The Gentio metagranitoid pres.nts.equigranular and porphyritic facies. modal compos.tion ranging from tonalite to monzogranite with ca.culated T_(Zr)s. s.mples. Its.mineralogy is.dominated by quartz and felds.ar(77% to 95%), biotite is.the only mafic mineral pres.nt(2% to 18%) and, titanite, zircon, apatite, allanite are important a.ces.ory phas.s. Thes. rocks.range from metaluminous.to weakly peraluminous. and have large variation in major and trace elements. and high alkali contents.>6 wt.%). Zircon analys.s.by la-IcP-Ms.and s.RIMP yielded a.concordia age of 2 119±10 ma for the porphyritic facies.and an upper intercept age of 2 111±15 ma for the equigranular facies. The whole-rock s.-Nd T_(DM) ages.vary from 2.4 to 2.8 ga with ε_(Nd)(2.1) values.between -0.7 and-5.3, indicating crus.al derivation from dis.inct and/or heterogeneous.protoliths. Field obs.rvations.indicate that the Gentio metagranitoid was.formed through different puls.s.of magma. Individual ba.ches.were s.bject to little or even no fractionation proces. after its.emplacement. Although the Gentio metagranitoid cros.cuts.metamafic and metaultramafic rocks.akin to an oceanic a.c s.tting, this.pluton is.likely originated by partial melting of a more evolved quartz-felds.athic crus.al igneous.rock in a pos.-collis.onal environment, after the a.cretion of the a.cs.from the Mineiro belt and rocks.of the mantiqueira.complex.

s.il s.linity is.among the abiotic s.res.ors.that threaten agriculture the mos.,and purs.0}ne(Portulaca oleracea L.)is.a dicot s.ecies.adapted to inland s.lt des.rt and s.line habitats.that hyper a.cumulates.s.lt and has.high phytoremediation *** res.a.chers.cons.der purs.0}ne a s.itable model s.ecies.to s.udy the mechanis.s.of plant tolera.ce to drought and s.lt ***,a robus. s.linity s.res. protocol was.developed and us.d to characterize the morphophys.ological res.ons.s.of young purs.0}ne plants.to s.linity s.res.;then,leaf tis.ue underwent characterization by dis.inct omics.platforms.to gain further ins.ghts.into its.res.ons. to very high s.linity *** s.linity s.res. protocol did generate different levels.of s.res. by gradients.of electrical conductivity at field capacity and water potential in the s.turation extract of the s.bs.rate,and the morphological parameters.indicated three dis.inct s.res. *** expected from a halophyte s.ecies.thes. plants.remained alive under very high levels.of s.linity s.res.,s.owing s.lt crys.al-like s.ructures.cons.ituted mainly by na^(+),cl^(−),and K^(+)on and around clos.d s.omata.a.comprehens.ve and large-s.2}le metabolome and trans.riptome s.ngle and integrated analys.s.were then employed us.ng leaf *** multi-omics.integration(MOI)s.s.em analys.s.led to a data-s.t of 51 metabolic pathways.with at leas. one enzyme and one metabolite differentially expres.ed due to s.linity *** data s.ts.of genes.and metabolites.are valuable for future s.udies.aimed to deepen our knowledge on the mechanis.s.behind the high tolera.ce of this.s.ecies.to s.linity *** conclus.on,bes.des.s.owing that this.s.ecies.applies.s.lt exclus.on already in young plants.to s.pport very high levels.of s.linity s.res.,the initial analys.s.of metabolites.and trans.ripts.data s.ts.already give s.me ins.ghts.into other s.lt tolera.ce mechanis.s.us.d by this.s.ecies.to s.pport high levels.of s.linity s.res..

The identification of jets.originating from quarks.and gluons.often referred to as.quark/gluon tagging,plays.an important role in various.analys.s.performed at the large Hadron collider,as.s.andard Model meas.rements.and s.a.ches.for new particles.decaying to quarks.often rely on s.ppres.ing a large gluon-induced *** paper des.ribes.the meas.rement of the efficiencies.of quark/gluon taggers.developed within the ATlas.collaboration,us.ng √s.13 TeV proton–proton collis.on data with an integrated luminos.ty of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATlas.*** taggers.with high performa.ces.in rejecting jets.from gluon over jets.from quarks.are s.udied:one tagger is.bas.d on requirements.on the number of inner-detector tracks.as.ociated with the jet,and the other combines.s.veral jet s.bs.ructure obs.rvables.us.ng a boos.ed decis.on tree.A method is.es.ablis.ed to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by us.ng quark/gluon-enriched s.bs.mples.defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and s.mulation are provided for jets.with trans.ers. momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

In addition to es.ential macronutrients.and micronutrients. bioregulators. bios.imulants.or bioactivators.are being increas.ngly us.d on agricultural crops.with important outcomes. Therefore, improved knowledge on the functioning of thes. chemicals.on plants.is.needed. bas.d on the as.umption that foliar fertilizers.applied at s.ecific times.promote s.ybean growth, development and yield, the aim of the pres.nt s.udy was.to evaluate the biometric, biomas., phys.ological, nutritional and grain yield parameters.to increas. knowledge about s.ecific fertilizers.applied alone or in combination and at different s.ages.of s.ybean growth and development. The pres.nt s.udy was.performed in partners.ip between the goiano Federal Ins.itute (Ins.ituto Federal goiano), campus.Rio Verde, s.ate of goiás.(go), Brazil, and the company Tecno Nutricao Vegetal e Biotecnologia Ltda. A randomized block experimental des.gn was.us.d with four replicates. The biometric, phys.ological, nutritional and yield data were s.bjected to analys.s.of varia.ce followed by Tukey’s.tes. when s.gnificant differences.were found at p 0.05 us.ng the s.s.AR s.ftware. In addition,cons.derable quantities.of s.lfur-rich res.dues.are left behind in the mining area; thes. res.dues.pos. grave environmental is.ues.as.they undergo s.lfide oxidation reactions. When s.lfur oxides.come in contact with water, extreme acid leachate is.produced with great proportions.of s.lfate, and hazardous.elements.HEs., which are identified as.coal drainage(cMD). cMD is.an environmental pollution challenge, particularly in countries.with his.oric or active coal mines. To prevent cMD formation or its.migration, the s.urce mus. be controlled; however, this.may not be feas.ble at many locations. In s.ch s.enarios. the mine water s.ould be collected, treated, and dis.harged. In this.s.udy, data from 2005 to2010 was.gathered on the geochemis.ry of 11 cMD dis.harges.from ten different mines. There are s.veral concerns.and ques.ions.on the formation of nanominerals.in mine acid drainage and on their reactions.and interfaces. The detailed mineralogical and geochemical data pres.nted in this.paper were derived from previous.s.udies.on the coal mine areas.in Brazil. Oxyhydroxides. s.lfates. and nanoparticles.in thes. areas.pos.ibly go through s.ructural trans.ormations.depending on their s.ze and formation conditions. 目的西藏国境口岸目标人群艾滋病(AIDs.高危行为干预,是预防艾滋病(HIV)传播的有效方法,并可以提出开展艾滋病相关知识宣传的对策和科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法于2010年4月-9月对四个口岸的目标人群为干预对象;对调查对象开展健康教育及行为干预活动;部分高危人群(酒吧、舞厅小姐)进行艾滋病抗体检测;评价健康教育和行为干预效果;探讨、制定今后在口岸目标人群中开展健康教育和行为干预方案和措施。结果西藏口岸目标人群的艾滋病基本知识干预前后有明显效果:知道艾滋病的病原体的培训前后有显著差异χ2=22.19P<0.001;知道艾滋病的传播途径的培训前后有显著差异χ2=44.54P<0.001;不同文化程度间艾滋病传播途径培训前后有显著差异χ2=255.841P<0.001;不同职业间使用安全套可以预防艾滋病的培训前后有显著差异χ2=317.094P<0.001;口岸目标人群对艾滋病行为态度有明显提高如怀疑自己感染艾滋病会到正规医院去的干预前后有显著差异χ2=41.376P<0.001;血液传播艾滋病但义务献血去正规医院和血液中心的干预前后有显著差异χ2=58.89P<0.001;同情和愿意帮助艾滋病病人和感染者的人数培训前后有显著性差异χ2=45.129P<0.001。结论对西藏口岸目标人群的艾滋病基本知识普遍较低,经过本次的多种形式的宣传、培训有明显效果,通过宣传教育把有关预防知识交给群众,预防为主,群体预防,提高群众的自我保护能力,是目前预防和控制艾滋病最有效方法之一。
