Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying the pre-excitation regimen in the treatment of patients with refractory relapsed acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Methods:This research work was carried out in our hospital(Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital)from September 2021 to September 2022.A total of 50 cases were selected for this study,and all were given a pre-excitation treatment plan,mainly low-dose cytarabine,aclarithromycin,etoposide,granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,and more were *** clinical intervention effect was then ***:Among the 50 patients in this study,the results showed that the treatment was very effective for 22 cases,accounting for 44.00%;effective for 14 cases,accounting for 28.00%;and ineffective for 14 cases,accounting for 28.00%.The total rate of effectiveness was 72.00%.The hematopoietic system adverse reactions of the patients were mainly bone marrow *** 50 patients had different degrees of blood count decline,among which some patients’neutrophils were less than 0.5×10^(9)/*** median time was 7 *** them,25 patients had infection problems,the incidence rate was 50.00%,the patient’s platelet count PLT<20×109/L,and the median time was 10 *** the same time,among the 50 patients in this study,34(68.00%)patients had symptoms such as loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,and fatigue,17(34.00%)patients showed hair loss,mildly elevated transaminases were observed in 8(16.00%)patients,and 11(22.00%)patients had muscle ***:In the treatment of patients with refractory complex acute non-lymphocytic leukemia,the application of pre-excitation regimen has a significant effect,which can improve the adverse symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of patients.

Objective:Multiple myeloma has a great impact on patients;the use of implant denture restorative treatment is ideal,and it is vital to carry out scientific treatment ***:The research subjects were inclusive of 60 patients with mxiltiple myeloma,who were randomly selected from January 2019 to December *** patients were divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 patients in each *** patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,while the patients in the study group were treated with lenalidomide combined with cyclophosphamide and *** effectiveness of treatment,adverse effects,and clinical indices of the two groups were ***:Comparing different treatment methods,the differences in the indices between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The use of lenalidomide combined with cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma increases the effectiveness of treatment and improves patientsJ clinical indices;thus,it is worthy of promotion.

Bone bionics and structural engineering have sparked a broad interest in optimizing artificial scaffolds for better bone ***,the mechanism behind scaffold pore morphology-regulated bone regeneration remains unclear,making the structure design of scaffolds for bone repair *** address this issue,we have carefully assessed diverse cell behaviors of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)on theβ-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)scaffolds with three representative pore morphologies(i.e.,cross column,diamond,and gyroid pore unit,respectively).Among the scaffolds,BMSCs on theβ-TCP scaffold with diamond pore unit(designated as D-scaffold)demonstrated enhanced cytoskeletal forces,elongated nucleus,faster cell mobility,and better osteogenic differentiation potential(for example,the alkaline phosphatase expression level in D-scaffold were 1.5-2 times higher than other groups).RNA-sequencing analysis and signaling pathway intervention revealed that Ras homolog gene family A(RhoA)/Rho-associated kinase-2(ROCK2)has in-depth participated in the pore morphology-mediated BMSCs behaviors,indicating an important role of mechanical signaling transduction in scaffold-cell ***,femoral condyle defect repair results showed that D-scaffold could effectively promote endogenous bone regeneration,of which the osteogenesis rate was 1.2-1.8 times higher than the other ***,this work provides insights into pore morphology-mediated bone regeneration mechanisms for developing novel bioadaptive scaffold designs.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pegaspargase combined with chemotherapy on patients with ***:Seventy patients with lymphoma admitted to Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital between December 2020 and June 2021 were selected as study subjects and were equally divided into the control group and the intervention group using the lottery method,with 35 cases in each group;the control group received conventional treatment,while the intervention group received pegaspargase combined with *** treatment satisfaction,quality of life,psychological status,and incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups were ***:The differences in the indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Pegaspargase combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of lymphoma patients;hence,it is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.

Objective:To study the efficacy of dasatinib treatment in different clinical stages of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia(CML).Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)were selected for experimental *** to different clinical stages,they were divided into chronic phase,accelerated phase and blast phase,and all of them were treated with ***:The complete cytogenetic response remission rate,complete hematologic remission rate,and major molecular biological remission rate in the chronic phase were significantly ***,the overall survival time and relapse-free survival time in the chronic phase were significantly longer,and the mortality during the follow-up period in the chronic phase was also significantly ***,the incidence of hematological adverse reactions of gradesⅢtoⅣin the chronic phase was significantly lower compared with the corresponding data of patients in the accelerated phase and blast phase with P<***:Different clinical stages of CML patients have different curative effects of dasatinib,which can effectively treat patients in chronic stage.

Anti-diabetic potential of Urena lobata leaf extract through inhibition of dipeptidyl peptidase IV activity

Objective: To evaluate the anti-diabetic potential of leaf extract from Urena lobata(U. lobata) through dipeptidyl peptidase IV(DPP-IV) inhibitory ***: U. lobata leaf was extracted in hot water and ethanol. The activity of DPPIV inhibitor was tested by in vitro study using gly-pro-p-nitroanilide as substrat of DPPIV and vildagliptin, as standard reference. A product of the reactions between gly-pro-pnitroanilide and DPP-IV, was observed by microplate readers with λ = 405 nm. All data were expressed as mean ± SD and the IC50 value was determined by non linear regression curve fit. Active substances in leaf extract of U. lobata was analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. DPP-IV inhibitory activity of active compounds was evaluated in silico using docking server. Results: The ethanolic extract of U. lobata showed stronger DPP-IV inhibitor activity than water extract with the IC50 values of 1 654.64 and 6 489.88 μg/mL, respectively. Vildagliptin, based on standard reference for DPP-IV inhibitor activity, has IC50 value of 57.44 μg/mL. Based on in silico analysis, mangiferin, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol in U. lobata extract have a strong inhibitory activity on DPP-IV. Conclusions: The results showed that DPP-IV inhibitory activity of U. lobata is related to its active compounds such as mangiferin, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol.

Road traffic is the main factor causing the decline in amphibian populations worldwide. The proper design of an amphibian tunnel is one of the most efficient measures to mitigate the negative impacts of road traffic on amphibians. However, no study has investigated the effectiveness of amphibian tunnels under semi-controlled conditions in Asian amphibians. Here, we selected two representative amphibian species, the Chinese brown frog, Rana chensinensis, and the Asiatic toad, Bufo gargarizans, which suffer the most severe road mortality along the roads in Northeast China. We placed experimental arrays of culverts of various sizes(diameters of 1.5, 1, and 0.5 m for circular culverts; side lengths of 1.5, 1, and 0.5 m for box culverts), and substrate type(soil, concrete, and metal) to examine the preferences of both species during the migratory season between May and September in 2016 and 2017. The results revealed that the Chinese brown frog preferred mid-and large-sized culverts as well as soil culverts. We concluded that culverts with a side length ≥ 1 m, lined with soil, and accompanied by a ≥ 0.4 m high guide drift fence and ≤ 45° gradient on the roadside ditch wall would best facilitate road crossings for both species and likely for other amphibian species in Northeast China.
