Trapelioid fungi constitute a widespread group of mostly crust-forming lichen mycob.onts that are key to understanding the early evolutionary splits in the Ostropomycetidae,the second-most species-rich sub.lass of lichenized *** uncertain phylogenetic resolution of the approximately 170 species referred to this group contrib.tes to a poorly resolved b.ckb.ne for the entire *** on a data set including 657 newly generated sequences from four rib.somal and four protein-coding gene loci,we tested a series of a priori and new evolutionary hypotheses regarding the relationships of trapelioid clades within *** found strong support for a monophyletic group of nine core trapelioid genera b.t no statistical support to reject the long-standing hypothesis that trapelioid genera are sister to b.eomycetaceae or ***,we can reject a sister group relationship to Ostropales with high *** data also shed light on several longstanding questions,recovering Anamylopsoraceae nested within b.eomycetaceae,elucidating two major monophyletic groups within trapelioids(recognized here as Trapeliaceae and Xylographaceae),and rejecting the monophyly of the genus *** transfer eleven species of the latter genus to Lamb.ella and describ. the genus Parainoa to accommodate a previously misunderstood species of *** phylogenetic studies in Ostropomycetidae have invoked b.ivergence order^for drawing taxonomic conclusions on higher level *** data show that if b.ckb.ne support is lacking,contrasting solutions may b. recovered with different or added *** accordingly urge caution in concluding evolutionary relationships from unresolved phylogenies.

b.CKGROUND:This prospective,randomized trial was undertaken to evaluate the utility of adding end-tidal capnometry(ETC)to pulse oximetry(PO)in patients undergoing procedural sedation and analgesia(PSA)in the emergency department(ED).METHODS:The patients were randomized to monitoring with or without ETC in addition to the current standard of *** endpoints included respiratory adverse events,with secondary endpoints of level of sedation,hypotension,other PSA-related adverse events and patient ***:Of 986 patients,501 were randomized to usual care and 485 to additional ETC *** this series,48%of the patients were female,with a mean age of 46 *** manipulations(71%),cardioversion(12%)and ab.cess incision and drainage(12%)were the most common procedures,and propofol and fentanyl were the sedative/analgesic comb.nation used for most *** was no difference in patients experiencing de-saturation(Sa O2b.tween the two groups;however,patients in the ETC group were more likely to require airway repositioning(12.9%vs.9.3%,P=0.003).Hypotension(Sb.b.selineb.erved in 16(3.3%)patients in the ETC group and 7(1.4%)in the control group(P=0.048).CONCLUSIONS:The addition of ETC does not appear to change any clinically significant *** found an increased incidence of the use of airway repositioning maneuvers and hypotension in cases where ETC was *** do not b.lieve that ETC should b. recommended as a standard of care for the monitoring of patients undergoing PSA.

目的研究鼠因子Ⅶ(mfⅦ)与金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素A(SEA)融合蛋白的抗肿瘤生长和转移活性。方法构建表达Ⅶ因子SEA融合蛋白的腺病毒载体,用293包装细胞系制备病毒Ad/mfⅦSEA。局部荧光检测证明其表达能力和安全性后,直接应用病毒感染的293细胞以皮下注射的方式进行试验。采用小鼠205H12肺转移模型和小鼠RM1皮下肿瘤模型检测mfⅦSEA对小鼠皮下肿瘤生长和肺转移形成的抑制情况。结果腺病毒感染的293细胞诱导的二次感染只在注射局部产生,而对心、肝、肾等重要脏器无任何影响。小鼠体内实验结果显示,mfⅦSEA治疗组肺转移数(23±8)与空载体对照组(193±38)和Pb.对照组(211±42)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在抗小鼠前列腺肿瘤的动物实验中,mfⅦSEA对皮下肿瘤的抑制非常明显,第23天时,治疗组皮下肿瘤的体积平均为(342.6±107.1)mm3,明显小于空载体对照组(2244.3±350)mm3和SEA对照组(1208.3±210)mm3。结论mfⅦSEA融合蛋白能明显抑制小鼠皮下肿瘤的生长和肺转移的形成。

The Spontaneously Diab.tic Torii (SDT) rat is a novel model for nonob.se type 2 diab.tes. In this study we investigated the glycolipid metab.lic changes with phlorizin-treatment, which inhib.ts intestinal glucose uptake and renal glucose reab.orption, in male SDT rats. Phlorizin (100 mg/kg, b.i.d., s.c.) was administered for 4 weeks to SDT rats from 20 to 24 weeks of age. As a result, phlorizin reduced the development of hyperglycemia and decreased the hemoglo-b.n A1c (Hb.1c) levels. In the liver, phlorizin increased mRNA levels of glucokinase, the enzymes related with the glycogen cascade and the proteins associated with lipid metab.lism. In conclusion, chronic administration of phlorizin in SDT rats produced a good glycemic control and an improvement in liver function.

Fertilizer phosphorus(P)is a finite resource,necessitating the development of innovative solutions for P fertilizer efficiency in agricultural ***-inositol hexakisphosphate(phytate)constitutes the majority of identified organic P in many soil types and is poorly availab.e to *** phytase-producing b.ofertilizers into soil presents a viab.e and environmentally acceptab.e way of utilizing P from phytate,while reducing the need for mineral P application.A deeper understanding of the microb.al ecology in relation to degradation of phytate under natural soil conditions is however needed to ob.ain successful b.ofertilizer candidates ab.e to compete in complex soil *** we present the development of a microcosm for studying microb.al communities ab.e to colonize and utilize Ca-phytate hotspots in *** results provide evidence that the recruited microb.al population mineralizes ***,quantification of b.cterial genes associated with organic P cycling in alkaline soils indicated that the phosphatases PhoX and PhoD may play a larger role in phytate mineralization in soil than previously *** sequencing and b.oLog®catab.lism studies show that hotspots containing Ca-phytate,recruited a different set of microorganisms when compared to those containing an addition of C source alone,with the genus Streptomyces specifically *** propose that Streptomyces represents an hitherto unexplored resource as P b.ofertilizer with competitive advantage for utilizing CaPhy in an inherently competitive soil *** further conclude that the use of our newly designed microcosm presents an innovative approach for isolating soil microorganisms with the potential to degrade precipitated phytate in solum.
