aiM:To evaluate dry eye disease(DED)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 123 eligible adults(46.34%of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(DEQ-5),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82(1.25,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.43,28.04)in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having DED symptoms(χ2=7.049,P=0.029).DEQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 27.50%,33.33%,and 55.26%,respectively assessed as having DED symptoms(χ2=8.532,P=0.014).The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(47.37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2=24.541,P<0.001;χ2=30.871,P<0.001).Recurrent infection was a risk factor for high OSDI scores[odds ratio,2.562;95%confidence interval(CI),1.631-7.979;P=0.033]and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834;P=0.043),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.022-0.360;P=0.001)and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.126;95%CI,0.039-0.405;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of DED,anxiety,and depression.

The design and experimental analysis of a semi-cylindrical structure known as the cylindrical beetle elytron plate(CBEP) were presented. Radial compression tests and finite element simulation were performed on CBEPs under 30° and 45° inclined sliding support constraints, with a comparison made to cylindrical honeycomb plate(CHP). The study aims to investigate the superior compression performance and enhancement mechanisms of CBEPs. The results demonstrate that CBEPs exhibit a 14%–26% increase in specific load-bearing capacity and a 20% increase in specific energy absorption compared with CHPs with equal core wall thickness. Distinct “Z-shaped” tearing failures were observed, with honeycomb plates showing tearing at the center of the honeycomb walls, while beetle elytron plates exhibited tearing along the midline of the trabeculae. Three different stress patterns,including elastic-plastic development stage of arch, plastic hinge node stage, and rigid node stage, were identified and analyzed to explain the mechanical performance improvements and failure characteristics. Considering that structural damage to trabeculae mostly occurs at its junction with the skin, it is recommended to add chamfers to the junctions of CBEP. Therefore, this paper lays the groundwork for the engineering application of CBEP.

This paper investigates a multiplayer reach-avoid differential game in 3-dimensional(3D)space,which involves multiple pursuers,multiple evaders,and a designated target *** evaders aim to reach the target region,while the pursuers attempt to guard the target region by capturing the *** class of research holds significant practical ***,the complexity of the problem escalates substantially with the growing number of players,rendering its solution extremely *** this paper,the multiplayer game is divided into many subgames considering the cooperation among pursuers,reducing the computational burden,and obtaining numerically tractable strategies for ***,the Apollonius sphere,a fundamental geometric tool for analyzing the 3D differential game,is formulated,and its properties are *** on this,the optimal interception point for the pursuer to capture the evader is derived and the winning conditions for the pursuer and evader are ***,based on the Apollonius sphere,the optimal state feedback strategies of players are designed,and simultaneously,the optimal one-to-one pairings are ***,the Value function of the multiplayer reach-avoid differential game is explicitly given and is proved to satisfy Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs(HJI)***,the matching algorithm for the case with pursuers outnumbered evaders is provided through constructing a weighted bipartite graph,and the cooperative tactics for multiple pursuers are proposed,inspired by the Harris'Hawks intelligent cooperative hunting ***,numerical simulations are conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results for both cases where the number of adversary players is equal and unequal between the 2 groups.
