Cloud computing becomes an important application development platform for processing user data with high *** providers are accustomed to providing storage centers outside the trusted location preferred by the data ***,ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data while processing in the centralized network is very *** secured key transmission between the sender and the receiver in the network is a huge challenge in managing most of the sensitive data transmission among the cloud *** are very active over the network like real authenticated user to hack the personal sensitive data,such as bank balance,health data,personal data,and confidential documents over the cloud *** this research,a secured key agreement between the sender and the receiver using Kerberos authentication protocol with fingerprint is proposed to ensure security in *** of patients are monitored using wireless sensor devices and are then transferred to the *** protocol helps in avoiding unnecessary communication of authenticated data over the cloud *** security process is a procedure with the best security in most of the authentication *** node is responsible in carrying data packets from the sender to the receiver in the cloud *** Kerberos protocol is used in trust node to ensure *** communication between the local health center and the healthcare server is ensured by using a fingerprint feature called minutiae form,which refers to the fingerprint image of both sender and *** computational and communicational cost of the proposed system is lesser when compared with other existing authentication methods.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) affects millions of people annually across the globe and is primarily managed through dopamine replacement therapy employing levodopa (L-DOPA), which is still the preferred gold standard. Prolonged use of L-DOPA leads to severe adverse effects, including motor complications such as L-DOPA-induced dyskinesia, which considerably compromise treatment outcomes and patients'' quality of life. Potentiating L-DOPA with natural or synthetic compounds with less toxicity and neuroprotective activity is an area of emerging significance, and many studies in this area have gained widespread research attention. Phytochemicals, essentially compounds with antioxidant and neuroprotective activity, may be potent candidates to potentiate L-DOPA, and in this context, we explored the potential of combining quercetin with L-DOPA to mitigate rotenone-induced PD using human neuroblastoma cells. The optimal nontoxic concentrations of L-DOPA and quercetin were determined via the MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] assay. The combination treatment notably increased cell viability to 95% at a concentration of 6.25 μg/ml, whereas the viability of the rotenone-treated group was 46.8%. Lactate dehydrogenase leakage assays further confirmed that membrane integrity was significantly preserved in the combination-treated groups compared with those treated with L-DOPA or quercetin alone. Morphological improvements were evident under microscopic observation. Compared with the individual treatments, the combination treatment also resulted in increased inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity. Additionally, apoptosis induction was significantly reduced in the combination group, as shown by EtBr/acridine orange fluorescence staining. Cellular calcium levels, which were elevated by rotenone exposure, were effectively normalized by the combination treatment. Little is known about early coincidental changes in bone and vascular properties, particularly in the context of skeletal anabolism （puberty） versus relative equilibrium （young adulthood）. We aimed to determine if subclinical markers of vascular function were associated with bone mineral content （BMC） and to evaluate the contribution of systemic factors in healthy females ages 14-42 years. Endothelial function was assessed by flow mediated dilatation （FMD）, arterial stiffness by pulse wave velocity （PWV） and augmentation index （AIx）, blood pressure （BP） by sphygmomanometer, BMC by DXA, and systemic factors by fasting blood draw. General linear models controlled for age, race and height indicated a positive association between systolic BP （SBP） and BMC independent of systemic factors. When stratified by age using 19 years as a cut-point, there was an inverse relationship between AIx75 in adolescents with insulin （P〈0.10） or inflammatory markers （P〈0.10） in statistical models. Conversely, there was a positive relationship between BMC and both PWV and AIx75 in young adults （P〈0.05）. The link between bone and the vasculature may be life stage-dependent. In the context of a less dynamic microenvironment in young adult females, metabolic factors appear to moderate less of an effect of hemodynamic properties on the skeleton relative to adolescents.

Objective:To determine the antioxidant and hepatoprotective potential of methanol extract of rhizome of Curcuma angustifolia(MECA)against carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced hepatic damage in vitro and in ***:DPPH,ABTS and reducing power assays were performed to estimate the antioxidant effect of *** vitro cytotoxicity of MECA against HepG2 cells was evaluated,whereas serum biochemical parameters and levels of antioxidative enzymes were measured in vivo and in ***,histopathological studies were estimated in order to investigate the hepatoprotective efficacy of ***,GC-MS analysis of the extract was performed to identify the chemical ***:MECA exhibited strong antioxidant activity and attenuated CCl4-induced decrease in the viability of HepG2 ***,MECA significantly restored the ALT,AST,ALP,TP and albumin level in comparison with the CCl4 *** pre-treatment with MECA,effects of SOD,CAT and GSH were increased as well as lipid peroxidation amount decreased on CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity in in vitro and in vivo ***,histopathological observation confirmed that MECA reduced liver injury induced by CCl4 in ***-MS analysis confirmed the presence of bioactive constituents such as α-tocopherol(12.27%),phytol(7.61%),squalene(3.71%),β-sitosterol(2.19%),eugenol(2.59%),curcumenol(1.20%),β-elemene(1.00%)and eucalyptol(0.89%).Conclusions:MECA contains antioxidant and hepatoprotective constituents such asα-tocopherol,phytol,squalene and eugenol and exerts hepatoprotective effect both in vitro and in vivo.

Extensive ethnomedicinal survey was carried out during the year 2003-2005 to document the precious indigenous health care practices prevalent among the different ethnic groups (Bhil, Meena, Garasia, etc) of Tadgarh-Raoli wildlife sanctuary. This sanctuary is located in Rajsamand, Pali, and Ajmer districts of South-east Rajasthan, India. The tribals belonging to primitive or aboriginal culture possess a good deal of information about medicinal utility of biodiversity. During the survey, it was noted that plant or plant parts as well as animals and substances derived from animal origin were commonly used by the tribals to cure various diseases and disorders. Indigenous healthcare practices, provide low cost alternatives in situation where modern health care services are not available or too *** of data based on 85 remedies indicates that 70 remedies are based on 45 different species of plants belonging to 28 families and 17 remedies are based on several substances of animal origin to cure various ailments through indigenous health care practices. A list of plant and animal species along with their scientific name, parts used and the mode of administration for effective control in different ailments are given.

Modification of structural and dielectric properties of polycrystalline Gd-doped BFO–PZO

(1-y)(BiFe_(1-x)GdxO_(3))–y(PbZrO3)composites(y=0:5),having four different Gd concentrations(x=0:05,0.1,0.15,and 0.2),were synthesized and their structural,dielectric,and ferroelectric properties have been studied using different characterization *** addition,to investigate the effect of ion implantation on the microstructure and dielectric properties,these composites were exposed to 2 MeV He+-*** of the structure,surface morphology and electrical properties of the samples before and after ion exposure were demonstrated using powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)technique,and LCR *** compositional analysis was carried out using energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS).XRD results demonstrated a decrease in the intensity profile of the dominant peak by a factor of 6 showing a degradation of the ***–Hall(WH)plots reveal reduction in the grain size after irradiation along with an increase in strain and dislocation density.A decrease in the dielectric constant and loss has been recorded after ion beam exposure with reduction in ac conductivity *** contribution of grain and grain boundary effect in conduction mechanism has been addressed using Nyquist *** the samples demonstrate a lossy ferroelectric loop which shows a clear modification upon *** role of structural defects modifying the physical properties of the composite materials is discussed in this work.
