Liver disorders are one of the most common pathological problems *** affects more than 1.5 billion *** types of hepatic cells have been reported to be involved in the initiation and propagation of both acute and chronic liver diseases,including hepatocytes,Kupffer cells,sinusoidal endothelial cells,and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).In addition,oxidative stress,cytokines,fibrogenic factors,microRNAs,and autophagy are also *** the molecular mechanisms of liver diseases leads to discovering new therapeutic interventions that can be used in ***,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-HSCs therapy,gene therapy,cell therapy,gut microbiota,and nanoparticles have great potential for preventing and treating liver ***,we explored the recent possible molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of acute and chronic liver ***,we overviewed the recent therapeutic interventions that targeted liver diseases and summarized the recent studies concerning liver disorders therapy.

In this paper we study the dynamics of the atomic inversion, von Neumann entropy and entropy squeezing for moving and non-moving two-level atoms interacting with a Perelomov coherent state. The final state of the system using specific initial conditions is obtained. The effects of Perelomov and detuning parameters are examined in the absence and presence of the atomic motion. Important phenomena such as the collapse and revival are shown to be very sensitive to the variation of the Perelomov parameter in the presence of detuning parameter. The results show that the Perelomov parameter is very useful in generating a high amount of entanglement due to variation of the detuning parameter.

Sequence analysis of the RNA polymerase B subunit encoding gene (rpoB) has been proposed as a useful tool for bacterial identification. This method has been implemented to differentiate five well-defined Proteus species: P. mirabilis, P. hauseri, P. penneri, P. vulgaris, and P. myxofaciens. In this study, we evaluated the usefulness of rpoB sequencing for intraspecies discrimination of P. mirabilis. The sequence of rpoB 909 bp region was analyzed in 15 newly isolated strains and 5 of 8 years old isolates from different clinical sources. Three respective groups were obtained. The first group included 13 of the new strains showing similarity with Proteus mirabilis (ATCC 29906) strain. The second group including 3 of the old strains differs from the first group with a divergence of 0.22%. Group 3 contains only a single new strain 33. The sequence of this strain shows differences in the rpoB 909 bp region analyzed from the members of group 1 and the second group by 1.65% and 1.87% divergence respectively. According to our results, genetic differences could be detected within the P. mirabilis species. Therefore much more effort should be made to re-evaluate rpoB method and validate its usefulness as a molecular diagnostic method.

Background: Diabetes is a risk factor for depression, but little is known about anxiety and other psychiatric disorders and quality of life. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of depression, anxiety in diabetic patients in our locality and to assess the quality of life in type 2 DM. Subjects & Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study and was carried out in outpatient clinics of specialized medical hospital, Mansoura university for a period of one year. From 217 diabetes mellitus subjects, only 202 patients were matched with 247 healthy people as a control group. All subjects were examined by using socioeconomic data, clinical data, and anthropometric examinations to assess body mass index and waist circumference. All patients were interviewed by using the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) version 5, MINI, Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale (HAD) and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) scales. Laboratory investigation in the form of fasting and two-hour postprandial blood sugar (FBS & 2hpp) and HbA1C levels were done. Results: 18.3% were found to be major depressive disorder;and 2.5% panic disorder, 1% other phobia. Generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder were found in one patient, no patients were found to be diagnosed as Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or substance abuse. Although there was no statistically significant difference between subjects and control groups regarding height, there was statistically significant difference between weights, BMI, with more scores among DM group. Moreover our study showed that HbA1c, fasting blood sugar, two hours post prandial blood sugar were more among DM patients and control groups. Anxiety, depression, and poorer quality of life were found to be more prevalent among DM patients than control groups. Conclusion: DM is associated with depression anxiety disorder with poorer quality of life.

We investigate the entanglement dynamics of an anisotropic two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ system with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction in the presence of both inhomogeneity of the external magnetic field b and intrinsic decoherence which has been studied. The behavior of quantum correlation and the degree of entanglement between the two subsystems is quantified by using measurement-induced disturbance (MID), negativity (N) and Quantum Discord (QD), respectively. It is shown that in the presence of an inhomogeneity external magnetic field occur the phenomena of long-lived entanglement. It is found that the initial state is the essential role in the time evolution of the entanglement.

Adjacent treatment fields are commonly employed in external beam radiation therapy, such as the mantle and inverted-Y fields for the treatment of Hodgkin's disease. In some cases, the adjacent fields are orthogonal, such as the craniospinal fields used in the treatment of medulloblastoma. Another example is the irradiation of head and neck tumors when the lateral neck fields are placed adjacent to the anterior supraclavicular field. In each of these situations, there is a possibility of introducing very large dosage errors across the junction. Consequently, this region is at risk for tumor recurrence if it is underdosed or severe complications if it is overdosed. Four millimeter overlap and gap resulted in an unacceptable dose in homogeneity in the junction. As a result of this study, the magnitudes of hot and cold spots might be clinically acceptable for 3 mm gap between photon fields.

Background: Prostatic abscesses are usually diagnosed in the setting of bacterial prostatitis. Rarely, they reveal or complicate granulomatous prostatitis (GP). Four cases of idiopathic xanthogranulomatous GP have been described previously and the present case report is the first of typical idiopathic variety. The case: A 60-year-old man presented with urine retention that was associated with pyuria and massively enlarged prostate. Cystoscopy revealed prostatic abscess (PA) that was opened. Urine and prostatic culture were negative for bacteria. Prostatic biopsy revealed multiple non-caseating granulomata surrounded by lymphocytes, plasma cells yet without foamy histiocytes, parasites and vasculitis. Special stains were negative for vasculitis, fungiand acid-fast organisms. The patient was treated with Solumedrol 1 g intravenously daily for 3 days followed by Prednisone 1 mg/kg/day for 1 month followed by gradual tapering till discontinuation by 3rd month. Moreover, he had received Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) 1 g twice/daily. By the end of 2nd month;he was asymptomatic and without pyuria. Repeat cystourethroscopy and MRI scan of the prostate showed near normal prostate. In Conclusion: Idiopathic GP can present with PA that requires proper drainage and since it is a locally hyperimmune disease with genetic predisposition;MMF therapy will be maintained for a total of 2 years to prevent future disease-relapse.
