Electric vehicles(EVs)are becoming more popular worldwide due to environmental concerns,fuel security,and price *** performance of EVs relies on the energy stored in their batteries,which can be charged using either AC(slow)or DC(fast)***,EVs can also be used as mobile power storage devices using vehicle-to-grid(V2G)*** electronic converters(PECs)have a constructive role in EV applications,both in charging EVs and in ***,this paper comprehensively investigates the state of the art of EV charging topologies and PEC solutions for EV *** examines PECs from the point of view of their classifications,configurations,control approaches,and future research prospects and their impacts on power *** can be classified into various topologies:DC-DC converters,AC-DC converters,DC-AC converters,and AC-AC *** address the limitations of traditional DC-DC converters such as switching losses,size,and high-electromagnetic interference(EMI),resonant converters and multiport converters are being used in high-voltage EV ***,power-train converters have been modified for high-efficiency and reliability in EV *** paper offers an overview of charging topologies,PECs,challenges with solutions,and future trends in the field of the EV charging station applications.

This paper presents the main findings of the environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) for the Egyptian national railways restructuring. This paper consists of the two parts: 1) modernizing the signaling system on the Arab El Raml-Alexandria Line and creating a Central Traffic Management Center in Tanta;and 2) renewing 200 km of track in Lower and Upper Egypt. The purpose of this evaluation is to identify and examine the potential socio-cultural, economic, and physical impacts of the railway restructuring, and propose measures to mitigate its adverse impacts, and develop plans for managing and monitoring the environmental aspects of the railway restructuring. This paper describes outlines of the environmental and social sensitivities of the railway restructuring area, potentially significant impacts of the proposed project and plans for their mitigation. Detailed information on the environmental and socio economic settings of the railway restructuring, components and activities of the proposed project and the results of the environmental and social impact assessment studies are presented in the body of the paper.

微胶囊处理对双歧杆菌F-35存活率及凝固型酸奶特性的影响

通过乳化技术可以实现微胶囊化，来生产多相的包含有乳清蛋白和海藻酸钠的微胶囊，从而有效地保护双歧杆菌F-35抵抗酸奶环境。将不同处理的双歧杆菌F-35接种到酸奶中，分别制成四种凝固型酸奶：游离双歧杆菌、乳清蛋白包埋的双歧杆菌微胶囊（MCWP），乳清蛋白和海藻酸钠双包埋的双歧杆菌微胶囊（MCWP-AL）、不含双歧杆菌的空白对照。并分析了微胶囊的性质及其对酸奶品质的影响。采用电子扫描电镜（SEM）检测了微胶囊的形状，结果表明微胶囊MCWP和MCWP-AL均为球形，他们的粒径分别为10μm和280μm。体外实验表明微胶囊化影响凝固型酸奶的生化性质、微生物学性质、流变学性质和感官评价指标。相比MCWP处理，MCWP-AL处理可以提高微胶囊对乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的负载量，而游离细胞组中均未检出大肠杆菌、霉菌和酵母菌。相比于游离双歧杆菌F-35，MCWP和MCWP-AL微胶囊处理会导致酸奶可滴定酸度、湿度、保水性的显著降低(P<0.05)，同时引起pH值、总固体含量、硬度和乳糖含量的显著升高。在储藏的第0天和第14天，添加游离双歧杆菌的酸奶中乙二酰的含量要高于对照组和微胶囊处理组，14天后其中的乙二酰全部分解;而3-羟-2-丁酮正好相反，在储藏的第0天和第14天，它在添加游离双歧杆菌的酸奶中比其他处理的酸奶中的浓度要低。质构分析显示：在储藏的第0天和第14天，MCWP微胶囊的咀嚼性、粘聚性、黏性和硬度显著不同于空白对照(P<0.05)。在第0天，MCWP-AL微胶囊的咀嚼性、黏性和硬度与空白对照没有显著性差异(P0.05)。像预期的一样，双歧杆菌F-35的行为对于酸奶的整体可接受性受到微胶囊材料的影响，MCWP-AL使得酸奶呈现出了类似奶油的质构，从而使其深受大众的喜爱，但是其缺点是带有轻微的苦味。而MCWP的酸奶在储藏后第14天，其质构仍然处于一般状况。然而，游离双歧杆菌处理的酸奶则带有明显的酸味和较差的质构。

Utilization of Amaranth Flour in Preparation of High Nutritional Value Bakery Products

Amaranth has become an unconventional crop that interesting of scientists and researchers due to its unique nutritional properties, in addition to bear the water lack and be suitable for all types of soil. The objective of this study was to utilize amaranth flour in preparation of high nutritional value bakery products, crackers and tortilla produced by using amaranth flour instead of corn flour (w/w) by 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% levels substitution. The prepared products were evaluated for its chemical composition, minerals content, amino acids composition, fatty acid composition, color analysis, biological active compounds analysis and sensory evaluation. Results showed that substitution with amaranth flour increased protein, fat, ash and fiber. As for minerals and amino acid, it indicated that the formula No. 3 (25% corn flour/75% amaranth flour) in crackers and the formula No. 2 (50% corn flour/50% amaranth flour) in tortilla contained higher amount of minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, copper and phosphorus, and of the essential amino acids such as Leucine, Lysine and valine. On the other hand the formula No. 3 in crackers had the highest unsaturated fatty acids content and lowest of total saturated fatty acids content. While the formula No. 2 in tortilla had the highest saturated fatty acids content and lowest of unsaturated fatty acids content. The results also showed that the incorporation of amaranth flour in the preparation of the crackers and tortilla led to significantly decreased yellowness and lightness compared with control. Also, results indicated that crackers and tortilla which prepared with amaranth flour exhibited higher antioxidant activity than control formulas. Concerning sensory evaluation of crackers, results showed significant decrease in appearance, color and overall acceptability while, tortilla had significant decrease in general appearance, color and total score at all formulas. Objective:To use two diagnostic antigens belonging to the frequently associated in Theileria domain,Theileria equi(***)protein 82(Te 82)and *** 104 k Da microneme-rhoptry antigen precursor(Te 43),to diagnose *** infection in horses as compared with equi merozoite antigen-2(EMA-2).Methods:In the current study,we applied a cocktail-ELISA containing two antigens(EMA-2+Te 82)to diagnose *** infection either in experimentally infected horses or in field ***:Our findings have revealed that a cocktail formula of EMA-2+Te 82 provided a more practical and sensitive diagnostic candidate for diagnosing *** infection in horses as compared with Te 82 or Te 43 ***:The ELISA technique using a cocktail formula of EMA-2+Te 82 offers a practical and sensitive diagnostic tool for diagnosing *** infection in horses and using of this promising cocktail formula will be applicable for epidemiological surveys and will help control the infection in horses.

The excitation mechanism of coronal quasi-period fast-propagating(QFP)wave trains remains *** Atmospheric Imaging Assembly onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory observations,we study a narrow and a broad QFP wave trains excited one after another during the successive eruptions of filaments hosted within a fan-spine magnetic system on October 20,*** consecutive occurrence of these two types of QFP wave trains in the same event provides an excellent opportunity to explore their excitation mechanisms and compare their physical *** observational results reveal that narrow and broad QFP wave trains exhibit distinct speeds,periods,energy fluxes,and relative intensity amplitudes,although originating from the same active region and being associated with the same GOES C2.9 *** wavelet analysis,we find that the narrow QFP wave train shares a similar period with the flare itself,suggesting its possible excitation through the pulsed energy release in the magnetic reconnection process that generated the accompanying *** the other hand,the broad QFP wave train appears to be associated with the energy pulses released by the successive expansion and unwinding of filament ***,it is plausible that the broad QFP wave train was also excited by the sequential stretching of closed magnetic field lines driven by the erupting *** findings shed light on the different excitation mechanisms and origins of the QFP wave trains.

In our investigation,we explore the quantum dynamics of charge-free scalar particles through the Klein–Gordon equation within the framework of rainbow gravity,considering the Bonnor–Melvin-Lambda(BML)space-time *** BML solution is characterized by the magnetic field strength along the axis of the symmetry direction which is related to the cosmological constantΛand the topological parameterαof the *** behavior of charge-free scalar particles described by the Klein–Gordon equation is investigated,utilizing two sets of rainbow functions:(i)f(χ)=■,h(χ)=1 and(ii)f(χ)=1,h(χ)=1+βХ/*** 0<(Х=■)≤1 with E representing the particle's energy,Ep is the Planck's energy,andβis the rainbow *** obtain the approximate analytical solutions for the scalar particles and conduct a thorough analysis of the obtained ***,we study the quantum dynamics of quantum oscillator fields within this BML space-time,employing the Klein–Gordon *** also,we choose the same sets of rainbow functions and obtain the approximate eigenvalue solution for the oscillator ***,we demonstrate that the relativistic approximate energy profiles of charge-free scalar particles and oscillator fields get influenced by the topology of the geometry and the cosmological ***,we show that the energy profiles of scalar particles receive modifications from the rainbow parameter and the quantum oscillator fields by both the rainbow parameter and the frequency of oscillation.

Synthesized iron oxyhydroxide was applied for the adsorptive removal of As(V)and As(III)from the aquas ***,this investigation highlighted the synergistic effect of calcium carbonate in conjunction with iron oxyhydroxide,resulting in enhanced removal *** experiment was conducted under various conditions:concentration,dosage,pH,agitation,and *** characterizations such as Brunauer Emmett Teller,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were implied to understand adsorption *** Langmuir model revealed optimal concentrations for As(V)=500μg/L at pH-5 and As(III)=200μg/L at pH-7,resulting in 95%and 93%adsorption efficiencies,*** adsorption capacities“qm”were found to be 1266.943μg/g for As(V)and 1080.241μg/g for As(III).Freundlich model demonstrated favorable adsorption by indicating“n>1”such as As(V)=2.542 and As(III)=2.707;similarly,the speciation factor“RL<1”for both species as As(V)=0.1 and As(III)=0.5,*** kinetic study presented a pseudo-second-order model as best fitted,indicating throughout chemisorption processes for removing As(V)and As(III).Furthermore,incorporating calcium carbonate presented a significant leap in the removal efficiency,indicating As(V)from 95%to 98%and As(III)from 93%to 96%,*** findings offer profound motivation for developing effective and sustainable solutions to tackle arsenic contamination,underscoring the exceptional promise of iron oxyhydroxide in conjunction with calcium carbonate to achieve maximum removal efficiency.
