The a.m of our study wa. to explore the a.tioxida.t potentia. of Morocca. sa.fron stigma.(SS) a.d exa.ine their performa.ce a. a.na.ura. a.tioxida.t in enha.cing the sta.ility a.d qua.ity properties of edible sunflower oil(SO), with a.focus on understa.ding the critica. importa.ce of edible oil sta.ility for predicting qua.ity deteriora.ion during stora.e. Bea.ing this in mind, our resea.ch wa. designed to compa.e the effica.y of three concentra.ions of dried SS(a. 0.2%, 0.3%, a.d 0.6%) a.a.nst tocobiol(a.synthetic a.tioxida.t) a. a.positive control(a. 0.3% concentra.ion). This compa.ison wa. conducted under three distinct stora.e conditions na.ely a.celera.ed a.eing(60 ℃), exposure to light a. a.bient tempera.ure, a.d da.kness, to eva.ua.e their impa.t on preventing severe oxida.ion a.d extending oil shelf-life. Oxida.ion sta.e evolution wa. eva.ua.ed through peroxide va.ue(PV), free fa.ty a.id(FFa., a.isidine va.ue(p-a.), K_(270)va.ue(conjuga.ed trienes), tota. oxida.ion index(TOTOX), iodine va.ue(IV), a.d fa.ty a.id composition(Fa.. Our results revea.ed nota.le differences in sta.ility tra.king pa.a.eters. Specifica.ly, these pa.a.eters were higher in sa.ples stored under a.celera.ed conditions, followed by the sa.ples stored in a.bient light, while those stored in da.kness showed the highest sta.ility a.ong the three stora.e conditions. Supplementa.ion of sunflower oil with SS a.d tocobiol significa.tly enha.ced its oxida.ion sta.ility. Nota.ly, SS exhibited exceptiona. effectiveness in sta.ilizing sunflower oil rega.dless of SS dose, with the highest effica.y observed a. 0.6%. This wa. evidenced by the slower ra.e of oxida.ion pa.a.eters under va.ious stora.e conditions, highlighting a.superior a.tioxida.t a.tivity compa.ed to both the non-enriched oil a.d tocobiol-enriched oil. Furthermore, sa.fron stigma., used a. a.na.ura. supplement,contributed to the preserva.ion of polyunsa.ura.ed fa.ty a.ids, indica.ing its potentia. a. a.robust source of na.ura. a.tioxi

Combina.ions of meta. a.d la.tha.ide oxides ha.e been done through ca.ted films for potentia. medica. a.plica.ions. In this rega.d, sa.a.ium(Ⅲ) oxide/chromium(Ⅲ) oxide/gra.hene oxide(GO)/polyca.rola.tone(PCL) ba.ed films na.o-composites(NCs) were fa.rica.ed, pointing their utiliza.ion a. a.biologica. sca.fold for wound dressing purposes. a.so, sa.a.ium(Ⅲ) oxide a.d chromium(Ⅲ) oxide ha.e been merged a. promising optica. constituents due to their unique optica. beha.ior. The structura. a.d compositiona. exa.ina.ion of the studied NCs wa. executed by X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD), Ra.a., a.d field emission sca.ning electron microscopy(FESEM). The Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exhibits a.surfa.e with a.lower roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to rea.h 1.2 μm a. the a.era.e gra.n size, whilst Sm_(2)O_(3)records a. a.era.e gra.n size of less tha. 1 μm. a. well, the polymeric na.o-compositions exhibit va.ia.ion in conta.t a.gle va.ues tha. hit 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, a.d 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL a. the second lowest conta.t a.gle. The optica. beha.ior contributes to a.sorption edge reloca.ion a.ong the x-a.is from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Rega.ding biologica. responses, the cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL shows cell via.ility of 119.31%, while 5 μg/m L hits 99.6%. a.ditiona.ly, the resulting cell a.ta.hment microgra.hs show la.ers of fibrobla.t tissue, besides the prolifera.ion a.d growth of cultiva.ed cells. Thus, the Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL sca.fold provides 3D prolifera.ion of fibrobla.t cells endorsing the wound hea.ing process.
