The results of experimental research of multi-injector combustors in the regime of the attached pipe are *** a source of high-enthalpy working gas (air), hot shot wind tunnel IT-302m of ITAm, the Siberian Branch ofthe Russian Academy of Sciences was used. Tests have been carried out at mach numbers 3,4 and 5, in a range ofchange of total temperature from 2000K up to 3000K and static pressure from 0.08mPa up to 0.23mPa. Injectorsection has been manufactured in two versions with a various relative height of wedge-shaped injectors with parallelfuel injection. Influence of conditions on the entrance of the combustion chamber on ignition and a stablecombustion of hydrogen was investigated. Intensive combustion of hydrogen has been received only at machnumbers 3 and 4. Advantage of injector section with the greater relative height of injectors is revealed. Themechanism of fuel ignition in the combustion chamber of the given configuration was investigated: two-step ignitionprocess including 'kindling' and intensive combustion over all channel volume.

Seismic method is usually used for elastic parametric estimation. This is why this method presents dynamic parameters of Earth. Frequency seismic range changes greatly from geodynamic modelling time. Now we have opportunity to use geodesy result for some years for elastic parameters estimation. Static solution from elastic theory may be used for the interpretation of long term results. It presents static elastic parameter. The inverse problem for different types of vertical surface loading on one year period is calculated. Two cases of loading with maximal and minimal area are presented. Results are determined by space geodesy and leveling methods. Current relation between atmospheric pressure and vertical displacements was estimated at the center of Siberian Anti Cyclone with size varied from 2000 km to 3000 kin. Pressure-displacement coefficients （PDC） can be achieved by three years obser- vation （0.997 mm/mbar for NVSK GPS station）. It is used for elastic module study of geology medium with maximum thickness up to 600 km. In the context of elastic model, the modulus of rigidity is estimated to be 113 GPa. Vast expanse of anti-cyclone may relate with rheology of crust and upper mantle. Smaller size of surface loading - local loading is seasonal variation of water reservoir. Annual vertical changes were obtained by leveling near the dam of the reservoir. PDC ratio was 1.15 mm/bar for these places. In elastic theory, the Young modulus E = 80 GPa （Poisson ratio = 0.25, the modulus of rigidity - 32 GPa） was calculated by sixteen years of leveling measurements. This result can effectively be represented for upper crust. Our results were checked by solution for coseismic displacement of Chyia- Altai earthquake （Sep. 27, 2003, m = 7.3）. Coseismic results calculated by static modules agree with experimental coseismic GPS data at 10% level.

The paper is focused on different kinds of gravity results obtained in Shults Cape Observatory for 2010 -2015. Gravity observation is interpreted together with GPS observation data which was obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the same station, The station is situated on Gamov peninsular （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Russia） at the coast of Japan Sea, This region constitutes the eastern boundary of Eurasia. This major continental tectonic feature is associated with a seismic activity, high heat flow and anomalous thickness of earth＇s crust. The goal of the observation was the investigation of gravity variation with time and seismicity situation monitoring. Gravity observation was developed at special basement by absolute gravimeter （GABL type） and by spring gravimeter （SCINREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models were tested by results of observation with spring gravimeters. Reduction task was solved, as the experimental data received from different points of Shults Cape Observatory was used. Applied reduction coefficient is 203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees with theoretical calculation. Next goal was studying structure of earth＇s crust by means of gravity models. Gravity anomaly varied from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which also depend on difference reference system, Experimental results were used for testing of the structure of continental boundary, which also depends on the sea bottom flexion. Thickness of elastic layer was estimated from 12 km to 18 km by using different models.

A comparative study was carried out to explore carbon monoxide total columnar amount（CO TC） in background and polluted atmosphere, including the stations of ZSS（Zvenigorod）, ZOTTO（Central Siberia）, Peterhof, Beijing, and moscow,during 1998–2014, on the basis of ground-and satellite-based spectroscopic measurements. Interannual variations of CO TC in different regions of Eurasia were obtained from ground-based spectroscopic observations, combined with satellite data from the sensors mOPITT（2001–14）, AIRS（2003–14）, and IASI met Op-A（2010–13）. A decreasing trend in CO TC（1998–2014） was found at the urban site of Beijing, where CO TC decreased by 1.14% ± 0.87% yr^（-1）. meanwhile, at the moscow site, CO TC decreased remarkably by 3.73% ± 0.39% yr^（-1）. In the background regions（ZSS, ZOTTO, Peterhof）, the reduction was 0.9%–1.7% yr^（-1） during the same period. Based on the AIRSv6 satellite data for the period 2003–14, a slight decrease（0.4%–0.6% yr^（-1）） of CO TC was detected over the midlatitudes of Eurasia, while a reduction of 0.9%–1.2% yr^（-1） was found in Southeast Asia. The degree of correlation between the CO TC derived from satellite products（mOPITTv6 Joint, AIRSv6 and IASI met Op-A） and ground-based measurements was calculated, revealing significant correlation in unpolluted *** in polluted areas, IASI met Op-A and AIRSv6 data underestimated CO TC by a factor of 1.5–2.8. On average, the correlation coefficient between ground-and satellite-based data increased significantly for cases with PBL heights greater than 500 m.

This work presents the results of complex gravity observation performed at Shults Cape, Gamov peninsula (42.58°N, 131.15°E), Russia. Absolute laser gravimeter GABL type and Scintrex type relative gravimeter were used for measurement. To investigate the accuracy of tidal corrections we compared the observed tidal parameters of the main tidal waves O1 and m2 with modeled ones computed from 6 different ocean tidal models: CSR4, FES02, FES04, GOT00, NAO99 and TPX06. After discussion a theoretical model based on TPX06 ocean tides model and DDW99 non hydrostatic body tides model was used for tidal correction of absolute gravity data. Preliminary estimate of gravity effect induced by the Tohoku-Oki earthquake of11 march 2011mw = 9.0 at Primorye territory (Russia) was found to be 5.1 ± 2.0 μGal. Co-seismic crustal displacements revealed by GPS data at Far EastRussiacontinental coast are also investigated. Volumetric dilatation of this area is observed at +1.7 × 10-8 level.

Weight Gain: A modifiable Risk Factor for Primary Cesarean Delivery

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between weight gain and primary cesarean delivery. methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of women 5442 who delivered a singleton from 2009-2013. Women were classified as normal weight [pre-pregnancy body mass index (BmI) 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2], overweight (pre-pregnancy BmI 25.0 - 29.9 kg/m2), obese (pre-pregnancy BmI 30.0 - 39.9 kg/m2), and extremely obese (pre-pregnancy BmI ≥ 40.0 kg/m2). Each BmI group was subdivided by weight gain—low, recommended, or excessive, as defined by the 2009 Institute of medicine guidelines—and rates of primary cesarean delivery were compared. Results: The overall primary cesarean delivery rate was 27.3%, but this varied based on pre-pregnancy BmI. The primary cesarean delivery rate among women of normal weight was 22.3%, overweight women 27.5%, obese women 35.3%, and extremely obese women 45.7%. Among normal-weight, obese, and extremely obese women, the risk of primary cesarean delivery increased with excessive weight gain [normal weight odds ratio (OR) 1.63, (95% confidence interval 1.32 - 2.01);obese OR 1.55 (1.12 - 2.15);extremely obese OR 2.19 (1.18 - 4.08)] compared to recommended weight gain. more than half of women (53.2%) had excessive weight gain. Conclusion: Adherence to guidelines may decrease a woman’s risk of primary cesarean delivery.

Quantitative determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) and candesartan (CDS) in human plasma in volunteers was performed using a sensitive, selective and specific LC-mS method which has been developed and validated before the study. The study was performed by means of a liquid chromatograph Shimadzu Prominence equipped with a mass spectrometer LCmS-2020. Analytical column PerfectBond ODS-HD HPLC-column 5 μm 250 × 3.0 mm with a pre-column cartridge PerfectBond ODS-HD 5 μm 10 × 3.0 mm, double source of ionization for LCmS-2020 (electrospray (ESI) and chemical (APCI)) and software LabSol LCmS V5 LCmS2020 systempack were used. The low limit of the quantitative determination for HCTZ and CDS made up 10 ng/ml. m/z for CDS 441.20—positive scan, m/z for HCTZ 295.90—negative scan. The method has been applied to a pharmacokinetic study of 12.5 mg HCTZ and 16 mg CDS tablet in healthy volunteers.
