East Asian evergreen broadleaved forests(EBFLs) harbor high species richness,but these ecosystems are severely impacted by global climate change and *** and managing EBLFs requires understanding dominant tree distribution *** this study,we used 29 species in Quercus section Cyclobalanopsis-a keystone lineage in East Asian EBLFs-as proxies to predict EBLF distribution dynamics using species distribution models(SDMs).We examined climatic niche overlap,similarity,and equivalency among seven biogeographical regions’ species using’ecospat’.We also estimated the effectiveness of protected areas in the predicted range to elucidate priority conservation *** results showed that the climatic niches of most geographical groups *** western species under the Indian summer monsoon regime were mainly impacted by temperature factors,whereas precipitation impacted the eastern species under the East Asian summer monsoon *** simulation predicted a northward range expansion of section Cyclobalanopsis between 2081 and 2100,except for the ranges of the three Himalayan species analyzed,which might shrink *** greatest shift of highly suitable areas was predicted for the species in the South Pacific,with a centroid shift of over 300 ***,only 7.56% of suitable habitat is currently inside protected areas,and the percentage is predicted to continue declining in the *** better conserve Asian EBLFs,establishing nature reserves in their northern distribution ranges,and transplanting the populations with predicted decreasing numbers and degraded habitats to their future highly suitable areas,should be high-priority objectives.

The study aimed to explore the efficacy and potential mechanisms of a naturally aromatic cyanogenic compound-amygdalin (amy) in treating glucocorticoid (GC)-associated necrosis of the femoral head (GANFH). We demonstrated that GC exacerbates the oxidative stress (OS) microenvironment via promoting nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4 (NOX4) expression in human， rat， and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) samples， thus generating excessive ROS， leading to increased apoptosis and unbalanced osteolipogenic differentiation. Furthermore， computational docking results revealed that amy could bind specifically to the predicted binding sites of NOX4. Additionally， amy ameliorated the OS microenvironment of MSCs via decreasing NOX4 expression and inhibiting NOX4/ROS/p38MAPK signaling， thereby reversing the GC-induced apoptosis and imbalanced osteolipogenic differentiation， and ultimately alleviating GANFH. In summary， we demonstrated for the first time that amy attenuated apoptosis and maintained osteolipogenic differentiation balance in MSCs via specifically targeting NOX4， inhibiting NOX4/ROS/p38MAPK signaling， thereby treating GANFH.

This study investigated the factors that are associated with sleep disturbances among Chinese *** quality and associated factors were assessed by the Athlete Sleep Screening Questionnaire(ASSQ,n?394,aged 18–32 years,47.6%female).Sleep difficulty score(SDS)and level of sleep problem(none,mild,moderate,or severe)were used to classify participants'sleep *** variables were analyzed by Chi-square or fisher's exact *** ordinal logistic regression analysis was used to explore factors with poor sleep(SDS8).Approximately 14.2%of participants had moderate to severe sleep problem(SDS8).Fifty-nine percent of the athletes reported sleep disturbance during travel,while 43.3%experienced daytime dysfunction when travelling for *** significant difference was found in the SDS category between gender,sports level and *** with evening chronotype were more likely to report worse sleep than athletes with morning and intermediate chronotype(OR,2.25;95%CI,1.44–3.52;p<0.001).For each additional year of age,there was an increase of odds ratio for poor sleep quality(OR,1.15;95%CI,1.04–1.26;p?0.004),while each additional year of training reduced the odds ratio(OR,0.95;95%CI,0.91–0.99;p?0.044).To improve sleep health in athletes,chronotype,travel-related issues,age and years of training should be taken into consideration.

脑小血管病是导致血管性痴呆最常见的疾病之一,其病因类型众多,高血压是其最常见的危险因素,常导致神经血管胶质单元受损而致病。CSVD导致认知功能障碍主要与大脑白质纤维破坏所致大脑网络连接出现中断和继发性皮质萎缩变薄有关,但近年来随着胶质淋巴系统发现,β淀粉样蛋白清除功能障碍导致其过度沉积有关而造成认知功能障碍,为其补充了新机制。胶质淋巴系统在夜间睡眠时清除功能达到巅峰,存在昼夜节律。关于CSVD与昼夜节律的相关性研究,目前已知CSVD患者普遍存在睡眠障碍的问题,是昼夜节律紊乱的具体表现之一,而且很容易被忽视,可导致胶质淋巴系统清除β淀粉样蛋白功能下降,加重患者的认知功能障碍。但对于胶质淋巴系统的昼夜节律紊乱与CSVD认知功能障碍的相关性尚缺乏深入的机制研究。本文对既往已经开展的睡眠节律紊乱、胶质淋巴系统功能障碍及其对CSVD认知功能障碍影响的相关研究进行综述。

为明晰生淀粉水解α-淀粉酶amy486独特的催化特征,将克隆自Exiguobacterium sp.J84菌株的amy486进行重组表达,并研究重组酶的酶学性质、嗜盐特性和钙离子依赖性。amy486最适催化pH为7.5,在pH 6.5~8.5范围内酶活力保持40%以上,最适温度为35℃,30℃半衰期为100 h。1.5 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)处理可将amy486的比酶活由1.53 U/mg提升至2209 U/mg。添加1.0 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4),amy486在35℃放置500 h,酶活力可保持60%以上。2.5 mmol/L CaCl_(2)可提升酶活力至110%,添加超过5 mmol/L CaCl_(2),amy486的相对酶活力降至100%以下,EDTA孵育对amy486蛋白的酶活力和稳定性影响较小。amy486与钙离子结合的关键位点为K_(3)0_(2),K_(3)0_(2)E与钙离子的结合能力增强,从而降低该酶对外源钙离子的依赖性。α-淀粉酶amy486及其突变体酶K_(3)0_(2)E是具有较高比酶活的生淀粉水解酶,对外源钙离子的依赖性较低,其活力的发挥依赖于适合的盐浓度,可应用于某些高盐环境下的淀粉水解。

目的探讨基于锥形束CT(CBCT)图像的颈胸一体热塑膜和体部热塑膜两种体位固定方式对乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗定位的平移误差和旋转误差的差异。方法选取2022年1月至2023年9月该院收治的82例乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗患者为研究对象,根据放疗固定方式分为颈胸膜组(使用颈胸一体热塑膜,52例)和体膜组(使用体部热塑膜,30例)。所有患者在首次放疗和放疗过程中每周进行CBCT扫描,并将验证图像与计划图像进行配准,记录两种固定方式下左右方向(X)、头脚方向(Y)和腹背方向(Z)的平移误差,以及X轴旋转方向(Rx)、Y轴旋转方向(Ry)、Z轴旋转方向(Rz)的绕轴旋转误差,比较两组摆位误差的差异。结果首次治疗、治疗1周后和治疗2周后,两组X、Y、Z、Rx、Ry、Rx摆位误差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3周后,与体膜组比较,颈胸膜组X[0.21(0.12,0.27)mm vs. 0.22(0.20,0.35)mm]、Y[0.20(0.11,0.24)mm vs. 0.25(0.16,0.37)mm]、Z[0.15(0.08,0.25)mm vs. 0.20(0.15,0.29)mm]、Rx[0.57(0.22,1.10)°vs. 1.00(0.70,1.50)°]、Ry[0.50(0.30,1.20)°vs. 1.10(0.60,1.40)°]、Rz[0.30(0.20,0.80)°vs. 0.90(0.40,1.50)°]的摆位误差更小(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,与体膜组比较,颈胸膜组X[0.19(0.12,0.27)mm vs. 0.25(0.21,0.31)mm]、Y[0.21(0.11,0.27)mm vs. 0.26(0.22,0.32)mm]、Z[0.12(0.05,0.28)mm vs. 0.22(0.13,0.35)mm]、Rx[0.80(0.49,1.10)°vs. 1.20(0.80,1.80)°]、Ry[0.55(0.20,1.12)°vs. 1.10(0.80,1.30)°]、Rz[0.61(0.29,1.10)°vs. 1.10(0.80,1.40)°]的摆位误差也更小(P<0.05)。结论颈胸一体热塑膜较体部热塑膜可以减小乳腺癌放疗摆位误差。

Within-host model of respiratory virus shedding and antibody response to H9N2 avian influenza virus vaccination and infection in chickens

Avian influenza virus(AIV)H9N2 subtype is an infectious pathogen that can affect both the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems in chickens and continues to have an important economic impact on the poultry *** the host innate immune response provides control of virus replication in early infection,the adaptive immune response aids to clear infections and prevent future *** virus-innate immune response pathways can improve our understanding of early infection dynamics and help to guide our understanding of virus shedding dynamics that could lead to reduced transmission between *** some countries use vaccines for the prevention of H9N2 AIV in poultry,the virus continues to be endemic in regions of Eurasia and Africa,indicating a need for improved vaccine efficacy or vaccination *** we explored how three type-I interferon(IFN)pathways affect respiratory virus shedding patterns in infected chickens using a within-host ***,prime and boost vaccination strategies for a candidate H9N2 AIV vaccine are assessed for the ability to elicit seroprotective antibody *** model demonstrates that inclusion of virus sensitivity to intracellular type-I IFN pathways results in a shedding pattern most consistent with virus titres observed in infected chickens,and the inclusion of a cellular latent period does not improve model ***,early administration of a booster dose two weeks after the initial vaccine is administered results in seroprotective titres for the greatest length of time for both broilers and *** results demonstrate that type-I IFN intracellular mechanisms are required in a model of respiratory virus shedding in H9N2 AIV infected chickens,and also highlights the need for improved vaccination strategies for laying hens.

背景与目的:基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)在多种癌组织中表达升高。MMP-26在前列腺癌和乳腺癌组织中高表达,通过裂解纤维连接蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白,并激活酶原型MMP-9(一种强效明胶酶)来促进人前列腺癌细胞的转移。本研究旨在探索MMP-26在多种人类肿瘤组织中的表达谱。方法:以免疫组化法及多重组织芯片检测MMP-26的蛋白表达;以RT-PCR检测冠状动脉平滑肌细胞中的MMP-26mRNA表达。结果:与相应正常组织相比,MMP-26在乳腺癌、结肠癌、肺癌、脑肿瘤、头颈部肿瘤、前列腺癌和黑色素瘤组织中的表达显著升高(P0.05)。胃癌、直肠癌、甲状腺癌、气管癌和胰腺癌中也检出MMP-26表达。MMP-26表达于前列腺及相应血管的平滑肌细胞。冠状动脉平滑肌细胞中也检出MMP-26mRNA表达。结论:MMP-26表达可能与多种人类肿瘤有关,可作为这些肿瘤早期诊断的分子指标。MMP-26也可能参与人前列腺和心血管系统的平滑肌功能。
