目的:探讨基于回授式健康教育的延续护理方案对内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术患者嗓音康复的影响,为临床护理干预提供依据。方法:选取2021年1—12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的64例行内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与回授组,每组各32例。对照组接受常规院外随访,回授组接受基于回授式健康教育的延续护理方案,两组患者均干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后嗓音障碍程度[中文版嗓音障碍指数(VHI)量表评分]、嗓音声学参数[基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、噪谐比(NHr)、最高基频(Fhigh)、最长发声时间(MPt)]情况。结果:干预1个月,回授组患者VHI量表中F、P、E 3个维度评分及t评分均明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.567、8.468、6.697、6.577,Ptter、Shimmer、NHr及嗓音障碍严重指数(DSI)显著低于对照组患者,MPt显著长于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=10.219、4.243、5.657、3.628、6.754,P<0.05)。结论:构建并实施基于回授式健康教育的延续护理方案,有利于促进内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术患者的声带功能恢复,提高嗓音质量。

A 35-year-old mother was scheduled to be the living donor for liver transplantation to her second son,who suffered from biliary atresia complicated with biliary cirrhosis at the age of 2 *** operative plan was to recover the left lateral segment of the mother's liver for living donor *** the use of cholangiography at the time of surgery,we found the right anterior segmental duct(rASD) emptying directly into the cystic duct,and the catheter passed into the *** repairing the incision in the cystic duct,transplantation was successfully *** postoperative course was *** anatomical variations were frequently encountered,however,this variation has very rarely been *** the rASD was divided,the repair would be very difficult because the duct will not dilate sufficiently in an otherwise healthy *** preoperative evaluation of the living donor's biliary anatomy,especially using magnetic resonance cholangiography and careful intraoperative techniques,is important to prevent bile duct injury and avoid the risk to the healthy donor.

Carbohydrates are an important component of the diet. the carbohydrates that we ingest range from simple monosaccharides （glucose, fructose and galactose） to disaccharides （lactose, sucrose） to complex polysaccharides. Most carbohydrates are digested by salivary and pancreatic amylases, and are further broken down into monosaccharides by enzymes in the brush border membrane （BBM） of enterocytes. For example, lactase-phloridzin hydrolase and sucraseisomaltase are two disaccharidases involved in the hydrolysis of nutritionally important disaccharides. Once monosaccharides are presented to the BBM, mature enterocytes expressing nutrient transporters transport the sugars into the enterocytes. this paper reviews the early studies that contributed to the development of a working model of intestinal sugar transport, and details the recent advances made in understanding the process by which sugars are absorbed in the intestine.

this study investigated the cytotoxicity of gemcitabine using the marine ciliate Euplotes vannus as the test *** median lethal concentrations(LC50 values)were determined using acute toxicity tests within an exposure time of 30 min with 0,6,12,24,and 48 mg mL^-1 *** median inhibition effect(IC50 value)on the growth of the ciliate cells was examined using chronic toxicity tests within 5 days(120 h)after exposure for 30 min with 0,0.7,3.5,7,and 14 mg mL^-1 *** 30-min LC50value was 10.66-mg mL *** LC50 values decreased with increasing exposure times and well fitted to the toxicity curve equation LC50=10.93+28.4e^-0.19t(r2=0.93;Pt=exposure time).the IC50 value for growth rates was 7.05 mg mL^-1,and the inhibition effect on growth rates well fitted to the model equation r%=0.8681e^-0.0782Cgem(r%means growth rate with inhibition by gemcitabine,Cgem means concentrations of gemcitabine,r^2=0.99 and Pthe LC50 values of a wide range of gemcitabine concentrations could therefore be predicted for any given exposure *** results suggest that the clinical dose of gemcitabine(20 mg mL^-1)was higher than the 30-min LC50 value,which was almost the same as the 6-min LC50 value(19.88 mg mL^-1)for *** *** results also demonstrate that *** can be used as a robust test organism for bioassays of chemotherapeutic drugs during short exposure periods.

Molecules can enter the nucleus by passive diffusion or active transport mechanisms, depending on their size. Small molecules up to size of 50-60 kDa or less than 10 nm in diameter can diffuse passively through the nuclear pore complex （NPC）, while most proteins are transported by energy driven transport mechanisms Active transport of viral proteins is mediated by nuclear localization signals （NLS）, which were first identified in Simian Virus 40 large t antigen and had subsequently been identified in a large number of viral they contain short stretches of lysine or arginine residues. these signals are recognized proteins. Usually by the importin super-family （importin α and β） proteins that mediate the transport across the nuclear envelope through ran-GtP In contrast, only one class of the leucine-rich nuclear export signal （NES） on viral proteins is known at present. Chromosome region maintenance 1 （CrM1） protein mediates nuclear export of hundreds of viral proteins through the recognition of the leucine-rich NES.
