本文提出了一种基于生成对抗网络的全球海表面温度(sea surface temperature,SST)偏差订正及降尺度整合模型.该模型的生成器使用偏差订正模块将数值模式预测结果进行校正,再用可复用的共享降尺度模块将订正后的数据分辨率逐次提高.该模型的判别器可鉴别偏差订正及降尺度结果的质量,以此为标准进行对抗训练。同时,在对抗损失函数中含有物理引导的动力学惩罚项以提高模型的性能.本研究基于分辨率为1°的GFDL SPEAR模式的SST预测结果,选择遥感系统(Remote Sensing System)的观测资料作为真值,面向月尺度EnSO与IOD事件以及天尺度海洋热浪事件开展了验证试验:模型在将分辨率提高到0.0625°×0.0625°的同时将预测误差减少约90.3%,突破了观测数据分辨率的限制,且与观测结果的结构相似性高达96.46%.

Background Although flow diverter device (FDD) has brought revolutionized advances in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms, it also presents considerable drawbacks as well, as the innovation for novel device has never stopped. This preclinical research aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a newly developed FDD, the EMBOPIPE, through in vivo and in vitro *** Aneurysms were induced in 20 new Zealand white rabbits which were randomized to three follow-up groups according to the time elapsed after EMBOPIPE implantation (28, 90, and 180 days). Additional EMBOPIPEs were implanted in the abdominal aorta to cover the renal artery in nine rabbits. Angiography was performed immediately after device placement in all groups. Aneurysm occlusion, patency of renal arteries, and pathological outcomes were assessed. For the in vitro experiments, we measured the thrombogenic potential of EMBOPIPEs (n = 5) compared with bare stents (n = 5) using the Chandler loop model. Evaluation indicators were the platelet counts, macroscopic observations and scanning electron *** EMBOPIPEs were successfully deployed in 19 of 20 rabbit aneurysms (95.0%). The rates of complete or near-complete aneurysm occlusion were 73.3%, 83.3%, and 100% in the 28-, 90-, and 180-day groups, respectively. All renal arteries covered by EMBOPIPEs remained patent, and the mean difference in renal artery diameter before and after the device placement in the three groups was 0.07 mm, 0.10 mm, and 0.10 mm, respectively (p = 0.77). Renal pathology was normal in all cases. The pathological findings of the aneurysms were as follows: thickened and adequate neointimal coverage at the aneurysm neck, minimal inflammatory response, near-complete smooth muscle cell layer, and endothelialization along the device. Missing microbes in infants and children in the COVID-19 pandemic:a study of 1,126 participants in Beijing,China

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many fatalities worldwide and continues to affect the health of the recovered patients in the form of *** this study,we compared the gut microbiome of uninfected infants and children before the pandemic began(BEFORE cohort,n=906)to that of after the pandemic(AFTER cohort,n=220)to examine the potential impact of social distancing and life habit changes on infant/children gut *** on 16S rRnA sequencing,we found a significant change in microbiome composition after the pandemic,with Bacteroides enterotype increasing to 35.45%from 30.46%before the *** quantification indicated that the bacterial loads of seven keystone taxa decreased by 91.69%–19.58%.Quantitative microbiome profiling,used to enhance the resolution in detecting microbiome differences,revealed a greater explained variance of pandemic on microbiome compared to gender,as well as a significant decrease in bacterial loads in 15 of the 20 major *** random forest age-predictor indicated the gut microbiomes were less mature in the after-pandemic cohort than in the before-pandemic cohort in the children group(3–12 years old)and had features of a significantly younger age(average of 1.86 years).Lastly,body weight and height were significantly lower in the after-pandemic cohort than in the before-pandemic cohort in infants(n bacterial loads in the fecal microbiome.

Diabetic nephropathy(Dn)is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and a major cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).The pathogenesis of Dn is unknown,but it is closely related to disorders of glucolipid metabolism,abnormal hemodynamics,chronic inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and *** Dn develops into ESRD,it is often more difficult to treat than ESRD caused by other kidney ***,a deeper knowledge of the pathophysiological mechanisms of Dn and the discovery of candidate markers for early diagnosis are *** secreted by renal cells can regulate a series of pathophysiological processes such as translation and transcription by releasing miRnAs or proteins,thereby regulating the biological functions and phenotype of recipient kidney *** has been found that miRnA secreted by urinary exosomes in patients with Dn is involved in the occurrence and development of Dn and may become biological markers.1 However,studies on exosome proteins are relatively few and lack validation in *** the present study,we identified an altered pathway in urinary exosomes from Dn patients for the first ***,the altered ferroptosis-related proteins may represent novel candidate markers for early progression of disease and/or early treatment effects.

The commercialization of silicon-based anodes is affected by their low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and capacity decay,which are attributed to the formation of an unstable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)***,a feasible and cost-effective prelithiation method under a localized highconcentration electrolyte system(LHCE)for the silicon-silica/graphite(Si-SiO_(2)/C@G)anode is designed for stabilizing the SEI layer and enhancing the *** thin SiO_(2)/C layers with-nH_(2) groups covered on nano-Si surfaces are demonstrated to be beneficial to the prelithiation process by density functional theory calculations and electrochemical *** SEI formed under LHCE is proven to be rich in ionic conductivity,inorganic substances,and flexible organic ***,faster Li+transportation across the SEI further enhances the prelithiation effect and the rate performance of Si-SiO_(2)/C@G *** also leads to uniform decomposition and high stability of the SEI with abundant organic *** a result,the prepared anode shows a high reversible specific capacity of 937.5 mAh g^(-1)after 400 cycles at a current density of 1 *** 811‖Li-SSGLHCE full cell achieves a high-capacity retention of 126.15 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C over 750 cycles with 84.82%ICE,indicating the great value of this strategy for Si-based anodes in large-scale applications.

Stimuli-responsive smart materials exhibit reverse chemical/physical changes in response to external stimuli and research on stimuli-responsive smart materials with self-powered properties is still uncultivated ***,we report perovskite crystalline self-powered multiple stimuli-responsive materials triggered by chemical and thermal stimuli.[HMEP]PbI_(3)·(H_(2)O)(1;HMEP is a hydroxytris(1-methylethyl)phosphorus cation)crystallizes in a chiral space group P 21 at 293 K and has the piezoelectric reaction(d_(33)=10 pC/n and output voltage=1 V)of self-powered modes,this value is larger than the value of 3 pC/n for the classical piezoelectric material *** materials can generate energy due to mechanical deformation,and using thermal heating to lose water,[HMEP]PbI_(3)(2)can be obtained.2 crystallizes in the non-centrosymmetric space group,undergoes two reversible phase transitions at 243/255 K and 315/348 K,and shows second harmonic generation ***,2 can return to the hydrated form 1 after absorbing *** work will lay the foundation for self-powered stimuli-responsive compounds and contribute to the construction of novel organic-inorganic hybrid materials with second harmonic generation switching.

Atherosclerosis is the most common cause of cardiovascular diseases that contribute to the major morbidity worldwide,but still lacking of effective treatment ***,a hybrid cell is constructed for the sonodynamic effect promoted cell therapy of early atherosclerosis by fusing M2 macrophages with thylakoid(TK)*** systemic administration,the obtained TK-M2 actively accumulates in the early atherosclerotic plaques,wherein M2 macrophages relieve the cholesterol accumulation and the inflammation in the foam ***,the TK membranes decorated on the M2 macrophages exhibit both type I and type II sonodynamic effects under ultrasound(US)activation,inducing the direct apoptosis of foam *** cooperation of M2 and TK leads to significant outcome in eliminating atherosclerotic plaques without obvious side-effects,providing a new avenue for atherosclerosis treatment.
