随着城市化进程的发展,中国大城市中的长大隧道已经变得越来越普遍了。在隧道内,尤其是长大隧道内,受到结构封闭和高车流量的影响,隧道内部空气质量通常比开敞环境要更为恶劣。因此,本研究重点关注城市公路隧道内部关键污染物扩散及通风系统优化控制策略。在研究过程中,本文采用理论计算方法计算了隧道在不同污染控制目标下的通风系统关键参数。同时采用数值模拟方法分析了在只有交通风条件、交通风和射流风机平送条件以及交通风和射流风机斜送等条件下隧道内交通流量、风速和污染物扩散特性。最后,基于上述研究成果,本文提出了隧道风机智能运行及管养平台的功能性需求。通过数值模拟研究发现,当隧道内风机关闭且机动车持续排放时,隧道出口温度会升高到315K。交通风诱导下隧道内CO浓度最大值可超过70ppm。当行车速度从60km/h降低到20km/h时,交通风稀释隧道污染物的能力持续下降。当交通风和射流风机风速在同一方向时,在隧道0-450m入口段内,CO浓度持续增加,而在隧道出口段2150-3200m内,CO浓度呈现下降趋势。对于风速而言,当行车速度分别是20km/h,40km/h和60km/h时,隧道0-450m入口段内纵断面风速分别达到1.35m/s,2.7m/s和4m/s。当隧道射流风机角度在2-6度范围内变化时,行车速度20km/h条件下CO浓度最大值增长速度要比40km/h和60km/h条件下更为显著,且在靠近隧道出口位置,最大浓度超过了100ppm的上限要求。在如此高浓度的条件下,隧道行车人员的身心健康将受到严重威胁。在上述研究成果的基础上,隧道通风系统可通过采用智能运行管养平台实现高效的环境效益和节能效益,并可达到按需送风的目的。最后,本研究成果可作为未来长大隧道污染评估、通风设计和智能运维的基础及依据。

Glacier-Glacial Lake Interactions and Glacial Lake Development in the Central Himalaya,India(1994–2017)

Despite several regional glacier and glacier lake inventories, the relationship between receding glacier, glacial lake evolution(glacial-lake interactions) and their sensitivity to different forcing factors have not been properly understood yet. To better understand these processes, we used satellite images collected in 1994, 2015 and 2017 to monitor the spatially-explicit evolution of glacial lakes and glacier changes. The results show a total of 1 353 glacial lakes covering an area of 7.96 km;in the year 2015. Out of these, a total of 137 glacial lakes having an area of >0.01 km;and located within 2 km periphery of mother glacier have been selected for the monitoring of spatial development between 1994 and 2017. We found an increase in the total lake area from ~4.9 to ~7.73 km;between 1994 and 2017,corresponding to an overall expansion of ~57%. The total area covered by the glaciers associated with these lakes reduced from ~365 km;in 1994 to ~358 km^(2) in 2017, accounting for a glacier loss of ~7 km^(2) and corresponding to ~1.92% reduction. Our study results are in agreement with global glacier behavior, revealing a rapid glacier recession and accelerated glacial lake expansion under an unprecedented climate change scenario. In addition, the results suggest a significant reduction in the glacier area and a close relationship between the glacier melting and lake changes.

本研究旨在研究2004-2019年间普惠金融对七大新兴(E7)经济体经济增长的影响,同时以综合风险指数、政府财政开支、贸易开放度作为控制变量。普惠金融可被定义为获得合适的金融服务(如保险、信贷和存款等)的途径,这些途径被认定为是经济增长的重要驱动因素。理论上,普惠金融可以从几个方面主要方面促进经济增长:首先,低廉而合理的信贷获得成本能够提高贫困群体的生活水平。原因如下:首先,低廉的信贷成本对低收入和弱势群体有利。在能够获得成本低廉的信贷的前提下,这些群体开始规划他们各自的生产经营活动,从而引起服务和生产产出的增加。这些弱势群体的生产和服务活动增加了国民收入,从而为宏观经济增长做出贡献。从另一方面讲,这也会提高弱势群体的收入水平,并进而提高他们生活水平。换言之,普惠金融能够降低贫困水平,从而促进经济增长。其次,普惠金融提升了保险产品和银行存款在全球范围内的可得性,进而使得个人和公司可以比较容易地在金融市场上筹集资金;而这反过来又会促使人们把他们手中的资金投资到金融系统中去。金融市场能够很好地将这些资金分配到经济体系中实体投资的长期计划中。因此,金融市场能够通过外部融资的便利化来缓解企业的资金短缺困境,进而降低了企业可能会面临的流动性风险,而这反过来又会促进企业进一步扩大它们的投资。此外,这一过程还会产生更多的产出和就业,进而提高了贫困阶层的收入。再次,普惠金融与经济增长之间的关系还可以从金融中介的视角加以理解。金融中介能够降低信息不对称所带来的负面影响,从而使得金融交易便利化,进而促进经济增长。需要指出的是,由于普惠金融与经济增长之间可能存在着相互影响的关系,因而我们很难确定它们之间因果关系的方向。一方面,普惠金融可能对经济增长产生积极影响,因为它使企业能够更容易地获得金融服务,而这在普惠程度低下的金融体系中是无法实现的。其结果就是公司的融资需求得到改善,进而促进经济增长。普惠金融有利于促进依赖外部融资的经济部门的增长。因此,高增长经济体比低增长经济体具有更高的金融普惠程度。这意味着,普惠金融能够减轻企业的融资困难,进而对经济增长产生积极的影响。在良好的金融服务体系中,贫困人口或资金短缺的群体同样有机会投资于有形资产或他们自身的教育,进而降低收入差距并促进经济增长。同样地,家庭和公司更容易获得银行服务,以及使用这些服务的女性用户的增加,对经济增长产生了强烈的积极影响。此外,普惠金融通过促进小企业的价值形成而影响经济增长,并对减贫、教育、卫生和不平等人类发展指标产生持续的溢出效应。另一方面,普惠金融也会受到经济增长的影响,高经济增长往往会提高金融的普惠程度。已有的研究结果表明,普惠金融水平与城市化、收入、不平等、有形基础设施和受教育程度等社会经济和发展指标显著相关,而这些指标显然都受到经济增长的影响。本研究具有一定的理论与实践意义,这是因为它的研究结果对许多利益攸关方而言都有用。第一,研究普惠金融与经济增长之间的关联对于E7经济体中的研究人员、学者、政策制定者、政府监管人员具有重要的理论与实践意义。第二,本研究也能对金融机构带来好处,因为它能指出影响它们市场份额和金融效率的因素是什么。在E7经济体,对于普惠金融有较好理解并加以重视的管理人员可以更好地制定政策以提升金融机构金融服务的普惠程度,进而提升它们的市场份额。第三,提升金融的普惠水平能够更好地将流入国内的国际汇兑引导至合适的投资项目中去,进而帮助各经济体克服金融风险,促进经济增长。最后且同样重要的是,普惠金融对于减少贫困非常重要。普惠金融可以提升金融服务对贫困家庭和小微企业的可得性,进而可以使大众获得更多的提升收入的机会,并提高他们自主发展的能力;而这又会对一个国家的经济增长起到积极的推动作用。选择E7经济体作为研究对象的理由如下:第一,近些年来,E7经济体取得了显著的经济增长,事实上它们的经济增长表现超过了多数其他国家。第二,这七个经济体各自的GDP总量均位居世界前20名,并在全球发展中经济体中占据主导地位。E7经济体在国际资金汇入方面也位居世界前列,特别是印度(786亿美元)、中国(674亿美元)、墨西哥(357亿美元),三个E7国家占居了全球2018年汇入接受国的前三位。一个发达的金融体系是引导这些汇款进入经济发展的先决条件,很明显,E7国家高速增长的经济表现表明它们的金融体系(包括普惠金融在内)应该比较完善。因此,以E7经济体作为研究对象,探究普惠金融与GDP增长之间的关系是很有必要的。第三,这些经济体通过全球化——尤其是通过它们之间的国际贸易以及FDI流动——紧密地联系在一起。因此可以预见,某一特定的宏观经济冲击将以类似的方式影响每个E7经济体。当然,在E7经济体之间也存在着足够的差异,进而使得对它们经济数据的统计分析成为可能。本研究的实证部分如下。本研究使用了20

热应激对肉鸡饲养行业具有重要的影响,它会导致肉鸡生产力下降,降低养殖效益。随着全球气候变暖速度逐年攀升,特别是热带地区的环境温度升高,会对肉鸡肌肉发育、免疫和肉质产生有害影响。一些地方鸡品种具有体型矮小和卷羽性状,这被认为与耐热性有关。鸡矮小和卷羽性状分别由GHR和KRT75L4基因突变引起。本研究首先分析中国4个地方鸡品系的这两种性状(矮小和卷羽)的遗传突变,包括矮脚黄鸡,麒麟鸡,垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡。在此基础上,开展杂交试验,获得具有矮小和卷羽特征的F1代个体,进一步开展热应激试验,对比具有矮小性状和卷羽性状鸡的耐热性能。为培育适合热带地区养殖的肉鸡新品系奠定基础。本研究首先以中国4个地方鸡品种(矮脚黄鸡,麒麟鸡,垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡)为研究材料,分析GHR和KRT75L4两个基因的序列信息和遗传变异。提取血液样本DNA,通过PCR和测序的方法对GHR和KRT75L4基因进行基因分型,检测突变位点。结果显示,在矮脚黄鸡GHR基因的外显子9和3′UTR处发现了1.7kb缺失突变。垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡的GHR和KRT75L4基因未检测到突变。麒麟鸡的KRT75L4基因外显子2发生了15bp的缺失突变。基于基因分型结果,我们用矮脚黄鸡(雄性)和麒麟鸡(雌性)进行了杂交,获得具有矮小和卷羽特征的F1群体。杂交F1的雌性个体具有半卷羽和矮小的特征。生长发育测定和数据统计分析结果表明,雌性F1杂交鸡群体的体型和生长速度明显减少,且羽毛为半卷羽,介于卷羽和正常羽毛之间。随之,本研究进一步分析了三黄鸡(NYC),矮脚黄鸡(DYC)和杂交F1(Crossbreed)雌性个体的耐热性能。本研究旨在探讨热应激对3个群体的生产性能、组织学、热休克蛋白(HSP70、HSP90)和肌肉生长相关基因(GHR、IGF-1和IGF-1R)的影响。每个品系的72只母鸡在正常环境条件下饲养直到第12周龄。然后随机分为两组(对照组和热应激组),每组有6个重复,每个重复有6只母鸡。在热应激组中,母鸡在35±1°C的高温下每天8小时,持续一周(7天),而在对照组中,母鸡在28±1°C下饲养。在热应激结束时,统计分析体重、采食量的变化;采集肝脏和脾脏组织制作切片,分析组织损伤情况;q RT-PCR分析HSP70等基因的表达变化。结果表明,与对照组相比7天的热应激降低了3个鸡群体的采食量(FI)和体重增量(WGR)。在三个群体都中观察到体重发育显著降低(P0.05)。此外,热应激导致所有鸡群体胸肌中HSP70和HSP90的m RNA表达均显著增加,但肝脏和下丘脑组织中HSP90的m RNA表达没有显著增加(P0.05)。总之,这些结果表明,高温环境对三黄鸡的影响比矮小鸡和杂交群体更严重,这表明矮小和卷羽性状在鸡耐热性中的重要作用。本研究为培育耐热型肉鸡新品种(系)奠定了理论基础。

A new model of flow over stretching(shrinking) and porous sheet with its numerical solutions

The viscous fluid flow and heat transfer over a stretching（shrinking） and porous sheets of nonuniform thickness are investigated in this paper. The modeled problem is presented by utilizing the stretching（shrinking） and porous velocities and variable thickness of the sheet and they are combined in a relation. Consequently, the new problem reproduces the different available forms of flow motion and heat transfer maintained over a stretching（shrinking） and porous sheet of variable thickness in one go. As a result, the governing equations are embedded in several parameters which can be transformed into classical cases of stretched（shrunk） flows over porous sheets. A set of general, unusual and new variables is formed to simplify the governing partial differential equations and boundary conditions. The final equations are compared with the classical models to get the validity of the current simulations and they are exactly matched with each other for different choices of parameters of the current problem when their values are properly adjusted and manipulated. Moreover, we have recovered the classical results for special and appropriate values of the parameters（δ1, δ2, δ3, c, and B）. The individual and combined effects of all inputs from the boundary are seen on flow and heat transfer properties with the help of a numerical method and the results are compared with classical solutions in special cases. It is noteworthy that the problem describes and enhances the behavior of all field quantities in view of the governing parameters. Numerical result shows that the dual solutions can be found for different possible values of the shrinking parameter. A stability analysis is accomplished and apprehended in order to establish a criterion for the determinations of linearly stable and physically compatible solutions. The use of privacy-enhanced facial recognition has increased in response to growing concerns about data securityand privacy in the digital age. This trend is spurred by rising demand for face recognition technology in a varietyof industries, including access control, law enforcement, surveillance, and internet communication. However,the growing usage of face recognition technology has created serious concerns about data monitoring and userprivacy preferences, especially in context-aware systems. In response to these problems, this study provides a novelframework that integrates sophisticated approaches such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Blockchain,and distributed computing to solve privacy concerns while maintaining exact face recognition. The framework’spainstaking design and execution strive to strike a compromise between precise face recognition and protectingpersonal data integrity in an increasingly interconnected environment. Using cutting-edge tools like Dlib for faceanalysis,Ray Cluster for distributed computing, and Blockchain for decentralized identity verification, the proposedsystem provides scalable and secure facial analysis while protecting user privacy. The study’s contributions includethe creation of a sustainable and scalable solution for privacy-aware face recognition, the implementation of flexibleprivacy computing approaches based on Blockchain networks, and the demonstration of higher performanceover previous methods. Specifically, the proposed StyleGAN model has an outstanding accuracy rate of 93.84%while processing high-resolution images from the CelebA-HQ dataset, beating other evaluated models such asProgressive GAN 90.27%, CycleGAN 89.80%, and MGAN 80.80%. With improvements in accuracy, speed, andprivacy protection, the framework has great promise for practical use in a variety of fields that need face recognitiontechnology. Pathogenicity of bacterium, Xenorhabdus nematophila isolated from entomopathogenic nematode (Steinernema carpocapsae) and its secretion against Galleria mellonella larvae

The entomopathogenic bacterium, Xenorhabdus nematophila was isolated from the hemolymph of Galleria mel- lonella infected with Steinernema carpocapsae. The bacterial cells and its metabolic secretions have been found lethal to the Galleria larvae. Toxic secretion in broth caused 95% mortality within 4 d of application whereas the bacterial cells caused 93% mortality after 6 d. When filter and sand substrates were compared, the later one was observed as appropriate. Similarly, bacterial cells and secretion in broth were more effective at 14% moisture and 25 °C temperature treatments. Maximum insect mortality (100%) was observed when bacterial concentration of 4×106 cells/ml was used. Similarly, maximum bacterial cells in broth (95%) were penetrated into the insect body within 2 h of their application. However, when stored bacterial toxic secretion was applied to the insects its efficacy declined. On the other hand, when the same toxic secretion was dried and then dissolved either in broth or water was proved to be effective. The present study showed that the bacterium, X. nematophila or its toxic secretion can be used as an important component of integrated pest management against Galleria.

Hamtah and Chhota Shigri are two nearby,well monitored glaciers of western Himalaya,lying in the same climatic zone and driven by the same climatic *** this study,topographical characteristics of both the glacier have been explored to understand the role of topography in controlling the glacier ***,their topographical characteristics and possible response towards climatic variations have been compared with each other and also with that of the other glaciers in the basin to find out the suitability of these two glaciers to be considered as representative of the *** sensor and multi temporal remote sensing data have been used to carry out to fulfill the *** is found that being in the same climatic zone,the mean accumulation area ratio of Chhota Shigri is 54%and Hamtah is 11%between 1980 and *** comparison to Hamtah,Chhota Shigri glacier has a small upslope area,low compactness ratio indicating the ability of the glacier to receive direct precipitation and solar *** analysis revealed that the Chhota Shigri glacier has a closer resemblance with the other glaciers in the region than Hamtah ***,the topographical settings of Chhota Shigri glacier are suitable for recording and reflecting year-to-year climatic variations.

Recent applications of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)in single image super-resolution(SISR)have achieved unprecedented ***,existing CNN-based SISR network structure design consider mostly only channel or spatial information,and cannot make full use of both channel and spatial information to improve SISR performance *** present work addresses this problem by proposing a mixed attention densely residual network architecture that can make full and simultaneous use of both channel and spatial ***,we propose a residual in dense network structure composed of dense connections between multiple dense residual groups to form a very deep *** structure allows each dense residual group to apply a local residual skip connection and enables the cascading of multiple residual blocks to reuse previous features.A mixed attention module is inserted into each dense residual group,to enable the algorithm to fuse channel attention with laplacian spatial attention effectively,and thereby more adaptively focus on valuable feature *** qualitative and quantitative results of extensive experiments have demonstrate that the proposed method has a comparable performance with other stateof-the-art methods.
