Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an autoimmune disorder that affects the neuromuscular *** primary pathology in MG involves the presence of autoantibodies to acetylcholine receptors(AChRs),which results in qualitative and quantitative reductions in the availability of functional *** muscles are also affected,resulting in various perioperative cardiac *** antibodies are commonly reported in MG cases with cardiac *** the presence of thymoma,the prevalence of cardiac manifestations in patients with MG increases to approximately 10%-15%.Cardiac involvement in MG may range from asymptomatic electrocardiogram changes to ventricular tachycardia,myocarditis,conduction disorders,heart failure,and sudden *** incidence of atrial fibrillation,ventricular and supraventricular extra systoles,and prolonged QTc have also been reported in patients with *** should consider the evaluation of autonomic dysfunction and risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with MG.

Objective:To evaluate microscopy,OptiMAL? and multiplex PCR for the identification of Plasmodium falciparum（***） and Plasmodium vivax（***） from the field isolates of Bikaner,Rajasthan（Northwest India）.Methods:In this study,a multiplex PCR（*** and ***） was further developed with the incorporation of Plasmodium malariae（***） specific primer and also a positive *** performance of microscopy,plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase（pLDH） based malaria rapid diagnostic test OptiMAL? and 18S rRNA gene based multiplex PCR for the diagnosis of *** and *** was ***:The three species multiplex PCR ***,*** and ***) with an inbuilt positive control was developed and *** comparison with multiplex PCR,which showed the sensitivity and specificity of 99.36%（95%CI,98.11%-100.00%） and 100.00%（95%CI,100.00%-100.00%）,the sensitivity and specificity of microscopy was 90.44%（95%CI,88.849-95.04%） and 99.22%（95% CI,97.71%-100.00%）,and OptiMAL? was 93.58%（95%CI,89.75%-97.42%） and 97.69%（95%CI, 95.10%-100.00%）.The efficiencies were 99.65%,95.10%and 95.45%for multiplex *** and OptiMAL?.***:Our results raise concerns over the overall sensitivities of microscopy and OptiMAL?,when compared to the multiplex PCR and thus stress the need for new molecular interventions in the accurate detection of the malarial *** further highlights the fact that further developments are needed to improve the performance of rapid diagnostic tests at field level.

A Clustering Approach for Customer Billing Prediction in Mall: A Machine Learning Mechanism

Machine learning implementations are being done in a long way in science and technology and especially in medical stream. In this article, we are focusing on machine learning implementation on mall customers and based on their income and how they can invest in the purchase in a mall. This explains the features like Customer ID, gender, age, income, and spending score. There, we mentioned a score in purchasing the goods in the mall. In this scenario, we are implementing clustering mechanisms, and here we apply the dataset of mall customers which is a public dataset and create clusters related to the customer purchase. We implement machine learning models for the prediction of whether the visited customer will purchase any product or not. For this kind of works, we require many of the inputs like the features mentioned in the paper. To maintain the features, we require a model with machine learning capability. We are performing K-Means clustering and Hierarchical clustering mechanisms, and finally, we implement a confusion matrix to achieve and identify the highest accuracy in those two algorithms. Here, we consider machine learning mechanisms to predict the category of the customer about whether they can buy a product or not based on the independent variables. This work presents you a simple machine learning prediction model based on which we can predict the category of the customer based on clustering. Before clustering, we don’t know to what group they belong to. But after clustering, we can identify the category that data node belongs to. In this article, we are mentioning the process of determining the employee based information using machine learning clustering mechanisms.

Novel CMS lines in pigeonpea[Cajanus cajan(L.)Millspaugh]derived from cytoplasmic substitutions,and their effective restoration and deployment in hybrid breeding

The availability of stable cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS or A) lines coupled with a robust restoration system(R lines) is an essential prerequisite for efficient hybrid ***-enabled hybrid technology holds immense potential to enhance the long-stagnant productivity of pigeonpea. In the present investigation, cytoplasmic substitutions were made in the nuclear backgrounds of early-maturing pigeonpea varieties or lines. Three new CMS lines(ICPL 88039 A, Pusa 992 A, and DPP 3-2A) resulted from genetic crosses involving cytoplasmic donors from A2(GT 288A) and A4(ICPA 2089) categories. In addition to visual inspection of anthers, pollen-staining techniques and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis were used to confirm pollen sterility. Further, given the relevance of the plant mitochondrial genome to CMS manifestation, 25 mitochondrion-specific DNA markers were assayed on these newly developed A lines and isogenic maintainer(B) lines. DNA polymorphism between Pusa 992 A and Pusa 992 B as revealed by the nad7a_del marker confirmed the successful combination of sterilizing cytoplasm(A4) and nonrestoring nuclear background(Pusa 992). Such cytoplasm-specific DNA markers are required for A2-CMS as well. Further, to assess restoration ability, potential restorers were crossed with these CMS lines, and as a consequence, promising A × R combinations exhibiting 100%pollen fertility could be identified. In parallel, we also analyzed the inheritance patterns underlying fertility restoration using ICPL 88039A-derived F2 and BC1F1populations,and established a monogenic dominant model to explain the phenomenon of A2-CMS restoration. In summary, we report the successful development of new CMS lines and describe their effective deployment in hybrid breeding of pigeonpea.

This article presents an exhaustive comparative investigation into the accuracy of gender identification across diverse geographical regions,employing a deep learning classification algorithm for speech signal *** this study,speech samples are categorized for both training and testing purposes based on their geographical *** 1 comprises speech samples from speakers outside of India,whereas Category 2 comprises live-recorded speech samples from Indian *** speech samples are likewise classified into four distinct sets,taking into consideration both geographical origin and the language spoken by the ***,the results indicate a noticeable difference in gender identification accuracy among speakers from different geographical *** speakers,utilizing 52 Hindi and 26 English phonemes in their speech,demonstrate a notably higher gender identification accuracy of 85.75%compared to those speakers who predominantly use 26 English phonemes in their conversations when the system is trained using speech samples from Indian *** gender identification accuracy of the proposed model reaches 83.20%when the system is trained using speech samples from speakers outside of *** the analysis of speech signals,Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCCs)serve as relevant features for the speech *** deep learning classification algorithm utilized in this research is based on a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BiLSTM)architecture within a Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)model.

Computed Tomography(CT)scan and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)technologies are widely used in medical *** the last few months,due to the increased use of CT scans,millions of patients have had their CT scans ***,as a result,images showing the Corona Virus for diagnostic purposes were digitally transmitted over the *** major problem for the world health care system is a multitude of attacks that affect copyright protection and other ethical issues as images are transmitted over the *** a result,it is important to apply a robust and secure watermarking technique to these ***,watermarking schemes have been developed for various image formats,***,.bmp,***,but their impact on NIfTI(Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative)images is not noteworthy.A watermarking scheme based on the Lifting Wavelet Transform(LWT)and QR factorization is presented in this *** LWT and QR are combined,the NIfTI image maintains its inherent sensitivity and mitigates the watermarking scheme’s *** watermarks are added to the host image in this *** the performance of the graphics card is done by using PSNR,SSIM,Q(a formula which measures image quality),SNR,and Normalized *** watermarking scheme withstands a variety of noise attacks and conversions,including image compression and decompression.

Beneficial bacteria, often used as probiotics, play efficient role in providing protection against pathogenic microorganisms in humans. Probiotic bacteria like many Lactobacillus sp. (L. acidophilus, L. casei etc.), Bafidobacterium sp. Streptococcus thermophiles, Bacillus coagulans, etc. are beneficial and nowadays are used as supportive therapeutics. Even Lactobacillus is highlighted for showing the anticancer effects on some human cancer cells (cervical, gastric, colon, breast cancer). Some specific antibiotics like peptide antibiotic, Acidolin;some specific bacteriocins and some metabolites like H2O2, acetic acid, lactic acid produced by Lactobacillus sp. kill or inhibit other microorganisms mainly gram positive and gram negative bacteria, including both enteropathogens and spore formers. Proteins like Enterolisin A, Labyrintho peptin A2, etc. show promising anti-cancer activities. Lactobacillus has effective role in clinical and industrial fields. Clinically it is used to manufacture medicines, some hormones and industrially used for broad fermentations, etc. Studies are going on to use Lactobacillus in more broad ways, by improving strains, increasing specificity, making more effective and to find out some other characteristics to prepare them as more natural therapeutic modality.
