未来发展趋势。然后,我们描述了我们研究的必要性和创新性。此外,我们讨论了威胁安全识别中出现的保护和隐私问题。我们提出一种有效的数字签名,加密算法高级加密标准(AES)算法来加密和解密数据,并使用身份验证算法提高消息身份验证的速率,以减少消息身份验证的计算成本和时间因素。对该算法进行了广泛的分析评估,结果表明该算法是有效的,可以保证信息安全和用户隐私。其次,为了避免由于认证延迟而导致的高消息丢失率问题,我们基于网络的特殊性提出了一种高效安全的消息认证方案。车辆通信的重点是保护隐私数据。在本文方案中,车辆将接收到的消息分为几个优先级队列,并根据分类结果对消息进行身份验证,优先级高的消息将得到优先验证,从而降低了车辆的重要消息丢失率。本文针对路边单元引入了一种基于反向拍卖的合作认证算法,合作认证可以减少攻击的工作量,而且拍卖机制可以使用高级加密标准算法使数据受到更多保护。本文通过大量的分析和仿真对所提方案进行了评估,结果表明该方案可以提高认证效率,显着降低消息丢失率,并保证信息的安全性和私密性。

With the increase of heat transfer problems in marine vehicles and submerged power stations in oceans,the search for an efficient finned-tube heat exchanger has become particularly *** purpose of the present investigation is to analyze and compare the thermal exchange and flow characteristics between five different fin designs,namely:a concentric circular finned-tube(CCFT),an eccentric circular finned-tube(ECFT),a perforated circular finned-tube(PCFT),a serrated circular finned-tube(SCFT),and a star-shaped finned-tube(S-SFT).The fin design and spacing impact on the thermal-flow performance of a heat exchanger was computed at Reynolds numbers varying from 4,300 to 15,*** the numerical results,and when the fin spacing has been changed from 2 to 7 mm,an enhancement in the Colburn factor and a reduction in the friction factor and fin performances were observed for all cases under *** criteria were checked to select the most efficient fin design:the performance evaluation criterion P EC,the global performance criterion G PC,and the mass global performance criterion M G *** the value of Reynolds number,the conventional CCFT provided the lowest performance evaluation criterion P EC,while the SCFT gave the highest amount of P *** most significant value of G PC was reached with the ECFT;however,G PC remained almost the same for CCFT,PCFT,SCFT,and *** terms of the mass global performance criterion,the S-SFT provides the highest M Gpc as compared with the full fins of CCFT(41-73%higher)and ECFT(29-54%higher).Thus,the heat exchanger with S-SFT is recommended to be used in the cooling of offshore energy systems.

An efficient and facile approach for tetrachlorosilane as an in situ mediated transformation via a one-pot, synthesis of vicinal bromoazides through the generation of BrN3 from azidochlorosilane and N-bromosuccinimide in acetonitrile as solvent at ambient temperature is achieved. This catalytic process represents a highly regioselective and high yielding method for the synthesis of 1,2- bromoazides. Thiamine pyrophosphate （TPP） riboswitches regulate essential genes in bacteria by changing conformation upon binding intracellular TPP. Molecular docking studies are conducted to understand the orientation and the interaction of each synthesized molecules with TPP riboswitches, 2016 Chinese Chemical Society and Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academv of Medical Sciences.

Incidence, clinical features and para-clinical findings of achalasia in Algeria: Experience of 25 years

AIM To investigate the incidence of achalasia in Algeria and to determine its clinical and para-clinical profile. To evaluate the impact of continuing medical education(CME) on the incidence of this *** From 1990 to 2014, 1256 patients with achalasia were enrolled in this prospective study. A campaign of CME on diagnosis involving different regions of the country was conducted between 1999 and 2003. Annual incidence and prevalence were calculated by relating the number of diagnosed cases to 105 inhabitants. Each patient completed a standardized questionnaire, and underwent upper endoscopy, barium swallow and esophageal manometry. We systematically looked for Allgrove syndrome and familial *** The mean annual incidence raised from 0.04(95%CI: 0.028-0.052) during the 1990 s to 0.27/105 inhabitants/year(95%CI: 0.215-0.321) during the 2000 s. The incidence of the disease was two and half times higher in the north and the center compared to the south of the country. One-hundred-and-twenty-nine(10%) were children and 97(7.7%) had Allgrove syndrome. Familial achalasia was noted in 18 different families. Patients had dysphagia(99%), regurgitation(83%), chest pain(51%), heartburn 24.5% and weight loss(70%). The lower esophageal sphincter was hypertensive in 53% and hypotensive in 0.6%.CONCLUSION The mean incidence of achalasia in Algeria is at least 0.27/105 inhabitants. A good impact on the incidence of CME was noted. A gradient of incidence between different regions of the country was found. This variability is probably related to genetic and environmental factors. The discovery of an infantile achalasia must lead to looking for Allgrove syndrome and similar cases in the family.
