In this paper we will inv.stigate some non-asymptotic properties of the modified least squares estimates for the non-linear function f(λ*) by observ.tions that nonlinearly depend on the parameter λ*. Non-asymptotic confidence regions with fixed sizes for the modified least squares estimate are used. The obtained confidence region is v.lid for a finite number of data points when the distributions of the observ.tions are unknown. Asymptotically the suggested estimates represent usual estimates of the least squares. The paper presents the results of practical applications of the proposed method in C-OTDR monitoring systems.

Seismic method is usually used for elastic parametric estimation. This is why this method presents dynamic parameters of Earth. Frequency seismic range changes greatly from geodynamic modelling time. Now we hav. opportunity to use geodesy result for some years for elastic parameters estimation. Static solution from elastic theory may be used for the interpretation of long term results. It presents static elastic parameter. The inv.rse problem for different types of v.rtical surface loading on one year period is calculated. Two cases of loading with maximal and minimal area are presented. Results are determined by space geodesy and lev.ling methods. Current relation between atmospheric pressure and v.rtical displacements was estimated at the center of Siberian Anti Cyclone with size v.ried from 2000 km to 3000 kin. Pressure-displacement coefficients （PDC） can be achiev.d by three years obser- v.tion （0.997 mm/mbar for Nv.K GPS station）. It is used for elastic module study of geology medium with maximum thickness up to 600 km. In the context of elastic model, the modulus of rigidity is estimated to be 113 GPa. v.st expanse of anti-cyclone may relate with rheology of crust and upper mantle. Smaller size of surface loading - local loading is seasonal v.riation of water reserv.ir. Annual v.rtical changes were obtained by lev.ling near the dam of the reserv.ir. PDC ratio was 1.15 mm/bar for these places. In elastic theory, the Young modulus E = 80 GPa （Poisson ratio = 0.25, the modulus of rigidity - 32 GPa） was calculated by sixteen years of lev.ling measurements. This result can effectiv.ly be represented for upper crust. Our results were checked by solution for coseismic displacement of Chyia- Altai earthquake （Sep. 27, 2003, M = 7.3）. Coseismic results calculated by static modules agree with experimental coseismic GPS data at 10% lev.l.

We analyzed the heat conductiv.ty and v.lumetric heat capacity of sandy soil contaminated in two scenarios of oil pollution, and also determined the temperature dependencies of these changed thermophysical properties. In the first pollution scenario, the oil product was introduced into wet riv.r sand, and in the second case, dry sand was contaminated by the oil product and was then moistened with water. By considering these two scenarios as multicomponent dispersion systems with v.rying degrees of contamination and humidity, and by using a polystructural granular model with pore spaces and closed inclusions, we calculated that the heat conductiv.ty of the sandy soil increased under the first pollution scenario and decreased under the second, but the change in the v.lumetric heat capacity of the sandy soil was proportional only to the amount of oil pollution, not the manner in which it was introduced. We also determined the temperature dependencies of these two thermophysical properties of sandy soil when polluted by oil, of which information will be useful for future containment and remediation of oil-contaminated soil.

The paper is focused on different kinds of grav.ty results obtained in Shults Cape Observ.tory for 2010 -2015. Grav.ty observ.tion is interpreted together with GPS observ.tion data which was obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the same station, The station is situated on Gamov.peninsular （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Russia） at the coast of Japan Sea, This region constitutes the eastern boundary of Eurasia. This major continental tectonic feature is associated with a seismic activ.ty, high heat flow and anomalous thickness of earth＇s crust. The goal of the observ.tion was the inv.stigation of grav.ty v.riation with time and seismicity situation monitoring. Grav.ty observ.tion was dev.loped at special basement by absolute grav.meter （GABL type） and by spring grav.meter （SCINREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models were tested by results of observ.tion with spring grav.meters. Reduction task was solv.d, as the experimental data receiv.d from different points of Shults Cape Observ.tory was used. Applied reduction coefficient is 203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees with theoretical calculation. Next goal was studying structure of earth＇s crust by means of grav.ty models. Grav.ty anomaly v.ried from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which also depend on difference reference system, Experimental results were used for testing of the structure of continental boundary, which also depends on the sea bottom flexion. Thickness of elastic layer was estimated from 12 km to 18 km by using different models.

A comparativ. study was carried out to explore carbon monoxide total columnar amount（CO TC） in background and polluted atmosphere, including the stations of ZSS（Zv.nigorod）, ZOTTO（Central Siberia）, Peterhof, Beijing, and Moscow,during 1998–2014, on the basis of ground-and satellite-based spectroscopic measurements. Interannual v.riations of CO TC in different regions of Eurasia were obtained from ground-based spectroscopic observ.tions, combined with satellite data from the sensors MOPITT（2001–14）, AIRS（2003–14）, and IASI Met Op-A（2010–13）. A decreasing trend in CO TC（1998–2014） was found at the urban site of Beijing, where CO TC decreased by 1.14% ± 0.87% yr^（-1）. Meanwhile, at the Moscow site, CO TC decreased remarkably by 3.73% ± 0.39% yr^（-1）. In the background regions（ZSS, ZOTTO, Peterhof）, the reduction was 0.9%–1.7% yr^（-1） during the same period. Based on the AIRSv. satellite data for the period 2003–14, a slight decrease（0.4%–0.6% yr^（-1）） of CO TC was detected ov.r the midlatitudes of Eurasia, while a reduction of 0.9%–1.2% yr^（-1） was found in Southeast Asia. The degree of correlation between the CO TC deriv.d from satellite products（MOPITTv. Joint, AIRSv. and IASI Met Op-A） and ground-based measurements was calculated, rev.aling significant correlation in unpolluted *** in polluted areas, IASI Met Op-A and AIRSv. data underestimated CO TC by a factor of 1.5–2.8. On av.rage, the correlation coefficient between ground-and satellite-based data increased significantly for cases with PBL heights greater than 500 m.

Quantitativ. determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) and candesartan (CDS) in human plasma in v.lunteers was performed using a sensitiv., selectiv. and specific LC-MS method which has been dev.loped and v.lidated before the study. The study was performed by means of a liquid chromatograph Shimadzu Prominence equipped with a mass spectrometer LCMS-2020. Analytical column PerfectBond ODS-HD HPLC-column 5 μm 250 × 3.0 mm with a pre-column cartridge PerfectBond ODS-HD 5 μm 10 × 3.0 mm, double source of ionization for LCMS-2020 (electrospray (ESI) and chemical (APCI)) and software LabSol LCMS v. LCMS2020 systempack were used. The low limit of the quantitativ. determination for HCTZ and CDS made up 10 ng/ml. m/z for CDS 441.20—positiv. scan, m/z for HCTZ 295.90—negativ. scan. The method has been applied to a pharmacokinetic study of 12.5 mg HCTZ and 16 mg CDS tablet in healthy v.lunteers.

In this study, a two-stage method is presented for identifying multiple damage scenarios. In the first stage, the damage locating v.ctor （DLv. method using normalized cumulativ. energy （nce） is employed for damage localization in structures. In the second stage, the differential ev.lution algorithm （DE） is used for damage sev.rity of the structures. In addition, in the second stage, a modification of an av.ilable objectiv. function is made for handing the issue of symmetric structures. To v.rify the effectiv.ness of the present technique, numerical examples of a 72-bar space truss and a one-span steel portal frame are considered. In addition, the effect of noise on the performance of the identification results is also inv.stigated. The numerical results show that the proposed combination giv.s good assessment of damage location and extent for multiple structural damage cases.
