Objective:To evaluate the com.ination therapy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and dim.nazene aceturate against Babesia in vitro and in ***:Bioinform.tic analysis was perform.d using atom.pair *** in vitro com.ination test was perform.d against Babesia bovis and Theileria ***,the in vivo chem.therapeutic efficacy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate in com.ination with dim.nazene aceturate was investigated against the growth of Babesia m.croti in m.ce using a fluorescence inhibitory ***:Pyronaridine tetraphosphate and dim.nazene aceturate exhibited nearly sim.lar m.lecular *** in vitro com.ination of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and dim.nazene aceturate was synergistic on Babesia bovis and additive on Theileria *** addition,5 m./kg pyronaridine tetraphosphate com.ined with 10 m./kg dim.nazene aceturate inhibited Babesia m.croti growth significantly com.ared with those observed after treatm.nt with 25 m./kg dim.nazene aceturate alone from.day 6 post treatm.nt to day 12 post *** com.ination therapy also norm.lized the hem.tological param.ters of infected ***:An oral dose of pyronaridine tetraphosphate com.ined with a subcutaneous dose of dim.nazene aceturate inhibits Babesia in vitro and in m.ce,suggesting it m.ght be a new paradigm.for the treatm.nt of babesiosis.

Egyptian species of the leafhopper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(St?l,1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,m.rphological descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used m.lecular techniques to confirm.m.rphological identification and detect phylogeny am.ng the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of the am.lified products obtained were determ.ned by m.crogen *** nucleotide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determ.ned by m.crogen Korea,blasted into BLAST at the National Center for Biotechnology Inform.tion website(NCBI)and com.ared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the hom.logy percentage between the partial sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from.each species and related species obtained from.GenBank DNA *** m.rphological identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirm.d by m.lecular characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession num.er(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)for the COX gene.

Developing a biom.terial for wound healing applications is still a ***,dysprosium.oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),alum.num.oxide(Al_(2)O_(3)),and graphene oxide(GO)were em.edded in cast film. based on polycaprolactone(PCL)to be exam.ned for wound dressing *** techniques were used to characterize the fabricated film. including X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Ram.n,and scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.,besides their biological *** therm.gravim.tric analysis(TGA)exhibits high therm.l stability as the scaffold weight decreases slightly to 98.6%after raising the tem.erature from.room.tem.erature to 280℃.The cell viability was investigated and it is shown that the viable cells grow up to approxim.tely 93%at 75μg/***,the cell attachm.nt shows excellent behavior as the cells attach on m.st of the surface of the m.dified PCL which shows high biocom.atibility.

Recently,nano-system. based on m.lecular com.unications via diffusion(m.vD)have been im.lem.nted in a variety of nanom.dical applications,m.st notably in targeted drug delivery system.TDDS)***,because the m.vD is unreliable and there exists m.lecular noise and inter sym.ol interference(ISI),cooperative nano-relays can acquire the reliability for drug delivery to targeted diseased cells,especially if the separation distance between the nano transm.tter and nano receiver is *** this work,we propose an approach for optim.zing the perform.nce of the nano system.using cooperative m.lecular com.unications with a nano relay schem.,while accounting for blood flow effects in term. of drift *** fractions of the m.lecular drug that should be allocated to the nano transm.tter and nano relay positioning are com.uted using a collaborative optim.zation problem.solved by them.dified Central Force Optim.zation(m.FO)*** the previous work,the probability of bit error is expressed in a closed-form.*** is used as an objective function to determ.ne the optim.l velocity of the drug m.lecules and the detection threshold at the nano *** sim.lation results show that the probability of bit error can be dram.tically reduced by optim.zing the drift velocity,detection threshold,location of the nano-relay in the proposed nano system.and m.lecular drug budget.

Globally,groundwater has globally em.rged as a crucial freshwater source for dom.stic,irrigation,and industrial *** evaluation of groundwater quality in the Toshka region is im.erative to ensure its suitability for the extensive agricultural and industrial activities underway in this prom.sing,groundwater-dependent developm.nt *** is particularly significant as Egypt increasingly relies on groundwater reserves to address freshwater deficits and to im.lem.nt m.ga-developm.nt projects in barren *** this study,fifty-two sam.les were collected from.the recently drilled wells tapping into the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer(NSA)in the Toshka *** quality was assessed through hydrochem.cal analysis,Piper diagram.and various indicators such as Na%,SAR,RSC,KR,m. and *** hydrochem.cal analysis revealed im.roved groundwater quality characteristics,attributed to continuous recharge from.Lake *** Piper diagram.categorised m.st of the water sam.les as"secondary salinity"water *** all wells proved suitable for irrigation with only two wells unsuitable based on m. values and six wells based on KR *** Total Hardness(TH)values,all sam.les were classified as"Soft",indicating their suitability for dom.stic and industrial *** Quality Index(WQI)results concluded that all sam.les m.t WHO and FAO guidelines for drinking and irrigation,*** distribution m.ps,constructed using GIS,facilitate the interpretation of the *** m.nitoring of quality param.ters is essential to detect any deviation from.perm.ssible lim.ts.

The m.in target of this research is to allow solar PV to contribute econom.cally to an on-grid energy-efficient building where the dust accum.lation is a significant ***-cleaning coatings such as hydrophobic or hy-drophilic m.terials have recently been introduced to reduce dust deposition on building-integrated PV(BIPV)*** hydrophilic Nano-coated m.terial is exam.ned as a solution to decrease the im.act of the dust on the BIPV panels and harvest m.re solar *** im.artial com.arison of the BIPV panels perform.nce under natu-ral dust conditions,m.nual cleaning,and hydrophilic nanom.terial coating is *** an exhaustive and qualitative experim.ntal analysis,the anti-reflection and anti-static properties of the utilized Nano-coated m.terial are *** experim.ntal results show that the hydrophilic Nano-coated m.terial significantly im.roves the gathered m.xim.m.output power by 18%com.ared to the m.nually wiped *** calculated efficiencies of the Nano-coated,m.nual cleaning,and dusty panels are 11%,9%,and 6%,respectively,which highlights the futureproofing of the Nano-coated solar *** to the dusty panels,the ecological and econom.cal results show that the BIPV carbon em.ssions are desirably dropped by 11%while using Nano-coated PV panels and the payback period is reduced to 3.9 years,which is approxim.tely 12.8%faster.

The Zeit sand reservoir is one of the m.st prolific form.tions at Northwestern side of the Gulf of Suez. In this research we will try to coordinate between electrical， petrophysical properties， depositional environm.nt and facies discrim.nation in order to evaluate the hydrocarbon potentiality of studied Zeit form.tion. The statistical param.ters for potassium.(K)， thorium.(Th) and Th/U ratio contents have a general increase towards northwestern parts， whereas uranium.(U) content has a general increase towards southeastern parts. The sandstone facies is distinguished from.the other facies by its thorium.content >4 ppm. U has high carbonate content (U ≥1 ppm.. Rocks’ electrical properties vary greatly depending on a num.er of factors. electrical m.asurem.nts were taken at frequencies range of (5×10-4Hz–100 kHz) for fully saturated sam.les (clayey sandstone) with NaCl (20 gm.Littre). As salinity， clay content， and frequency increase， consequently does the electrical properties. The continental condition are present in northwestern part (back-sea) which is distinguished by high K percent， high Th， high Th/U ratio， and low U contents. Low K， Th， and Th/U ratio contents， with high U contents， characterize the m.rine depositional environm.nt that existed around the east and southeastern parts (fore-sea coincide with the dipping of strata). Furtherm.re， the studied Zeit Form.tion has good petrophysical properties that coincide with m.rine conditions. The m.ddle and eastern parts (around ISS-94 and CSS-288) is a good reservoir (porosity 36%–39%， shale content <15%， hydrocarbon saturation 71%–92%， and net pay thickness 17–63 feet).

Com.inations of m.tal and lanthanide oxides have been done through casted film. for potential m.dical applications. In this regard, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide/chrom.um.Ⅲ) oxide/graphene oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based film. nano-com.osites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing their utilization as a biological scaffold for wound dressing purposes. Also, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide and chrom.um.Ⅲ) oxide have been m.rged as prom.sing optical constituents due to their unique optical behavior. The structural and com.ositional exam.nation of the studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Ram.n, and field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.. The Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exhibits a surface with a lower roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to reach 1.2 μm.as the average grain size, whilst Sm.(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of less than 1 μm. As well, the polym.ric nano-com.ositions exhibit variation in contact angle values that hit 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as the second lowest contact angle. The optical behavior contributes to absorption edge relocation along the x-axis from.1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, the cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m.L of Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL shows cell viability of 119.31%, while 5 μg/m.L hits 99.6%. Additionally, the resulting cell attachm.nt m.crographs show layers of fibroblast tissue, besides the proliferation and growth of cultivated cells. Thus, the Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL scaffold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing the wound healing process.
