Main observation and conclusion Photoredox C-H bond formation can proceed in aerobic environment under solar light and has therefore become ***-days,different types of expensive novel metal complexes and nanomaterials have been urbanized as photocatalysts for direct C-H bond formation in between derivatives of heteroarenes(HAs)and aryl diazonium *** photocatalysts,however,still suffer from poor stability,high cost,and ***,a graphitic carbon nitride-based fluorescein isothiocyanate(g-C_(3)N_(4)-FITC)film pho-tocatalyst has been reported,which shows ecellent light harvesting ability,and band gap suitability to catalyze the metal free direct C-H arylation of HAs under solar light at ambient ***,the g-C_(3)N_(4)-FITC film photocatalyst can be reused four times without significant loss of activity,confirming the excellent photocatalytic *** current strategy to constructa g-C_(3)N_(4)-FITC film photocatalyst for direct C-H arylation opens a new path towards replacing metal-based catalysts in fine chemical Sy nthesis.

光学温度传感材料具有抗电磁干扰能力强和适用极端工作环境的巨大优势,因此在生物传感。航空航天以及科学实验中显示出重要应用前景。开发双模式温度传感材料,例如兼具荧光强度和荧光寿命测温的双模式荧光温度传感,对提高荧光温度传感器件的精确度具有重要意义。但是,双模式荧光温度传感往往依赖于两种不同的发光中心,将其共掺于同一种材料中会导致由二者能量传递引起的发光猝灭。为了解决这个问题,本论文采用氟氧化物多相玻璃陶瓷体系,分别将具有荧光强度比温度依赖的Er3+和具有荧光寿命温度依赖的Cr3+隔离于玻璃陶瓷的MF2(M=Ca,Sr)析晶相和ZnAl2O4析晶相,有效抑制了Er3+和Cr3+之间发光猝灭,实现了基于Er3+荧光强度比和Cr3+荧光寿命的高性能温度传感。首先,采用SiO2-Al2O3-ZnF2-CaF2-ErF3-CrF3体系,通过高温熔融-急冷成型的方法制备了Er3+/Cr3+共掺的玻璃,并经热处理获得了含有CaF2和ZhnAl2O4析晶相的多相玻璃陶瓷。X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能量散射谱扫描(EDX mapping)研究表明,Er3+和Cr3+分别被选择性地富集于CaF2和ZnAl2O4中。光谱分析(PL)表明,在980 nm半导体激光激发下,Er3+产生了由2H11/2,4S3/2→4I15/2跃迁引起的绿色上转换荧光(UC),在396 nm的Xe灯激发下,Cr3+产生了由2E,4T2-→4A2跃迁引起的红色下转换发光(DC)。变温荧光光谱测试表明,Er3+的上转换荧光来自热耦合能级2H11/2和4S3/2,二者荧光强度比具有明显温度依赖关系。采用最小二乘法拟合的FIR(T)关系表明,利用玻璃陶瓷中Er3+荧光强度比的温度依赖的最大温度敏感系数在437 K和267 K分别可达到0.33%K-1和0.36%K-1。同时,变温荧光寿命测试表明,Cr3+的红光荧光寿命具有明显温度依赖关系。采用最小二乘法拟合的CT关系表明,利用玻璃中Cr3+荧光寿命的最大温度依赖关系的温度敏感系数在535 K可达0.67%K-1。其次,采用Si02-A1203-ZnF2-CaF2-YbF3-ErF3-CrF3体系,通过高温熔融-急冷成型的方法制备了 Yb3+/Er3+/Cr3+共掺的玻璃,并经热处理获得了含有SrF2和ZnAl2O4析晶相的多相玻璃陶瓷。X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能量散射谱扫描(EDX mapping)研究表明,Yb3+/Er3+和Cr3+分别被选择性地富集于SrF2和ZnAl2O4中。光谱分析(PL)表明,在980 nm半导体激光激发下,Er3+产生了由2H11/2,4S3/2→4115/2跃迁引起的绿色上转换荧光(UC),在535 nm半导体激光激发下,Cr3+产生了由2E,4T2-→4A2跃迁引起的红色下转换发光(DC)。变温荧光光谱测试表明,Er3+的上转换荧光来自热耦合能级2H11/2和4S3/2,二者荧光强度比具有明显温度依赖关系。采用最小二乘法拟合的FIR(T)关系表明,利用玻璃陶瓷中Er3+荧光强度比的温度依赖的最大温度敏感系数在334 K和275 K分别可达到1.11%K-1和0.66%K-1。同时,变温荧光寿命测试表明,Cr3+的红光荧光寿命具有明显温度依赖关系。采用最小二乘法拟合的CT关系表明,利用玻璃中Cr3+荧光寿命的最大温度依赖关系的温度敏感系数在435 K可达0.19%K-1。

A Galeazzi-variant type fracture-dislocation in adults

Objective：Fracture of either radius or ulna with a dislocation either at the proximal or distal radioulnar joint （DRUJ） is not a common injury and is inherently *** we report a case series,with both-bone forearm fractures associated with dislocation of DRUJ,as a Galeazzi-variant type fracture-dislocation,and try to analyze this injury ***：The study was based on 6 patients having Galeazzi-variant type fracture-dislocation of different age （20 to 45 years）.All fractures were closed *** fractures involved the same level and three fractures were at different levels of radius and ulna *** thorough examination and investigations they were treated with limited contact dynamic compression plate without additional fixation for ***：All cases were followed up for 24 *** maximum incidence occurred in age group between 31 and 40 *** the fractures of both radius and ulna were united in average time of 12 *** of motion of wrist and elbow,supination and pronation at final follow-up were *** was no subsequent re-subluxation or dislocation of the DRUJ in any of the ***：Galeazzi variant in adult is a new undescribed pattern of forearm with wrist *** open reduction and internal fixation of both-bone forearm fractures is mandatory,followed by 3 to 4 weeks of immobilization in a cast for the healing of disrupted DRUJ.

Double level Chance-type fractures of spine in ankylosing spondylitis

Chance fractures are usually associated with seat belt injuries. Mechanism is always related to flexion-distraction at vertebral level. Double level Chance-type fractures have rarely been reported in published literature. We presented such a fracture at D10 and L3 level in a 38-year-old patient with ankylosing spondylitis. Management was done with posterior decompression and short segment fixation separately.

Identification of a person's individuality and sex determination are important for legal as well as identification *** aim of the present study was to check the reliability of cheiloscopy and mandibular canine index(MCI)in the detennination of sex in an *** aim of this study is to analyze difierent lip patterns reproduced by the natural dye(vermilion)and lysochrome(Sudan Black Ⅱ)dyes and to compare the MCI in males and females for the determination of sex and to check the reliability of cheiloscopy and MCI for the *** lip prints were developed using natural dye(vermilion)and lysochrome(Sudan Black Ⅱ)dyes and their patterns categorized according to Tsuchihashi's *** were *** of the two was *** to discriminant functional analysis,percentage accuracy for cheiloscopy in the determination of sex was found to be 55%while for MCI,the same value was 85%.Natural dye(vermilion)was found as an efficient dye compared to lysochrome(Sudan Black Ⅱ)dyes for the development of latent lip *** the dyes showed Type Ⅰ lip print pattern to be common in males and ***,all the parameters in MCI were found to be significant in the determination of sex in an *** results of the present study revealed MCI to be more reliable in the determination of sex than cheiloscopy.

Behavior of ZrO_2-C Refractories in Thin-strip Casting of Steel

Zirconia graphite refractory is used as a core-nozzle in the thin-strip casting of steel. Post-mortem analysis of used refractory was performed in an effort to establish the failure mechanism. Corrosion behavior was studied against molten steel with Mn O- SiO 2based liquid inclusions. Corrosion of these materials involves dissolution and oxidation of graphite in the matrix followed by penetration of liquid slag leading to degradation of ZrO 2particles. Thermodynamic equilibrium calculations were performed to study this corrosion mechanism.

General-motors diet: A quick fix for steatotic live liver donors

Background and aims:GM(General-Motors)diet is a low-calorie 7-day diet plan using complex carbohydrates used for quick weight *** optimisation is known to decrease steatosis and improve outcomes in liver *** evaluated the efficacy and feasibility of using GM diet in steatotic live liver donors(LLD).Methods:LLDs who either had BMI>30 kg/m^(2),Computerised tomography liver attenuation index(CT-LAI)10%were started on GM diet for 1 *** of these LLDs and their recipients were retrieved retrospectively and ***,liver function tests(LFT),MR fat-frac-tion,CT-LAI,hospital-stay and complications were analysed in LLDs while early graft dysfunction(EGD)and complications were assessed in ***:A total of 51 LLDs with mean age of 34.6?9.5 years with baseline mean weight of 80.6±10.8 kg and BMI of 29.1±2.78 kg/m^(2) were started on GM *** a week of following the GM diet,there was an average weight loss of 3.46±2.1 kg,a decrease in fat-fraction by 3.8%±2.7,and an improvement in CT-LAI by 6.7?3.7 *** patients could successfully undergo donor hepatectomy with an average postoperative ICU stay of 2.86±0.8 days and hospital stay of 6.82?0.81 *** donor had steatosis>10% on intraoperative Tru-cut biopsy and their post-operative outcomes were similar to normal liver *** were intra-abdominal collections in 2 donors requiring drainage and one required re-exploration for intestinal *** was EGD in 8 recipients(15.6%)and mortality in 1(1.9%)***:GM diet is safe and effective regimen to reduce steatosis and increase healthy LLD pool without compromising donor or recipient safety.

Acromioclavicular joint septic arthritis in an immunocompetent child： A case report

Septic arthritis of acromioclavicular （AC） joint is a rare entity. It is generally seen in patients who are immunocompromised. Only 15 cases have been reported till now, with only one case series of 6 patients, We report a case of septic arthritis of AC joint in an immunocompetent child. A 9 years old girl presented with history of pain in left shoulder for 4 days associated with fever, No history suggestive of any immunocompromised state was complained. On local examination, a swelling of around 3 cm in diameter was found over left AC joint region with raised local temperature, tenderness on palpation and positive response in fluctuation test. Total leukocyte count was 18.7 - 109/L with 80% of neutrophils. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） was 28 mm/1 h. C-reactive protein （CRP） was 12 mg/L. X-ray showed enlarged left AC joint space. Ultrasound revealed hypoechoic collection in the AC joint and the surrounding area. The aspirate was thick and purulent in nature, revealing Gram positive cocci at staining. Arthrotomy and thorough lavage of AC joint was done. Culture of the aspirate showed Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus （MRSA） after 48 hours that was sensitive to amikacin, gentamicin, erythromycin and teicoplanin. Patient was symptom-free at 2 months of follow-up with no signs of osteomyelitis on the radiographs. Thus this is the first case of AC joint septic arthritis in healthy individual. Being proximal to the shoulder joint, AC joint septic arthritis can be confused with the shoulder joint septic arthritis. Thus, high index of suspicion is required for accurate diagnosis.

[目的]探讨七氟醚预处理对单肺通气患者肺功能的影响,明确七氟醚预处理对单肺通气相关肺损伤影响。[方法]严格按照纳入标准选取肺叶切除术患者40例,将患者随机均分为两组:七氟醚预处理组(S组,n=20)及丙泊酚组(P组,n=20)。S组患者在全麻诱导气管插管后,给予1MAC的七氟醚吸入进行预处理30min,随后停用七氟醚,行快速充氧行气体交换,保证患者在单肺通气开始时吸入浓度为0。P组患者不进行七氟醚预处理,其余麻醉方案两组患者相同。两组患者在麻醉诱导前(TO)、侧卧位双肺通气后15min(T1)、单肺通气后30min(T2)、恢复双肺通气后30min(T3)、恢复双肺通气后60min(T4)、术后6h(T5)及术后48h(T6)抽取患者动脉血样,加入肝素抗凝,以3000r/min离心10min分离血浆于-20℃中贮存待测,待全部标本收齐后,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定患者血浆内的CC-16蛋白浓度水平。同时在T1、T2、T3及T4时间点对患者进行动脉血气分析并记录Pa02,计算患者的氧合指数(OI)。随访并记录患者术后相关不良事件的发生情况,包括术后肺部感染、全身炎症反应综合症、脓毒血症、院内死亡率等。[结果]两组患者的性别、年龄、ASA分级、手术类别、单肺通气时间、手术时间等比较没有显著性差异(p>0.05)。与T0时相比,两组患者的血浆CC-16浓度水平在T2、T3、T4、T5及T6时间点均出现了不同水平的升高(p0.05);与P组患者相比,S组患者的氧合指数在T1时间点没有差异,但在T2及T3时间点明显较低(p<0.05),而T4时间点两组间比较没有显著性差异。在术后转归方面,两组患者术后肺部感染、全身炎症反应综合征、浓度血症及院内死亡率之间比较均无差异。[结论]七氟醚预处理可显著降低单肺通气患者术后早期的血浆CC-16水平,同时改善患者术后早期的氧合功能,对患者术后早期的肺功能具有一定的保护效应,但远期效果仍不明确,有待于进行下一步研究。
