Growth can be defined as an increment in biomass or an increment in weight or height of the organs of the plant influenced by physiological *** of these processes have their limits genetically determined,but climate and irrigation play an important *** of its importance,microclimate has been extensively studied in the modeling as a surrounding condition which is imposed by the exterior *** main objective of this work was to develop a temperature model based on the energy balance dynamics at two different greenhouse locations-South-eastern Spain and Northern China,and the traditional structures of Chinese solar greenhouse and Almería-type multi-span greenhouse were taken into *** final model was developed by combining the external conditions,the actuator influence and the crop growth,where the temperature is influenced by soil,crop,cover,actuators,back wall and greenhouse *** model took into account the energy lost by convective and conductive fluxes,as well as the energy supplied by solar radiation and heating *** soil and the back wall are the main media for energy *** temperature dynamic was determined by a physical model,which considered the energy balance from a holistic point of view-as a sub-model for a customizable interface among the external climate,the plant and the greenhouse *** influences of different subsystems included in the temperature model were analyzed and *** results showed a high R^(2)value of 0.94 for Beijing and 0.95 for Almeria,and the average error was low,of which the MAE and RMSE were 0.71 and 1.365 for Almeria and 0.62 and 1.102 for Beijing,***,the model can be considered as a powerful tool for control design purposes in microclimate systems.

Number of Calving and Its Relationship with Productive Indicators in Nelore Cows

The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship of the calving number with productive indicators in Nelore cows in a grazing system in the Bolivian *** data,corresponding to the period between 1991 and 2019 referred to 1,566 primiparous and multiparous Nelore breed cows were used.A decrease in the total number of animals was observed from the first to the fifth calving,it was also observed that the age of the first calving was similar in all cows without significant differences,showing that longevity is not associated with the age at the first *** weight presented significant differences(p≤0.05),according to the number of calvings;the fourth and fifth calving cows are the *** of calf at birth did not show a relationship with the number of calvings ***,it does so in the weight of calf at weaning,which increases from the first to the fifth calving with significant differences(p≤0.05).There were significant differences(p≤0.05)for the interval between calvings,decreasing as the calvings *** is concluded that there is a relationship between the number of calving with productive indicators in Nelore cows in a grazing system in the Bolivian tropics,fundamentally those efficiency variables where longevity is important.

The effect of water deficit was determined on both in vitro and soil seedling as well as in cells in suspension of Agave americana *** order to do the establishment of cells,the formation of callus was induced;for it two auxins were evaluated:2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D)and 4-mino-3,5,6-trichloropicolinic acid(picloram)at three concentrations(0.25,0.5 and 0.75 mg L−1)in three explants(leaf,root and meristems)cultured in MS semisolid *** callogenesis response was related to the type and section of the explant,as well as the regulator used,and a cell suspension was established using 0.5 mg L−1 naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)+0.5 mg L−1 Benzylaminopurine(BAP).Seedlings were exposed to polyethyleneglycol(15%and 30%w/v)with a water potential of−0.87 and−2.67 MPa,respectively,under soil *** stress was applied through restricted *** weight,root system growth,and chlorophyll concentration were some of the parameters that were affected by the effect of water deficit on *** *** concentration values were significantly decreased by 15 at 30%PEG(19.6 SPAD units)compared to the control *** in vitro plants,the highest concentration of proline was found in the roots,being the treatment with 30%polyethylene glycol where the highest concentration of this osmoregulator was obtained(62.5 mg g−1 DW).Under restricted irrigation conditions,an increase in proline concentration was observed both in the aerial part(2.2μg 100 g−1 DW)and in the root system(1.8μg 100 g−1 DW).However,the concentrations found were approximately ten times greater,less than those found under in vitro ***,the accumulation of proline can be considered an indicator of stress in Agave Americana *** in vitro.

With the objective to describe the relationship between T. cruzi infection in humans and sinantropic reservoir and vectors in the rural conditions a study was performed in municipalities of the Yucatan state in Mexico. Blood samples from humans, dogs and opossum were taken from the households. Vectors were also collected and the infection and infestation indexes were calculated. Serum samples were evaluated by indirect hemagglutination (IH) and indirect immunofluorescence (IFI) to determine IgG antibodies against Trypanosoma cruzi. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was also performed in the samples taken from humans and reservoirs. Blood smears were performed in reservoirs. Sampled humans underwent to an electrocardiographic study to identify functional and conduction alterations of the heart. Household building characteristics were noted. A total of 367 blood samples were collected from people. The presence of IgG antibodies was 16.6% and 71.0% at PCR. Electrocardiographic studies revealed that 31% of patients seropositive to T. cruzi have a medical condition. 20.0% of dogs were seropositive and 68.5 positive to PCR. At the direct detection 13.6% resulted positive. In opossum 29.1% were seropositive and 72.9% positive to PCR. A total of 269 triatomineos were captured and 52.7% were infected with T. cruzi. The infection and infestation index were 52.4% and 60.8% respectively. The presence of adult vectors and their nymph’s were more frequently found in households made with wattle roofs (45.2 and 73.9 % respectively) than other kind of building materials. Electrocardiographic abnormalities found in positive persons were: Incomplete right bundle branch block (55%), tachycardia (35%), old myocardial infarction (5%) and incomplete block of the left bundle (5%). This work highlights the importance of comprehensive studies on the transmission of T. cruzi in the Yucatan where the link between human infection in synanthropic reservoirs and vectors is established. Autonomous navigation is a complex challenge that involves the interpretation and analysis of information about the scenario to facilitate the cognitive processes of a robot to perform free trajectories in dynamic environments. To solve this, the paper introduces a Case-Based Reasoning methodology to endow robots with an efficient decision structure aiming of selecting the best maneuver to avoid collisions. In particular, Manhattan Distance was implemented to perform the retrieval process in CBR method. Four scenarios were depicted to run a set of experiments in order to validate the functionality of the implemented work. Finally, conclusions emphasize the advantages of CBR methodology to perform autonomous navigation in unknown and uncertain environments.
