随着制造业的快速发展,使得相关企业对机械设备安全防护系统的需求在不断提高。同时,机械设备的智能故障诊断技术是迈向智能制造的关键过程,也是未来工业发展的趋势。然而,由于现有故障诊断技术的不足,导致需要耗费较大的人工成本来协助完成机械设备故障的监测和诊断。针对该问题,深度学习时代的来临让机械设备故障诊断领域步入了迅速发展的轨道,并且引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。传统的故障诊断方法需要经过特征提取、特征选择和特征分类的过程,处理过程繁杂并且实际的应用成本高。另外,传统故障诊断方法可能还需要依靠相关领域专业知识的协助和分析,否则将会导致最终诊断结果的不确定性较大。因此,本文基于深度学习技术的思想,结合微小残差网络、时频分析方法和特定的激活函数等技术,提出了一种新的机械故障诊断模型。本文的主要工作内容如下:1.针对传统方法故障诊断过程繁杂并且识别准确率不确定性较大等问题,本文提出了一种基于残差网络的深度卷积神经网络故障诊断模型,简称ITResNet。ITResNet模型采用基于残差网络的设计能够有效克服梯度消失的问题,并且能够直接采用原始故障数据对模型进行训练,从而达到自动识别机械设备故障的目的。2.针对ITResNet模型难以处理原始故障数据噪声污染严重的问题,本文提出采用三种不同的时频分析方法对原始故障进行预处理。时频分析方法能够将原始的一维故障数据通过时频转换,可以转变为二维故障数据。通过结合时频分析技术对ITResNet模型的训练过程进行改进,有效提高了模型对机械故障数据的学习和分类能力。通过实验表明,改进后的ITResNet模型对正常状态和故障状态的数据区分能力更强。3.针对ITResNet模型的分类拟合能力难以达到理想状态的问题,本文基于新的Mish激活函数、Nadam优化器技术和空间金字塔池以及压缩激励结构对ITResNet模型进行了进一步改进,简称ITResNet-SPP-SE。结合这些技术进行改进后,能够有效减少模型的参数数量。通过实验表明,ITResNet-SPP-SE模型的故障分类准确率和稳定性要优于ITResNet模型,并且运行耗时更低。采用轴承故障数据集对本文提出的模型进行了验证和分析。实验结果表明,本文提出的ITResNet模型、采用时频分析方法改进的ITResNet模型和ITRees Net-SPP-SE模型在故障分类准确率方面,分别达到了99.8%,99.99%和99.999%。并且ITRees Net-SPPSE模型的拟合能力比ITResNet模型和改进的ITResNet模型更强。另外,在采用其它方法模型的对比实验方面,传统方法例如SVM、KNN和MLP的预测准确率分别为71%,33%,87%;基于深度学习技术的方法,例如深度完全卷积神经网络（DFCNN）,堆叠降噪自动编码器（SDAE）和自适应卷积神经网络,它们对特定类型的信号进行操作,其准确度分别为99.22%,91.79%和97.90%。因此,可以看出我们提出的集成模型在机械故障分类预测方面表现的更好。

The aim of this study is to determine the radon and natural radioactivity concentra-tions of some building materials and to assess the radiation hazard associated with those mortar materials when they are used in the construction of *** measurements were realized by using LR-115 Type 2 solid state nuclear track *** activity concentrations of these materials were found to vary between 130.00±11.40 and 1604.06±40.5 Bq m^(-3).The natural radioactivity in selected mortar materials was analyzed by using scintillation gamma *** activity concentrations for 226Ra,232Th and 40K for the studied mortar materials ranged from ND to 48.5±7.0 Bq kg^(-1),ND to 41.0±6.4 Bq kg^(-1)and ND to 720.4±26.8 Bq kg^(-1),*** equivalent activities,external and internal hazard indexes,gamma and alpha indexes and absorbed gamma dose rates were calculated to assess the radiation hazard of the natural radioactivity in studied *** calculated Raeq values of all samples were found to be lower than the limit of 370 Bq kg-1 set for building *** estimated hazard index values were found to be under the unity and the absorbed dose rate values were also below the worldwide average of 84 nGy h^(-1).

Gastric cancer(GC) is a global health problem and a major cause of cancer-related death with high recurrence rates ranging from 25% to 40% for GC patients staging Ⅱ-Ⅳ. Unfortunately, while the majority of GC patients usually present with advanced tumor stage; there is still limited evidence-based therapeutic options. Current approach to GC management consists mainly of; endoscopy followed by, gastrectomy and chemotherapy or chemo-radiotherapy. Recent studies in GC have confirmed that it is a heterogeneous disease. Many molecular characterization studies have been performed in GC. Recent discoveries of the molecular pathways underlying the disease have opened the door to more personalized treatment and better predictable outcome. The identification of molecular markers is a useful tool for clinical managementin GC patients, assisting in diagnosis, evaluation of response to treatment and development of novel therapeutic modalities. While chemotherapeutic agents have certain physiological effects on the tumor cells, the prediction of the response is different from one type of tumor to the other. The specificity of molecular biomarkers is a principal feature driving their application in anticancer therapies. Here we are trying to focus on the role of molecular pathways of GC and well-established molecular markers that can guide the therapeutic management.

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by loss of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia are the major symptoms of the disease. These motor impairments are often accompanied by affective and emotional dysfunctions which have been largely studied over the last decade. The aim of this study was to investigate emotional processing organization in the brain of patients with Parkinson's disease and to explore whether there are differences between recognition of different types of emotions in Parkinson's disease. We examined 18 patients with Parkinson's disease(8 men, 10 women) with no history of neurological or psychiatric comorbidities. All these patients underwent identical brain blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging for emotion evaluation. Blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging results revealed that the occipito-temporal cortices, insula, orbitofrontal cortex, basal ganglia, and parietal cortex which are involved in emotion processing, were activated during the functional control. Additionally, positive emotions activate larger volumes of the same anatomical entities than neutral and negative emotions. Results also revealed that Parkinson's disease associated with emotional disorders are increasingly recognized as disabling as classic motor symptoms. These findings help clinical physicians to recognize the emotional dysfunction of patients with Parkinson's disease.

The main purpose of this paper is to present and apply a genetic and simulated annealing combined algorithm to solve an optimization problem of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)network planning in an emergency department of a ***,though genetic algorithm(GA)and simulated annealing(sa)have advantages and disadvantages,but they are also ***,the combined algorithm not only takes advantages of the two methods,but also avoids their *** simulation results in an emergency department of a hospital present that the proposed method provides minimum total cost and maximum RFID network coverage in a simultaneous way with the efficient use of multi-antenna RFID ***,the results of comparison of two scenarios of the model with the results of other existing models in the relevant literature show that the proposed model has better outcomes.

Ceramic parts usually experience dynamic load in armor applications. Therefore, studying the dynamic behaviors of ceramics is important. Limited data are available on the dynamic behaviors of ceramics; thus, it is helpful to predict the dynamic strength of ceramics on the basis of their mechanical properties. In this paper, the addition of SrCO3 into zirconia-toughened alumina（ZTA） was demonstrated to improve the fracture toughness of ZTA due to the formation of the SrAl12O19（sa6） phase. The porosity of ZTA was found to be increased by the addition of SrCO3. These newly formed pores served as the nucleation sites of cracks under dynamic load; these cracks eventually coalesced to form damaged zones in the samples. Although the KIC values of the samples were improved, the dynamic strength was not enhanced because of the increase in porosity; in fact, the dynamic strength of ZTA ceramics decreased with the addition of SrCO3.

In this work, strength assessments and percentage of water absorption of self compacting concrete containing ground granulated blast furnace slag （GGBFS） and A1203 nanoparticles as binder have been investigated. Portland cement was replaced by different amounts of GGBFS and the properties of concrete specimens were investigated. Although it negatively impacts the physical and mechanical properties of concrete at early ages of curing, GGBFS was found to improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete up to 45 wt% at later ages. A1203 nanoparticles with the average particle size of 15 nm were added partially to concrete with the optimum content of GGBFS and physical and mechanical properties of the specimens were measured. A1203 nanoparticle as a partial replacement of cement up to 3.0 wt% could accelerate C-S-H gel formation as a result of increased crystalline Ca（OH）2 amount at the early ages and hence increase strength and improve the resistance to water permeability of concrete specimens. The increase of the A1203 nanoparticles＇ content by more than 3.0 wt% would cause the reduction of the strength because of the decreased crystalline Ca（OH）2 content required for C-S-H gel formation. Several empirical relationships have been presented to predict flexural and split tensile strength of the specimens by means of the corresponding compressive strength at a certain age of curing. Accelerated peak appearance in conduction calorimetry tests, more weight loss in thermogravimetric analysis and more rapid appearance of the peaks related to hydrated products in X-ray diffraction results, all indicate that A1203 nanoparticles could improve mechanical and physical properties of the concrete specimens.
