The Global Wheat Head Detection(GWHD)dataset was created in 2020 and has assembled 193,634 labelled wheat heads from 4700 RGb images acquired from various acquisition platforms and 7 countries/*** an associated competition hosted in Kaggle,GWHD_2020 has successfully attracted attention from both the computer vision and agricultural science *** this first experience,a few avenues for improvements have been identified regarding data size,head diversity,and label *** address these issues,the 2020 dataset has been reexamined,relabeled,and complemented by adding 1722 images from 5 additional countries,allowing for 81,553 additional wheat *** now release in 2021 a new version of the Global Wheat Head Detection dataset,which is bigger,more diverse,and less noisy than the GWHD_2020 version.

Introduction. Thalidomide is the second line treatment of chronic lupus erythematosus. The efficacy of this treatment, the minimal effective doses and tolerance are poorly documented in the literature. Patients and methods. We present the data of a single-center retrospective studied among 18 patients with chronic lupus erythematosus, treated with thalidomide from 1998 to 2003. Inclusion criteria were: the presence of clinical lesions evoking the disease, confirmed by histological examination and direct immunofluorescence and treatmentwith thalidomide for more than 2 months. Results. Mean age on diagnosis was of 35.8 years. Thalidomide had been initiated a mean of 10.6 years after diagnosis of chronic lupus erythematosus. In 13 out of 18 patients, thalidomide had been prescribed because of failure with prior treatments. Fifteen patients were improved by thalidomide (83.3 p. 100), with 11 (61 p. 100)- complete and 4 (22 p. 100) partial remissions. Two (11 p. 100) patients were stabilized and treatment failed in one. The mean initial dose was of 100 mg/d (50- 150), and maintenance dose was of around 50 mg/d (56 mg/d). The mean follow-up with thalidomide was of 19.4 months. Only one withdrawal due to side effects was reported. The most frequent side effects were: asthenia (33 p. 100), paresthesia (22 p. 100) and weight gain (16.6 p. 100). No side effects were reported in 10 out of 18 patients. Discussion. This study confirms the efficacy of low dose thalidomide in the treatment of chronic lupus erythematosus. In our experience, tolerance to this treatment is good, the most frequent side effect was asthenia, but usually mild. No significant peripheral neuropathy was noted. The fear of side effects, notably neurological, should not delay initiation of thalidomide in the case of failure with current treatments.

精确识别污染物浓度的空间分布是进行区域大气污染防治的重要基础。利用MODIs卫星数据,采用基于地面气象和环境空气质量监测站点观测数据为基础的反演模型,反演获取2013年12月珠三角地区典型大气污染过程1 km分辨率的PM_(2.5)浓度数据,对比分析遥感反演及基于环境空气质量监测站点观测数据的空间插值方法对区域、城市和乡镇尺度PM_(2.5)浓度空间分布特征的再现效果差异。结果表明,珠三角地区PM_(2.5)遥感反演结果与地面观测数据的相关性达到0.74,相关性水平较好,遥感反演结果可描述区域、城市和乡镇尺度上PM_(2.5)污染浓度的空间分布特征,识别不同空间位置的污染程度差异;基于站点观测数据的空间插值方法对PM_(2.5)浓度空间分布特征的再现能力有限,在区域尺度PM_(2.5)浓度空间分布特征分析时效果尚可,在站点有限的城市和乡镇尺度分析中效果不佳,容易产生对高浓度污染地区的误判;在需要利用站点观测数据分析区域尺度PM_(2.5)浓度空间分布特征时,析取克里金、反距离权重或径向基函数插值方法的效果相对较好。

本研究基于单质点拉格朗日集成轨迹模型(HysPLIT),对珠三角地区2012年全年每3小时的后向轨迹进行了模拟。模拟采用了两套初始气象场来驱动HysPLIT模型,其一为水平分辨率为0.5度的全球同化系统(GDAs)输出场,其二为水平分辨率为27 km的气象研究与预报模型(WRF)的输出场。结果显示,当用于驱动HysPLIT来模拟后向轨迹时,GDAs数据的可靠性依赖于季节和天气条件。GDAs和WRF输出场得到的HysPLIT后向轨迹的方向差异在冬季和春季珠三角盛行偏北及东北风场时为最大,而在秋季珠三角处在稳定系统控制下时为最小。大多数WRF输出场得到的后向轨迹的传输高度比GDAs得到的后向轨迹要高,这是由于更高的分辨率使得WRF输出场的边界层垂直运动更明显。在五种天气条件下,不同分辨率初始气象场得到的后向轨迹差别最大,分别为大陆高压,槽脊系统,鞍型场,热带气旋以及冷锋。案例分析的结果显示,绝大多数情况下,GDAs和WRF输出场得到的后向轨迹因传输高度不同导致了轨迹方向的差别,因此在模拟HysPLIT后向轨迹时,初始气象场在垂直方向上的细节是一个尤为关键的要素。

background: The role of heredity in acne severity and therapeutic response remains unclear. Objective: A prospective epidemiologic study was performed to compare clinical and evolutive features of acne and response to treatment in 151 patients with acne with (A+ ) or without (A- ) family history of acne. Methods: A+ and A- patients were compared on clinical and therapeutic criteria. A+ patients were then distributed into subgroups (M+ , F+ , M+ F+ ) following the origin of family history (father: F, mother: M). Results: The clinical profile was similar in the A+ and A- populations. Acne occurred earlier and more often before puberty in the A+ population, in which oral treatments and relapse after isotretinoin were more frequent. Retentional lesions (number and extent) were more important in the M+ and M+ F+ populations. Conclusion: This study confirms the importance of heredity as a prognostic factor for acne. Family history of acne is associated with earlier occurrence of acne, increased number of retentional lesions and therapeutic difficulties.
