Software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

The use of privacy-enhanced facial recognition has increased in response to growing concerns about data securityand privacy in the digital age. This trend is spurred by rising demand for face recognition technology in a varietyof industries, including access control, law enforcement, surveillance, and internet communication. However,the growing usage of face recognition technology has created serious concerns about data monitoring and userprivacy preferences, especially in context-aware systems. In response to these problems, this study provides a novelframework that integrates sophisticated approaches such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Blockchain,and distributed computing to solve privacy concerns while maintaining exact face recognition. The framework’spainstaking design and execution strive to strike a compromise between precise face recognition and protectingpersonal data integrity in an increasingly interconnected environment. Using cutting-edge tools like Dlib for faceanalysis,Ray Cluster for distributed computing, and Blockchain for decentralized identity verification, the proposedsystem provides scalable and secure facial analysis while protecting user privacy. The study’s contributions includethe creation of a sustainable and scalable solution for privacy-aware face recognition, the implementation of flexibleprivacy computing approaches based on Blockchain networks, and the demonstration of higher performanceover previous methods. Specifically, the proposed StyleGAN model has an outstanding accuracy rate of 93.84%while processing high-resolution images from the CelebA-HQ dataset, beating other evaluated models such asProgressive GAN 90.27%, CycleGAN 89.80%, and MGAN 80.80%. With improvements in accuracy, speed, andprivacy protection, the framework has great promise for practical use in a variety of fields that need face recognitiontechnology. Cohesion is an important soil strength parameter for the overall structure and quality of building foundations as well as slope stability. For a civil engineering project, cohesion (c) can be determined directly from mainly unconfined compression tests, direct shear tests, and triaxial tests of soil. However, it’s quite challenging to collect soil samples as there are time and cost constraints, as well as a diversity of soil deposits. Hence, this research aims to demonstrate a simplified method in order to determine the strength parameter of cohesive soil. Here, we propose an alternative solution adopting statistical correlations and machine learning techniques to establish correlations between the liquid limit, plastic limit, moisture content and %fine of soil with the strength parameter. In laboratory testing, these parameters can be obtained easily and these tests are relatively simple, quick to perform and also comparatively inexpensive. Hence, several test results were used from 100 boreholes which were soft soil or silty clay-type soil. Using the collected in-situ and lab test results of soil samples, a Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), Random Forest Regression (RFR) and Machine Learning (ML) model will be developed to establish a relationship between cohesion and the available test results. In order to assess the performances of both models, several performance indicators like: correlation coefficient (R2), mean squared error (MSE), root mean square error (RMSE), and mean average error (MAE) will be used. These correlation coefficients will be used to demonstrate the prediction capacity and accuracy of both models. It should be noted that this approach will substitute the conventional testing required for strength parameters, which is both expensive and time-consuming.

Comparative Study on Caesarian and Normal Delivery Childbirth in Bangladesh

The study is concerned with caesarian and normal delivery and its effectiveness on childbirth which has more impact on Bangladesh. We identified that, higher educated and higher income families are choosing caesarian section for childbirth because of improved safety of surgical skill to reduce the mortality rate. Although expensive, most caesarian operations are performed in private hospitals for modern medical equipment, experienced doctors and advanced medical care. A questionnaire survey design was applied in order to make a comparative study on caesarian and normal delivery childbirth. Respondents from all over Bangladesh participated in the survey. We collect 281 data from the respondents of different districts of Bangladesh by area sampling. We use descriptive and analytical research designs in determining the comparative study on caesarian and normal delivery childbirth in Bangladesh. The results of study show that the variance of children taken by caesarian delivery is less than children taken by normal delivery and children taken by caesarian delivery increase due to increased family income. It has been found that 39.5% (111) respondents are from the Urban area and 60.5% (171) from the rural zone. We can say that more than 50% of our respondents are well-educated. Drought is primarily an agricultural phenomenon that refers to conditions where plants are responsive to certain levels of moisture stress that affect both the vegetative growth and yield of crops. It occurs when supply of moisture stored in the soil is insufficient to meet the optimum need of a particular type of crop. Causes of drought in Bangladesh are related to climate variability and non-availability of surface water resources. While it may be possible to indicate the immediate cause of a drought in a particular location, it often is not possible to identify an underlying cause. Therefore, to improve all these services in favour of enhancing agricultural production and reducing food insecurity in Bangladesh, it is mandatory to develop an effective way for disseminating the SPI data indicating drought indices to farmers, and enhance drought and climate resilience. To develop future plan and policy in agricultural sector of Bangladesh, it is vital to understand the previous droughts events with accurate indicators. Since this study will contribute to the agricultural development of Bangladesh therefore there is an obvious need to understand the change of drought frequency all over Bangladesh using a standardized drought index. The main intention of this project is to prepare a proper baseline for forecasting drought indices using SPI data. So, the final outcome of this project would be a knowledge base where a proper forecasting tools and dissemination networks can be updated/developed for farmers.

This study illustrates an innovative way to fabricate inkjet-printed tracks by sequential printing of Zn nanoparticle ink and curing ink for low temperature in situ chemical *** chemical curing in place of standard sintering methods leads to the advantages of using flexible substrates that may not withstand the high thermal budgets of the standard methods.A general formulation engineering method is adopted to produce highly concentrated Zn ink which is cured by inkjet printing an over-layer of aqueous acetic acid which is the curing *** experimental results reveal that a narrow window of acid concentration of curing ink plays a crucial role in determining the electrical properties of the printed Zn *** conductive(~10^(5)S m^(−1))and mechanically flexible printed Zn features are *** addition,from systematic material characterization,we obtain an understanding of the curing ***,a touch sensor circuit is demonstrated involving all-Zn printed conductive tracks.

Composts are considered to be one of the best soil amendments. However, the effects of composts with added polymeric materials on soil physical,hydraulic, and micromorphological properties have not been widely discussed. Changes in soil physical properties influence the numerous services that soils provide. We studied the impacts of composts with the addition of three different polymers(F1–F3) produced from polyethylene and thermoplastic corn starch on the physical, hydraulic, and micromorphological properties of two soils, a Cambic Phaeozem and a Luvic Phaeozem. Applying composts with polymers had limited or no significant effect on soil bulk density and porosity, but increased the field water capacity by 18%–82% and 3%–6% and the plant-available water content by 15%–23% and 4%–17% for the Cambic Phaeozem and Luvic Phaeozem, respectively. The application of composts with polymers had a greater effect on the Cambic Phaeozem than on the Luvic Phaeozem. It was suggested that the use of modified composts led to changes in soil physical properties and micromorphological features and this effect was dependent on the compost application rate. Composts made with the addition of composite synthetic and natural material-derived polymers during composting were found to be a composite mixture that can be successfully used in agriculture.

Case series on multimodal endoscopic therapy for gastric antral vascular ectasia, a tertiary center experience

AIM To study and describe patients who underwent treatment for gastric antral vascular ectasia(GAVE) with different endoscopic treatment *** We reviewed patients with GAVE who underwent treatment at University of Alabama at Birmingham between March 1, 2012 and December 31, 2016. Included patients had an endoscopic diagnosis of GAVE with associated upper gastrointestinal bleeding or iron deficiency *** Seven out of 15 patients had classic watermelon description for GAVE, 1/15 with diffuse/honeycomb pattern and 6/15 with nodular GAVE per EGD description. Seven out of 15 patients required multimodal treatment. Four out of six of patients with endoscopically nodular GAVE required multimodal therapy. Overall, mean pre-and post-treatment hemoglobin(Hb) values were 8.2 ± 0.8 g/dL and 9.7 ± 1.6 g/dL, respectively(P ≤ 0.05). Mean number of packed red blood cells transfusions before and after treatment was 3.8 ± 4.3 and 1.2 ± 1.7(P ≤ 0.05), *** Patients with nodular variant GAVE required multimodal approach more frequently than non-nodular variants. Patients responded well to multimodal therapy and saw decrease in transfusion rates and increase in Hb concentrations. Our findings suggest a multimodal approach may be beneficial in nodular variant GAVE.
