Together with the development of high-performance advanced electronics,flexible supercapacitors(SCs)with tailored nanostructures have great *** deposited nanosheet arrays of nickel magnesium selenide(NixMg3-xSe4,NMgS)with high capacitance provide high potentials as a positive electrode in flexible *** further enhance their electrochemical properties and long-term cycling stability,a promising strategy of surface engineering with conducting polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)is *** present work proposes the construction of PEDOT shielded NMgS(P@NMgS-2)on a flexible carbon cloth substrate via a hierarchical electrodeposition *** from the synergistic effect,the P@NMgS-2 exhibits an excellent areal capacitance value of 1440 mF cm^(-2)at 4 mA cm^(-2).A novel shape-adaptable polymer gel electrolyte-assisted flexible quasi-solid-state hybrid SC(FQHSC)device constructed with P@NMgS-2 as a positive electrode and activated carbon as a negative electrode demonstrates the maximum power and energy density values of 14.13 mW cm^(-2)and 0.18 mWh cm^(-2),respectively,followed by outstanding cycling stability(∼100%capacitance retention over 50,000 cycles).Furthermore,the FQHSC device successfully powered electronic devices with no serious degradation upon bending and twisting for wearable electronic applications.

Purpose:Outcomes of peripheral arterial injury (PAI) depend on various factors, such as warm ischemia time and concomitant injuries. Suboptimal prehospital care may lead to delayed presentation, and a lack of dedicated trauma system may lead to poorer outcome. Also, there are few reports of these outcomes. The study aims to review our experience of PAI management for more than a decade, and identify the predictors of limb loss in these ***:This is a retrospective analysis of prospectively maintained database of trauma admissions at a level I trauma center from January 2008 to December 2019. Patients with acute upper limb arterial injuries or lower limb arterial injuries at or above the level of popliteal artery were included. Association of limb loss with ischemia time, mechanism of injury, and concomitant injuries was studied using multiple logistic regressions. Statistical analysis was performed using STATA version 15.0 (Stata Corp LLC, Texas).Results:Out of 716 patients with PAI, the majority (91.9%) were young males. Blunt trauma was the most common mechanism of injury. Median ischemia time was 4 h (interquartile range 2-7 h). Brachial artery (28.5%) was the most common injured vessel followed by popliteal artery (17.5%) and femoral artery (17.3%). Limb salvage rate was 78%. Out of them, 158 (22.1%) patients needed amputation, and 53 (7.4%) had undergone primary amputation. The majority (88.6%) of patients who required primary or secondary amputations had blunt trauma. On multivariate analysis, blunt trauma, ischemia time more than 6 h and concomitant venous, skeletal, and soft tissue injuries were associated with higher odds of ***:Over all limb salvage rates was 77.9% in our series. The cellular manufacturing （CM） has been proved as a well-known manufacturing strategy that helps to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity by utilizing the philosophy of group technology. Large num- ber of papers has been published in the area of design issues of CM system. Unfortunately, the issues related to acceptability of CM in Indian industries are typically not examined rigorously as technical issues. This paper pre- sents the results of a survey carded out to find the status, enabler and barrier of implementing CM system in Indian industries.

Ecosystem stays far from thermodynamic equilibrium. Through the interactions among biotic and abiotic components, and encompassing physical environments, ecosystem forms a dissipative struc- ture that allows it to dissipate energy continuously and thereby remains functional over time. Biotic regulation of energy and material fluxes in and out of the ecosystem allows it to maintain a homeostatic state which corresponds to a self-organized state emerged in a non-equilibrium thermodynamic system. While the associated self-organizational processes approach to homeostatic state, entropy （a measure of irre- versibility） degrades and dissipation of energy increases. We propose here that at a homeostatic state of ecosystem, biodiversity which includes both phenotypic and functional diversity, attains optimal values. As long as biodiversity remains within its optimal range, the corresponding homeostatic state is maintained. However, while embedded environmental conditions fluctuate along the gradient of accelerating changes, phenotypic diversity and functional diversity contribute inversely to the associated self-organizing proc- esses. Furthermore, an increase or decrease in biodiversity outside of its optimal range makes the eco- system vulnerable to transition into a different state.

Therapy of Helicobacter pylori(***)requires a combination of antibiotics together with an acid suppressing agent;most treatment regimens include Amoxicillin as one of the antibiotics,which is an important constituent as resistance to it is ***,allergies to the penicillin group of antibiotics are not uncommon,and treating *** infection in such individuals can be challenging due to the restricted choice of *** aim of this review is to summarise the evidence for therapeutic options in patients with *** infection and penicillin allergy.A literature search was conducted in PubMed for English language publications using the key words‘Helicobacter’and‘treatment’or‘therapy‘and‘penicillin’or‘beta-lactam’and‘allergy’or‘anaphylaxis’.Eighteen studies were identified that specifically evaluated *** treatment success in penicillin allergic *** number of subjects in most of them was low and many were retrospective,uncontrolled,single cohort *** most effective option for first-line treatment appears to be Bismuth-based quadruple therapy for 10-14 *** evidence supports second-line treatment with Levoflaxacin-based triple therapy for 10 *** with persistent *** infection after 2 treatment courses should be considered for testing to confirm penicillin *** treatment should be guided by the results of *** culture and sensitivity testing.

In this paper, we present a modified minima] model for glucose and insulin kinetics model. The model proposed here is a smooth approximation of the original non-smooth minimal model. The dynamical properties like dissipativity, existence of equilibrium and stability of the system at the equilibrium points are investigated. A linear feedback-based control strategy is studied to control the blood glucose level in the situation where the physical system fails to regulate the blood glucose level automatically. A critical control parameter value kc is determined in terms of the system parameters. Extensive numerical simulation is performed with different parameter sets. Assuming different values for the feedback gain parameter, ranges of physiological parameter a are determined where the feedback gain is sufficient to stabilize the control system.
