Estimating the global position of a road vehicle without using GPS is a challenge that many scientists look forward to solving in the near future. Normally, inertial and odometry sensors are used to complement GPS measures in an attempt to provide a means for maintaining vehicle odometry during GPS outage. Nonetheless, recent experiments have demonstrated that computer vision can also be used as a valuable source to provide what can be denoted as visual odometry. For this purpose, vehicle motion can be estimated using a non-linear, photogrametric approach based on RAndom SAmple Consensus (RANSAC). The results prove that the detection and selection of relevant feature points is a crucial factor in the global performance of the visual odometry algorithm. The key issues for further improvement are discussed in this letter.

AIM:To study the antipsoriatic,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic effects of ethanolic extract of red *** and RESULTS:This extract induced the formation of granular layer in the mouse tail test used as a model of *** 50 mg·kg^(-1)ig showed anti-inflammatory activity in the cotton-pellet granuloma assay in rats,in croton oil-induced edema in mice at a dose of 25%(2.5μL),and in the peritoneal capillary permeability test in mice at a dose of 10 mg·kg^(-1).The extract(25 mg·kg^(-1)ig)showed analgesic effect in the model of acetic acid-induced writhings,whereas 40 mg·kg^(-1)was effective in the hot plate test in ***-Anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and antipsoriatic properties of Cuban red propolis were evident.

电热流体力学是流体力学、电磁学和传热学交叉学科,涉及电场、温度场以及流场之间的多物理场耦合作用。本文从经典的两无限大平行平板间的Rayleigh-Bénard对流出发,通过数值模拟方法研究了电荷传导机制下考虑电场强化解离的昂萨格-韦恩效应(Onsager-Wien effect)的电热对流问题,重点研究不同参数对流动启动和分叉规律的影响。数值方法基于开源有限体积算法框架OpenFOAM实现,并通过一系列验证算例验证了数值方法的可靠性。本文特别考虑了随温度线性变化的离子迁移率下的电热对流流动,重点分析了传导数Co对流动临界瑞利数Ra的影响以及努塞尔数Nu随瑞利数Ra的变化关系。

目的将重症监护专用压力性损伤风险评估工具(COMHON Index)翻译为中文。方法COMHON指数的翻译采用了四步法:①由3名独立的中英文双语者进行英语-中文正向翻译;②由另外2名独立中英文双语者进行中文-英语回译;③对比正向翻译和回译,识别不同翻译版本差异,并将所需修改返回至第一步;④初步测试翻译后的量表。COMHON指数的初步测试研究在中国外科重症监护病房进行,共有20名护士参与。采用5级计分法(1=非常难;5=非常容易)评估该工具的易用性和理解难度;当得分中位数≥4时,表明量表的使用和理解均容易或非常容易,采用中文翻译。结果为了在初步测试量表之前确定翻译的一致性,步骤①至③反复进行了5次,并对量表的原始英语版本进行了2处修改。大部分初步测试评估都记录了亚量表评分、总分和风险分类(≥80%),但3个总分计算不正确。整个工具和所有亚量表都易于使用和理解(中位数≥4),大多数护士(16/20)完成测试的时间少于5 min。因此,中文版翻译达成一致,可以采用,但对评分和风险分类的说明进行了细微修改。结论通过跨文化翻译,引入了一种易于使用的中文版重症监护专用压力性损伤风险评估工具。然而,尚需进一步测试评估者间可靠性和一致性。本研究提供了一个严格的量表翻译和报告范例,为今后的工具翻译提供参考。

Existing studies have challenged the current definition of named bacterial species,especially in the case of highly recombinogenic *** has led to considering the use of computational procedures to examine potential bacterial clusters that are not identified by species *** paper describes the use of sequence data obtained from MLST databases as input for a k-means algorithm extended to deal with housekeeping gene sequences as a metric of similarity for the clustering *** implementation of the k-means algorithm has been developed based on an existing source code implementation,and it has been evaluated against MLST *** point out to potential bacterial clusters that are close to more than one different named species and thus may become candidates for alternative classifications accounting for genotypic *** use of hierarchical clustering with sequence comparison as similarity metric has the potential to find clusters different from named species by using a more informed cluster formation strategy than a conventional nominal variant of the algorithm.

The theoretical framework developed by A.S. Eddington for the study of the inner structure and stability of the stars has been modified by the author and used in this work to show that knowing the effective temperature and the absolute magnitude, the basic parameters of any gaseous star can be calculated. On the other hand, a possible theoretical explanation of the Hertzsprung-Russel Diagram is presented.
