The light curve analyses and orbital period variations for two contact binary stars,LS Del and V997 Cyg,are presented in this work which was conducted in the frame of the Binary Systems of South and North project Ground-based photometric observations were performed at two observatories in *** used the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS)data for extracting times of minima and light curve analysis of the targe *** O-C diagram for both systems displays a parabolic *** Del and V997 Cyg’s orbital periods are increasing at rates of dP/dt=7.20×10^(-08)days yr^(-1)and dP/dt=2.54×10^(-08)days yr^(-1),respectively Therefore,it can be concluded that mass is being transferred from the less massive star to the more massive component with a rate of dM/dt=-1.96×10^(-7)M_(⊙)yr^(-1)for the LS Del system,and dM/dt=-3.83×10^(-7)M_(⊙)yr-1for V997 *** parameters of a third possible object in the system are also *** PHysics Of Eclipsing BinariEs Python code was used to analyze the light *** light curve solutions needed a cold starspot due to the asymmetry in the LS Del system’s light curve *** mass ratio fill-out factor,and star temperature all indicate that both systems are contact binary types in this *** methods were applied to estimate the absolute parameters of the systems:one method relied on the parallax of Gaia DR3,and the other used a P-M *** positions of the systems are also depicted on the M-L,M-R q-L_(ratio),and logM_(tot)-logJ_(0)*** recommend that further observations and investigations be done on the existence of a fourth body in this system.

Background： Studies have reported the presence of sleep disorders in approximately 50-70% of diabetic patients, and these may contribute to poor glycemic control, diabetic neuropathy, and overnight hypoglycemia. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of sleep disorders in diabetic patients, and to investigate possible relationships between scores of these sleep disorders and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） and diabetic parameters （fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin Alc [HbA lc], and lipid levels）. Methods： We used the Berlin questionnaire （BQ） for OSAS, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale （ESS）, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） to determine the frequency of sleep disorders and their possible relationships with fasting blood glucose, HbA I c, and lipid levels. Results： The study included 585 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to family medicine clinics between October and December 2014. Sleep, sleep quality, and sleep scores were used as the dependent variables in the analysis. The ESS scores showed that 54.40% of patients experienced excessive daytime sleepiness, and according to the PSQI, 64.30% experienced poor-quality sleep. The BQ results indicated that 50.20% of patients were at high-risk of OSAS. HbAlc levels correlated significantly with the ESS and PSQI results （r = 0.23, P 〈 0.001 and r = 0.14, P = 0.001, respectively）, and were significantly higher in those with high-risk of OSAS as defined by the BQ （P 〈 0.001 ）. These results showed that HbAlc levels were related to sleep disorders. Conclusions： Sleep disorders are common in diabetic patients and negatively affect the control of diabetes. Conversely, poor diabetes control is an important factor disturbing sleep quality. Addressing sleep disturbances in patients who have difficulty controlling their blood glucose has dual benefits： Preventing diabetic cornplications caused by sleep disturbance and improving diabetes control.

目的:急性和慢性视神经炎患者视觉通路的弥散张量成像评估以及视力障碍、视网膜神经纤维层厚度与扩散指数变化的相关性研究。方法:在26例患者和13例健康对照组中进行扩散张量成像术。患者中17眼患有急性视神经炎,20眼患有慢性视神经炎和15例未受感染眼。所有受试者中,采用神经眼科检查、光学相干断层扫描、视觉诱发电位、眶颅MRI等方法对视觉传入系统进行评估。结果:急性和慢性视神经炎患者视神经中各向异性低于对照组(P=0.28)。急性和慢性视神经炎患者视神经平均扩散率高于患者未受感染眼及对照组(P<0.01)。患者与对照组视网膜神经纤维层厚度、P100振幅、潜伏期及视力差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。相较于对照组,患者组中视交叉平均扩散率较高(P=0.011)。各组间视束各向异性和平均扩散率测量差异均有统计学意义(分别为P=0.032和P=0.013)。在相关性分析中,急性视神经炎P100潜伏期与视神经各向异性相关(r=-0.439,P=0.021)。平均扩散率与视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视力和P100潜伏期相关(r=-0.464,-0.334,-0.389;P<0.05)。各向异性与平均扩散率和视力有关,差异均有统计学意义(r=-0.393,0.364;P<0.05),而慢性视神经炎的平均扩散系数与P100振幅和RNLF厚度相关(r=-0.412,-0.374;P<0.05)。视力下降与平均扩散率增加和各向异性下降有关(P<0.05)。结论:弥散张量成像能够显示眼眶MRI看似正常的组织中的异常。研究结果表明,弥散张量成像的测量与视觉缺陷和组织损伤相关。

In this study,boron-doped hydroxyapatite(BHT)-loaded alginate/gelatin-based(A/G)hydrogel coating on Ti was fabricated to support bone integration through triggering osteoinduction,vascularization and ***,highly reproducible,cheap and time-effective BHT was produced,which significantly promoted higher osteogenic and angiogenic maturation,while a mild innate immune response was *** immense potential of BHT was evidenced by the production of a gap-filling A/G/BHT interphase on Ti implants to mimic the osseous extracellular matrix to achieve functional bridging and exert control over the course of innate immune *** initially aminosilanized the implant surface using 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane,and then coated it with 0.25%w/v alginate with 20 mM 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide to allowthe A/G/BHT pre-gel to disperse evenly and covalently attach on the *** pre-gel was added with 0.2 M NaCl to homogeneously blend BHT in the structure without inducing ionic ***,the coated implants were freeze-dried and *** coated layer demonstrated high cohesive and adhesive strength,and 8-month-long shelf-life at room temperature and normal *** A/G/BHT was able to coat an irregularly shaped Ti *** and endothelial cells thrived on the A/G/BHT,and it demonstrated greatly improved osteogenic and angiogenic ***,A/G/BHT maintained macrophage viability and generated an acute increase in immune response that could be resolved ***,A/G/BHT was shown to induce the robust integration of implant in a rabbit femur osteochondral model within ***,we concluded that A/G/BHT coatings could serve as amultifunctional reservoir,promoting the strong and rapid osseointegration of metallic implants.

Using the mean-field theory and Glauber-type stochastic dynamics, we study the dynamic magnetic properties of the mixed spin （2, 5/2） Ising system for the antiferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic （AFM/AFM） interactions on the bilayer square lattice under a time varying （sinusoidal） magnetic field. The time dependence of average magnetizations and the thermal variation of the dynamic magnetizations are examined to calculate the dynamic phase diagrams. The dynamic phase diagrams are presented in the reduced temperature and magnetic field amplitude plane and the effects of interlayer coupling interaction on the critical behavior of the system are investigated. We also investigate the influence of the frequency and find that the system displays richer dynamic critical behavior for higher values of frequency than that of the lower values of it. We perform a comparison with the ferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （FM/FM） and AFM/FM interactions in order to see the effects of AFM/AFM interaction and observe that the system displays richer and more interesting dynamic critical behaviors for the AFM/AFM interaction than those for the FM/FM and AFM/FM interactions.

Dynamics of a spin-3/2 Ising system Hamiltonian with bilinear and biquadratic nearest-neighbour exchange interactions is studied by a simple method in which the statistical equilibrium theory is combined with the Onsager＇s theory of irreversible thermodynamics. First, the equilibrium behaviour of the model in the molecular-field approximation is given briefly in order to obtain the phase transition temperatures, i.e. the first- and second-order and the tricritical points. Then, the Onsager theory is applied to the model and the kinetic or rate equations are obtained. By solving these equations three relaxation times are calculated and their behaviours are examined for temperatures near the phase transition points. Moreover, the z dynamic critical exponent is calculated and compared with the z values obtained for different systems experimentally and theoretically, and they are found to be in good agrement.

The phase diagrams in the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-2 Ising system with two alternative layers on a honeycomb lattice are investigated and discussed by the use of the effective-field theory with correlations. The interaction of the nearest-neighbour spins of each layer is taken to be positive （ferromagnetic interaction） and the interaction of the adjacent spins of the nearest-neighbour layers is considered to be either positive or negative （ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic interaction）. The temperature dependence of the layer magnetizations of the system is examined to characterize the nature （continuous or discontinuous） of the phase transitions and obtain the phase transition temperatures. The system exhibits both second- and first-order phase transitions besides triple point （TP）, critical end point （E）, multicritical point （A）, isolated critical point （C） and reentrant behaviour depending on the interaction parameters. We have also studied the temperature dependence of the total magnetization to find the compensation points, as well as to determine the type of behaviour, and N-type behaviour in Neel classification nomenclature existing in the system. The phase diagrams are constructed in eight different planes and it is found that the system also presents the compensation phenomena depending on the sign of the bilinear exchange interactions.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum is a significant probiotic where it could be found in ubiquitous *** this study,a new *** strain DY46 was isolated from a traditional lactic-acid-fermented beverage called *** whole genome of the DY46 was sequenced and obtained sequences were assembled into a 3.32 Mb draft genome using PATRIC(3.6.8.).The DY46 genome consists of a single circular chromosome of 3,332,827 bp that is predicted to carry 3219 genes,including 61 tRNA genes,2 rRNA *** genome has a GC content of 44.3%includes 98 predicted pseudogenes,25 complete or partial transposases and 3 intact *** genes encoding enzymes related in the intact EMP(Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas)and PK(phosphoketolase)pathways were predicted using BlastKOALA which is an indicator of having facultative heterofermentative ***46 genome also predicted to carry genes of Pln E,Pln F and Pln K showing the antimicrobial potential of this bacterium which can be linked to in vitro antagonism tests that DY46 can inhibit *** *** ATCC14028,*** ATCC13883,and *** ***,it is determined that all resistome found in its genome were intrinsically originated and the strain was found to be tolerant to acid and bile concentrations by mimicking human gastrointestinal *** conclusion,*** DY46 is a promising bacterium that appears to have certain probiotic properties,confirmed by“in vitro”and“in silico”analyses,and is a potential dietary supplement candidate that may provide functional benefits to the host.

Influences of crystal-fields （DA and DB ） and interlayer coupling interactions （J3） on dynamic magnetic critical behaviors of a mixed-spin （3//2, 2） bilayer system under an oscillating magnetic field are investigated by the Glauber-type stochastic dynamics based on the mean-field theory. For this purpose, dynamic phase diagrams are constructed in the reduced temperature and magnetic field amplitude plane for the ferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （FM/FM）, antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （AFM/FM） and AFM/AFM interactions in detail. We observe that the influences of DA, DB and Ja interactions parameters on the behavior of the dynamic phase diagrams are very much.
