Flupyradifurone is a promising new insecticide used for controlling Bemisia tabaci during vegetable *** this study,we assessed the fitness costs and mode of inheritance associated with resistance to flupyradifurone in *** by comparing the susceptible strain(med-S)to one field-evolved flupyradifurone-resistant strain(WH-R,with 199-fold resistance)and one laboratory-selected flupyradifurone-resistant strain(FLU-SEL,with 124-fold resistance).Progenies of reciprocal crosses between WH-R and med-S(F_(1A),F_(1B),and pooled F_(1)),and between FLU-SEL and med-S(F_(1C),F_(1D),and pooled F_(1)’),showed varying degrees of dominance,indicating that resistance to flupyradifurone in WH-R was autosomal and incompletely dominant,yet in FLU-SEL it was autosomal and incompletely ***,the development of resistance to flupyradifurone occurred at the expense of fitness costs for the resistant *** to the med-S strain,WH-R showed a relative fitness of 0.50 with significantly prolonged developmental durations and reduced survival rates of the nymphal and pseudopupal stages,as well as decreased fecundity and ***,FLU-SEL showed a relative fitness of 0.65 and also demonstrated prolonged developmental durations and reduced survival rates of nymphs and pseudopupae,as well as decreased hatchability in comparison with the med-S ***,no significant differences in fecundity were observed between med-S and *** present study provides useful knowledge for formulating pest management strategies in the field,which will allow growers to slow the development of resistance to flupyradifurone and to sustainably control ***.

目的分析2001—2022年我国公共卫生信息化研究现状和变化趋势。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,运用CiteSpace软件对2001—2022年发表的公共卫生信息化相关研究进行文献计量分析。结果纳入文献4775篇,刊载于1480种期刊。核心作者257位,形成了3个较大的研究团队。研究涉及401所研究机构,中国疾病预防控制中心、复旦大学和北京大学发文量位列前3位,不同地区间存在差异。关键词网络形成10个聚类,研究重点包括信息化设施建设、技术支撑,以及信息化在公共卫生领域的业务实践。结论公共卫生信息化研究和实践应更加深入,需加强学者和团队间的跨学科交流合作,共同促进各地平衡发展。

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the sixth most common cancer globally,with limited therapies and unsatisfactory prognosis once in the advanced *** promising advances in locoregional and systematic treatments,fast development of targeted drugs,the success of immunotherapy,as well as the emergence of the therapeutic alliance,conversion therapy has recently become more well developed and an effective therapeutic *** article a.med to review recent developments in conversion therapy in liver transplantation(LT)for *** sources:We searched for relevant publications on Pub med before September 2022,using the terms“HCC”,“liver transplantation”,“downstaging”,“bridging treatment”and“conversion therapy.”Results:Conversion therapy was frequently represented as a combination of multiple treatment modalities to downstage HCC and make patients eligible for *** combining various local and systematic treatments in conversion therapy is still controversial,growing evidence has suggested that multimodal combined treatment strategies downstage HCC in a shorter time,which ultimately increases the opportunities for ***,the recent breakthrough of immunotherapy and targeted therapy for HCC also benefit patients with advanced-stage ***:In the era of targeted therapy and immunotherapy,applying the thinking of transplant oncology to benefit HCC patients receiving LT is a new topic that has shed light on advanced-stage *** the expansion of conversion therapy concepts,further investigation and research is required to realize the full potential of conversion treatment strategies,including accurately selecting candidates,determining the timing of surgery,improving the conversion rate,and guaranteeing the safety and long-term efficacy of treatment.

The liver is a multifaceted organ;its location and detoxifying function expose this organ to countless ***-on-chronic failure liver(ACLF)is a severe syndrome that affects the liver due to acute decompensation in patients with chronic liver *** infection environment,ascites,increased liver enzymes and prothrombin time,encephalopathy and fast-evolving multiorgan failure,leading to death,usually accompany *** pathophysiology remains poorly *** this context,animal models become a very useful tool in this regard,as understanding;the disease may be helpful in developing novel therapeutic methodologies for ***,although animal models display several similarities to the human condition,they do not represent all ACLF manifestations,resulting in significant *** initial liver cirrhosis framework followed by the induction of an acute decompensation by administering lipopolysaccharide and D-Ga IN,potentiating liver damage supports the methodologies applied to induce experimental *** entire methodology has been described mostly for ***,a quick Pub med database search indicates about 30 studies concerning ACFL models and over 1000 regarding acute liver failure *** findings demonstrate the clear need to establish easily reproducible ACFL models to elucidate questions about this quickly established and often fatal syndrome.

维生素D与肥胖相互作用的网络药理学研究

目的:通过网络药理学探讨维生素D与肥胖的相关性,并探索影响维生素D与肥胖共同作用靶点的核心蛋白。方法:通过进入西药数据库(DrugBank数据库)检索Vitamin D的相关靶点;通过DisGeNET数据库检索Obesity的相关靶点;利用Venny平台对成分靶点和疾病靶点取交集;将共有靶点导入String构建蛋白-蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络;对药物疾病靶点做蛋白-蛋白互作网络图,并筛选蛋白与蛋白之间互相作用的核心蛋白。结果:共得Vitamin D药物靶点2个;得到肥胖疾病靶点共2821个,取交集得到Vitamin D药物靶点及肥胖疾病靶点1个(VDR);对药物疾病靶点做蛋白-蛋白互作网络图,影响VDR作用的主要蛋白有GC、CYP27B1、med1、EP300、RXRA、NCOA3、SMAD3、CTNNB1。结论:维生素D可能通过作用于VDR靶点发挥抗肥胖的作用。GC、CYP27B1、med1、EP300、RXRA、NCOA3、SMAD3、CTNNB1蛋白可以与VDR相互作用,从而影响维生素D与肥胖共同作用靶点的核心蛋白。

First report of field resistance to cyantraniliprole, a new anthranilic diamide insecticide, on Bemisia tabacimed in China

The Bemisia tabaci （Gennadius） cryptic species complex comprises important insect pests that cause devastating damage to agricultural crops worldwide. In China, the B. tabaci mediterranean （med）（or biotype Q） species is threatening agricul- tural production all over the country as resistance to commonly used insecticides has increased. This situation highlights the need for alternative pest control measures. Cyantraniliprole, a novel anthraniiic diamide insecticide, has been widely employed to control Hemipteran pests. To monitor the levels of resistance to cyantraniliprole in B. tabaci field populations in China, bioassays were conducted for 18 field samples from nine provinces over two years. Compared with median lethal concentration （LC^0） for the med susceptible strain, all field samples had significantly higher resistance to cyantraniliprole. Furthermore, resistance factors （RFs） increased significantly in samples from Shanxi （from 5.62 in 2015 to 25.81 in 2016）, Hunan （3.30 in 2015 to 20.97 in 2016） and Hubei （from 9.81 in 2015 to 23.91 in 2016） provinces. This study indicates a considerable decrease in the efficacy of cyantraniliprole against B. tabaci and establishes a baseline of susceptibility that could serve as a reference for future monitoring and management of B. tabaci resistance to cyantraniliprole.

Objective To identify the important risk factors for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2 DM) and develop effective strategies to address the problem of T2 DM. Our study a.med to evaluate the association between apolipoprotein E(Apo E) genetic polymorphism and type 2 diabetes, and to provide clues for the etiology of T2 *** Based on the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, we extracted, pooled, analyzed and assessed the case-control studies of Apo E polymorphism and T2 DM published in Pub med, Web of Science,medline, Wan Fang, VIP, and CNKI databases by R soft-ware(version 3.4.3). We used Random-effect models when heterogeneity was present in between-study, and fixed-effect models *** We had 59 studies covering 6,872 cases with T2 DM and 8,250 controls, and compared the alleles and genotypes of Apo E between cases and controls. When we conducted a comparison between Apo E ε4 and ε3 alleles, we produced a pooled OR of 1.18(95% CI: 1.09-1.28;P < 0.001). Apo E ε2/ε2 genotype displayed a possible association with T2 DM(OR = 1.46;95% CI: 1.11-1.93;P = 0.007), ε3/ε4 genotype showed a 1.11-fold risk(OR = 1.11;95% CI: 1.01-1.22;P = 0.039) and ε4/ε4 genotype had a1.71-fold risk of developing T2 DM(OR = 1.71;95% CI: 1.33-2.19;P < 0.001) when they were compared with ε3/ε3 *** There is an association between Apo E polymorphism and T2 DM: allele ε4 and genotypes(ε2/ε2, ε3/ε4, and ε4/ε4) are associated with the increased risk for the development of T2 DM, and they may be risk factors for T2 DM.
