Background Ni-kshay Poshan Yojana (NPY) is a direct benefit transfer scheme of the Government of India introduced in 2018 to support the additional nutritional requirements of persons with TB (PwTB). Our recent nationwide evaluation of implementation and utilization of NPY using programmatic data of PwTB from nine randomly selected Indian states, reported a 70% coverage and high median delay in benefit credit. We undertook a qualitative study between January and July 2023, to understand the detailed implementation process of NPY and explore the enablers and barriers to effective implementation and utilization of the NPY *** We followed a grounded theory approach to inductively develop theoretical explanations for social phenomena through data generated from multiple sources. We conducted 36 in-depth interviews of national, district and field-level staff of the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP) and NPY beneficiaries from 30 districts across nine states of India, selected using theoretical sampling. An analytical framework developed through inductive coding of a set of six interviews, guided the coding of the subsequent interviews. Categories and themes emerged through constant comparison and the data collection continued until theoretical *** Stakeholders perceived NPY as a beneficial initiative. Strong political commitment from the state administration, mainstreaming of NTEP work with the district public healthcare delivery system, availability of good geographic and internet connectivity and state-specific grievance redressal mechanisms and innovations were identified as enablers of implementation. 国民经济生活水平的提高,对于衣食住行方面有了更加高标准的要求,在服装方面的要求不再仅仅局限于服装的保暖防寒作用,更加注重通过服装设计来增加服装的美感,以此来强化自身对于生活品质的追求;为此要求服装设计能够引入新的灵感来源,来创新服装造型、元素以及色彩等方面的设计,而敦煌壁画作为承载中华民族悠久历史文化的艺术,将其应用于服装设计中,具有极高的灵感艺术价值,极大地提高了服装的品质,也宣扬了中华民族优秀的历史文化。为此本文在介绍了敦煌壁画的相关内容之后,分析将敦煌壁画引入服装设计中的意义,提出有效的策略做好敦煌壁画艺术在服装设计中的创新应用。

An integrated theoretical and experimental investigation of insensitive munition compounds adsorption on cellulose,cellulose triacetate, chitin and chitosan surfaces

This manuscript reports results of combined computational chemistry and batch adsorption investigation of insensitive munition compounds, 2,4-dinitroanisole（DNAN）, triaminotrinitrobenzene（TATB）, 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene（FOX-7） and nitroguanidine（NQ）, and traditional munition compound 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene（TNT） on the surfaces of cellulose, cellulose triacetate, chitin and chitosan biopolymers. Cellulose,cellulose triacetate, chitin and chitosan were modeled as trimeric form of the linear chain of4 C1 chair conformation of β-D-glucopyranos, its triacetate form, β-N-acetylglucosamine and D-glucosamine, respectively, in the 1 ？ 4 linkage. Geometries were optimized at the M062 X functional level of the density functional theory（DFT） using the 6-31 G（d,p） basis set in the gas phase and in the bulk water solution using the conductor-like polarizable continuum model（CPCM） approach. The nature of potential energy surfaces of the optimized geometries were ascertained through the harmonic vibrational frequency analysis. The basis set superposition error（BSSE） corrected interaction energies were obtained using the 6-311 G（d,p）basis set at the same theoretical level. The computed BSSE in the gas phase was used to correct interaction energy in the bulk water solution. Computed and experimental results regarding the ability of considered surfaces in adsorbing the insensitive munitions compounds are discussed.

One of the major challenges in emergency medicine is out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA).Every year,about 53–62/100000 people worldwide suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest with serious consequences,whereas persistent brain injury is a major cause of morbidity and mortality of those surviving a cardiac ***,only few and insufficient strategies are known to limit neurological damage of ischemia and reperfusion *** aim of the present study was to investigate whether teriflunomide,an approved drug for treatment of relapsing-remitting-multiple-sclerosis,exerts a protective effect on brain cells in an in vitro model of ***,organotypic slice cultures from rat hippocampus and cerebellum were exposed to oxygen-glucose-deprivation and subsequently treated with *** administration of teriflunomide in the reperfusion time on both hippocampal and cerebellar slice cultures significantly decreased the amount of detectable propidium iodide signal compared with an untreated culture,indicating that more cells survive after ***,hippocampal slice cultures showed a higher vulnerability to ischemic conditions and a more sensitive response to teriflunomide compared with cerebellar slice *** study suggests that teriflunomide,applied as a post-treatment after an oxygenglucose-deprivation,has a protective effect on hippocampal and cerebellar cells in organotypic slice cultures of *** procedures were conducted under established standards of the German federal state of North Rhine Westphalia,in accordance with the European Communities Council Directive 2010/63/EU on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes.

Biodiesel Production from Waste Cooking Oil Using Sulfuric Acid and Microwave Irradiation Processes

A comparative study of biodiesel production from waste cooking oil using sulfuric acid (Two-step) and microwave-assisted transesterification (One-step) was carried out. A two-step transesterification process was used to produce biodiesel (alkyl ester) from high free fatty acid (FFA) waste cooking oil. Microwave-assisted catalytic transesterification using BaO and KOH was evaluated for the efficacy of microwave irradiation in biodiesel production from waste cooking oil. On the basis of energy consumptions for waste cooking oil (WCO) transesterification by both conventional heating and microwave-heating methods evaluated in this study, it was estimated that the microwave-heating method consumes less than 10% of the energy to achieve the same yield as the conventional heating method for given experimental conditions. The thermal stability of waste cooking oil and biodiesel was assessed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The analysis of different oil properties, fuel properties and process parametric evaluative studies of waste cooking oil are presented in detail. The fuel properties of biodiesel produced were compared with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards for biodiesel and regular diesel.
