A long history has passed since electromyography(EMG)signals have been explored in human-centered robots for intuitive ***,it still has a gap between scientific research and real-life *** studies mainly focused on EMG decoding algorithms,leaving a dynamic relationship between the human,robot,and uncertain environment in real-life scenarios seldomly *** fill this gap,this paper presents a comprehensive review of EMG-based techniques in human-robot-environment interaction(HREI)*** general processing framework is summarized,and three interaction paradigms,including direct control,sensory feedback,and partial autonomous control,are ***-based intention decoding is treated as a module of the proposed *** key issues involving precision,stability,user attention,compliance,and environmental awareness in this field are *** important directions,including EMG decomposition,robust algorithms,HREI dataset,proprioception feedback,reinforcement learning,and embodied intelligence,are proposed to pave the way for future *** the best of what we know,this is the first time that a review of EMG-based methods in the HREI system is *** provides a novel and broader perspective to improve the practicability of current myoelectric interaction systems,in which factors in human-robot interaction,robot-environment interaction,and state perception by human sensations are considered,which has never been done by previous studies.

The setting work of backup protection using steady-state current is tedious,and mismatches occasionally occur due to the increased proportion of distributed generations(DGs)connected to the power ***,there is a practical need to study a backup protection technology that does not require step-by-step setting and can be adaptively *** paper proposes an action sequence adaptive to fault positions that uses only positive sequence fault component(PSFC)*** the influence of DGs,the unified time dial setting can be obtained by selecting specific *** protection performance is improved by using the adjacent upstream and downstream protections to meet the coordination time interval in the case of metallic faults at the near-and far-ends of the ***,the expression and implementation scheme for inverse-time backup protection(ITBP)based on the unified characteristic equation is *** results show that this scheme can adapt to DG penetration scenarios and can realize the adaptive coordination of multi-level relays.

In response to local sudden disasters,e.g.,high-rise office or residential building fire disasters,road occupation can cause conflicts,and traffic directions may be opposite between evacuation vehicles and rescue vehicles;moreover,lane contraflow can be adopted to meet these surge traffic ***,lane contraflow that provides more roads for rescue vehicles reduces the traffic supply in the evacuation *** is unclear how to control the number of contraflow roads used by rescue vehicles to coordinate evacuation and rescue traffic ***,we adjust the critical rescue traffic volume of reversing the normal road traffic direction to control rescue ***,we propose a multiobjective mixed integer linear programming formulation for evacuation and rescue traffic ***,considering that the upper limit of the critical rescue traffic volume is unknown and that the proposed formulation includes multiple objectives and multi-priority vehicle classes,a three-stage solving algorithm is ***,a large-scale evacuation and rescue traffic optimization result dataset is obtained for the Nguyen–Dupuis road network,and the impact of different rescue contraflow control plans on evacuation and rescue traffic is studied based on data-driven sta-tistical *** results show that by adjusting the optimal rescue traffic route,the critical rescue traffic volume for reversing the normal road traffic direction can reduce the interference of rescue traffic to evacuation traffic operation performance without reducing rescue traffic operation performance,and can be used to coor-dinate evacuation and rescue traffic operation under rescue contraflow.
