In this paper,unsteady numerical simulation of jet Circulation Control(CC)is carried out with the NACA0012-CC airfoil as the research *** dynamic process from the opening of jet slot and adjustment of jet intensity to the stable state of jet control effect is *** time-delay effect and flow mechanism of jet are *** mechanism of jet momentum coefficient and moment coefficient fluctuating with time is *** fluctuation of jet momentum coefficient is caused by the change of the pressure coefficient distribution on the Coanda surface or the structure of the wave system inside the jet,and the oscillation frequency of the wave system structure of the under-expansion supersonic jet reaches 1481 Hz at the opening *** on the aerodynamic model and Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID)control theory,the closed-loop control system of CC airfoil is *** parameters of PID control system are adjusted by the Genetic Algorithm(GA),which significantly improves the response ability of the control system to step,ramp and sine signals,and improves the dynamic performance of the *** at the special time-delay effect of jet control,Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network module is added to the control system to predict the target input signal,which strengthens the prediction ability of GA-PID control system to the target signal at the next time *** using LSTM neural network correction,the control hysteresis caused by jet time-delay effect is alleviated,and the response ability of the control system is effectively ***,the designed LSTM-GA-PID control system is applied to the NACA0012-CC airfoil for the pitch control simulation *** test results show that the control system designed in this paper has good dynamic performance and can respond quickly and accurately to complex input signals,which confirms the effectiveness of the control system.

Organizations are adopting the bring Your Own Device(bYOD)concept to enhance productivity and reduce ***,this trend introduces security challenges,such as unauthorized *** access control systems,such as Attribute-based Access Control(AbAC)and Role-based Access Control(RbAC),are limited in their ability to enforce access decisions due to the variability and dynamism of attributes related to users and *** paper proposes a method for enforcing access decisions that is adaptable and dynamic,based on multilayer hybrid deep learning techniques,particularly the Tabular Deep Neural Network Tabular DNN *** technique transforms all input attributes in an access request into a binary classification(allow or deny)using multiple layers,ensuring accurate and efficient access *** proposed solution was evaluated using the Kaggle Amazon access control policy dataset and demonstrated its effectiveness by achieving a 94%accuracy ***,the proposed solution enhances the implementation of access decisions based on a variety of resource and user attributes while ensuring privacy through indirect communication with the Policy Administration Point(PAP).This solution significantly improves the flexibility of access control systems,making themmore dynamic and adaptable to the evolving needs ofmodern ***,it offers a scalable approach to manage the complexities associated with the bYOD environment,providing a robust framework for secure and efficient access management.

The insect gustatory system participates in identifying potential food sources and avoiding toxic *** this process,gustatory receptors(GRs)recognize feeding stimulant and deterrent ***,the GRs involved in recognizing stimulant and deterrent compounds in the red imported fire ant,Solenopsis invicta,remain ***,we conducted a study on the genes SinvGR1,SinvGR32b,and SinvGR28a to investigate the roles of GRs in detecting feeding stimulant and deterrent *** this current study,we found that sucrose and fructose are feeding stimulants and the bitter compound quinine is a feeding *** fire ant workers showed significant behavior changes to avoid the bitter taste in feeding stimulant *** transcription quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results from developmental stages showed that the SinvGR1,SinvGR32b,and SinvGR28a genes were highly expressed in fire ant ***-specific expression profiles indicated that SinvGR1,SinvGR32b,and SinvGR28a were specifically expressed in the antennae and foreleg tarsi of workers,whereas SinvGR32b gene transcripts were also highly accumulated in the male ***,the silencing of SinvGRI or SinvGR32b alone and the co-silencing of both genes disrupted worker stimulation and feeding on sucrose and *** results also showed that SinvGR28a is required for avoiding quinine,as workers with knockdown of the SinvGR28a gene failed to avoid and fed on *** study first identified stimulant and deterrent compounds of fire ant workers and then the GRs involved in the taste recognition of these *** study could provide potential target gustatory genes for the control of the fire ant.

AIM:To investigate the stability of the seven housekeeping genes:beta-actin(Actb),glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),18s ribosomal unit 5(18s),cyclophilin A(CycA),hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl transferase(HPRT),ribosomal protein large P0(36b4)and terminal uridylyl transferase 1(U6)in the diabetic retinal tissue of rat ***:The expression of these seven genes in rat retinal tissues was determined using real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)in two groups;normal control rats and streptozotocininduced diabetic *** stability analysis of gene expression was investigated using geNorm,NormFinder,bestKeeper,and comparative delta-Ct(ΔCt)***:The 36b4 gene was stably expressed in the retinal tissues of normal control animals;however,it was less stable in diabetic *** 18s gene was expressed consistently in both normal control and diabetic rats’retinal *** this gene was the best reference for data normalisation in RT-qPCR studies that used the retinal tissue of streptozotocin-induced diabetic ***,there was no ideal gene stably expressed for use in all experimental ***:Identifying relevant genes is a need for achieving RT-qPCR validity and reliability and must be appropriately achieved based on a specific experimental setting.
