Human fall detection(FD)acts as an important part in creating sensor based alarm system,enabling physical therapists to minimize the effect of fall events and save human ***,elderly people suffer from several diseases,and fall action is a common situation which can occur at any *** this view,this paper presents an Improved Archimedes Optimization Algorithm with Deep Learning Empowered Fall Detection(IAOA-DLFD)model to identify the fall/non-fall *** proposed IAOA-DLFD technique comprises different levels of pre-processing to improve the input image ***,the IAOA with Capsule network based feature extractor is derived to produce an optimal set of feature *** addition,the IAOA uses to significantly boost the overall FD performance by optimal choice of Capsnet ***,radial basis function(RBF)network is applied for determining the proper class labels of the test *** showcase the enhanced performance of the IAOA-DLFD technique,a wide range of experiments are executed and the outcomes stated the enhanced detection outcome of the IAOA-DLFD approach over the recent methods with the accuracy of 0.997.

Due to the rapid increase in the exchange of text information via internet networks,the security and authenticity of digital content have become a major research *** main challenges faced by researchers are how to hide the information within the text to use it later for authentication and attacks tampering detection without effects on the meaning and size of the given digital *** this paper,an efficient text-based watermarking method has been proposed for detecting the illegal tampering attacks on theArabic text transmitted online via an Internet *** this purpose,the accuracy of tampering detection and watermark robustness has been improved of the proposed method as compared with the existing *** the proposed method,both embedding and extracting of the watermark are logically implemented,which causes no change in the digital *** is achieved by using the third level and alphanumeric strategy of the Markov model as a text analysis technique for analyzing the Arabic contents to obtain its features which are considered as the digital *** digital watermark will be used later to detecting any tampering of illegal attack on the received Arabic *** extensive set of experiments using four data sets of varying lengths proves the effectiveness of our approach in terms of detection accuracy,robustness,and effectiveness under multiple random locations of the common tampering attacks.

Immunogenic potential and protective efficacy of formalin inactivated circulating Indian strain of West nile virus

Objective:To assess the best suitable condition for virus *** to study the immunogenic potential and protective efficacy of a circulating West nile virus(WnV) strain in ***:Bulk preparation of circulating WnV:WnIRGC07(GeneBank ID:HQ246154).was undertaken in a bioreaclor using *** Inactivation was done in three different conditions:22 ℃.4 ℃ and room *** virus preparations were evaluated for antigenicity by ELISA and toxicity by cell proliferation *** efficacy was done in-viro on swiss albino mice against standard Indian WnV and Japanese encephalitis virus(JKV)*** and cell mediated immune response was evaluated in mice sera by ELISA and neutralization ***:Inactivation at 22 ℃ was found to be more suitable in terms of less toxicity and high *** same was selected to study the immune response and efficacy in *** induced neutralizing antibody titre of 1:625 and high EgG *** vivo experiment showed 100% protective efficacy against WnV and 20.8% cross protective efficacy against *** assessment of cellular immunity through immunized mice revealed augmentation of high levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and moderate levels of anti—cytokines indicating a mixed balance of Th1 and Th2 ***:Findings suggest that formalin inactivated Indian WnV strain has a good immunogenic *** is the first study on assessment of immunogenic potential of a lineage 5 strain of *** study reveals that it would be a promising and effective candidate for vaccine studies which warrants further evaluation.

Reforming of Methane by CO2 over Bimetallic ni-Mn/γ-Al2O3 Catalyst

γ-Al2O3 supported ni-Mn bimetallic catalysts for CO2 reforming of methane were prepared by impregnation method. The reforming reactions were conducted at 500-700℃ and atmospheric pressure using CO2/CH4/n2 with feed ratio of 17/17/2, at total flow rate of 36 mL/min. The catalytic performance was assessed through CH4 and CO2 conversions, synthesis gas ratio （H2/CO） and long term stability. Catalytic activity and stability tests revealed that addition of Mn improved catalytic performance and led to higher stability of bimetallic catalysts which presented better coke suppression than monometallic catalyst. In this work, the optimum loading of Mn which exhibited the most stable performance and least coke deposition was 0.5wt%. The fresh and spent catalysts were characterized by various techniques such as Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, the temperature programmed desorption CO2- TPD, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, EDX, and infrared spectroscopy.

nitric Oxide Alleviates Photochemical Damage Induced by Cadmium Stress in Pea Seedlings

Cadmium(Cd),a life threatening hazardous heavy metal is abundant in *** amounts are greater in leaves than other plant parts,and it shows considerable effects on *** oxide(nO),a free radical present in living organisms,is now known as an important signaling molecule playing various physiological processes in *** this study,the possible ameliorative effect of nO on photosynthesis was examined on pea seedlings grown under Cd *** showed that chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,photochemical efficiency of Photosystem II and Photosystem I decreased,and Fo and nonphotochemical parameters for PSII and PSI significantly increased due to Cd *** suggests that Cd affects the photochemistry efficiency at both the PSII and PSI *** oxide supplementation through SnP ameliorated Cd stress by enhancing all the above mentioned parameters but causing a reduction in the Fo,and non-photochemical parameters of PSII and PSI in pea *** data indicate that the exogenous application of nO was useful in mitigating Cd-induced damage to photosynthesis in pea seedling.

Effect of Functionalized Multi-walled Carbon nanotubes with Poly(n-vinyl pyrrolidone-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) on the Release of Tramadol Hydrochloride

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCnTs） were grafted with poly（n-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone） and with poly（2- acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid） at different compositions by using y-rays technique as initiator. The MWCnTs, MWCnT-graft-PnVP, MWCnT-graft-PAMPS and MWCnTs-graft-P（nVP-co-AMPS） were characterized by Fourier transform infra red （FTIR） spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, thermal gravimetric analysis （TGA）, elemental analysis and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy （HR-TEM）. The results indicated that the grafting processes of PnVP, PAMPS and P（nVP-co-AMPS） occurred on to the surfaces of MWCnTs without destroying the framework of MWCnTs. Tramadol hydrochloride （TH） was loaded as model drug and its release behavior was analyzed via various kinetic models. Release of the loaded TH was studied in simulated gastric fluid （SGF, pH = 1.2） and simulated intestinal fluid （SIF, pH = 7.4） at 37 ℃. Controlled release of TH from grafted MWCnTs was investigated. The outcome results suggest that the grafted MWCnTs could be used as a promising matrix candidate for oral drug delivery system by harmonization between the composition and pH level of the simulated biological fluids.

The growth of the software game development industry is enormous and is gaining importance day by day. This growth imposes severe pressure and a number of issues and challenges on the game development community. Game development is a complex process, and one important game development choice is to consider the developer＇s perspective to produce good-quality software games by improving the game development process. The objective of this study is to provide a better understanding of the developer＇s dimension as a factor in software game success. It focuses mainly on an empirical investigation of the effect of key developer＇s factors on the software game development process and eventually on the quality of the result.ng game. A quantitative survey was developed and conducted to identify key developer＇s factors for an enhanced game development process. For this study, the developed survey was used to test the research model and hypotheses. The results provide evidence that game development organizations must deal with multiple key factors to remain competitive and to handle high pressure in the software game industry. The main contribution of this paper is to investigate empirically the influence of key developer＇s factors on the game development process.

Antibiotic Susceptibility Patterns of Isolated Bacteria from Otitis Media in Children at Mohamed Aden Sheikh Children Teaching Hospital in Hargeisa, Somaliland

Background: Otitis media (OM) is a group of inflammatory diseases of the middle ear. OM is a prevailing problem among children in Hargeisa. The antibiotic susceptibility of etiologic bacteria is not investigated in Somaliland which hinders the effective treatment of OM cases in children. Objective: This study aimed at determining the etiologic bacteria and its antibiotic susceptibilities in children presenting with OM to a pediatric referral hospital in Hargeisa for the period March 2013-May 2017. Methods: A cross-sectional retrospective study was conducted on a random sample of 270 children with OM. The laboratory used standard microbiological techniques for bacterial isolation and Kirby Bauer disk diffusion method for antibiotic susceptibility testing. Data were entered and analyzed using Epi Info 7 and any associations among the study variables tested with Chi2 test with confidence level of 95% and p value of Results: The rate of bacterial isolation was 96.3%. The predominant bacterial isolate was S. aureus (31.48%) followed by P. aeruginosa (24.81%) and P. mirabilis (15.93%) respectively while the least prevalent isolates were coagulase negative Staphylococcus (1.48%), S. pyogenes (0.74%) and Enterobacter spp. (0.37%) in descending order. Age group 0 - 3, χ2 (143,270 = 223.245, p = 0.000) showed highest bacterial isolation. There was no significant relationship between bacterial isolate and gender, χ2 (11,270 = 9.2283, p = 0.6008). S. aureus showed highest sensitivity towards ciprofloxacin (85.7%), amikacin (76.5%), and gentamicin (73.8%). All isolates showed mixed resistance pattern. Conclusion: S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and P. mirabilis were the leading causative pathogens of otitis media. no association was established between isolate distribution and gender.
