The interplay between apoptotic cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment modulates cancer progression and ***-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)play a crucial role in promoting these events through pa.a.rine ***,we demonstrate that conditioned medium(CM)from lung CAFs exposed to apoptotic cancer cells suppresses TGF-β1-induced migration and invasion of cancer cells and *** exposure of CAFs to apoptotic 344SQ cells(ApoSQ)inhibited CAF migration and invasion and the expression of CAF activation *** secretion of Wnt‐induced signaling protein 1(WISP-1)by CAFs exposed to ApoSQ was required for these antimigratory and anti-invasive *** inhibition of Notch1 activation or siRNA-mediated Notch1 silencing prevented WISP-1 production by CAFs and reversed the antimigratory and anti-invasive *** expression of the Notch ligand delta-like protein 1 on the surface of ultraviolet-irradiated apoptotic lung cancer cells triggered Notch1-WISP-1 *** receptor brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1(BAI1)-Rac1 signaling,which facilitated efferocytosis by CAFs,participated in crosstalk with Notch1 signaling for optimal production of *** addition,a single injection of ApoSQ enhanced WISP-1 production,suppressed the expression of CAF activation markers in isolated Thy1^(+)CAFs,and inhibited lung metastasis in syngeneic immunocompetent mice via Notch1 *** with CM from CAFs exposed to ApoSQ suppressed tumor growth and lung metastasis,whereas treatment with WISP-1-immunodepleted CM from CAFs exposed to ApoSQ reversed the antitumorigenic and antimetastatic ***,treatment with CM from CAFs exposed to apoptotic lung cancer cells could be therapeutically applied to suppress CAF activation,thereby preventing cancer progression and metastasis.

Approximately 8%of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas are extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphomas of mucosa.a.sociated lymphoid tissue(MALT),also known as MALT *** arise at a wide range of different extranodal sites,with most cases affecting the stomach,the lung,the ocular adnexa.a.d the *** small intestine is involved in a lower percentage of *** growth in the early stages is associated with long-lasting chronic inflammation provoked by bacterial infections(e.g.,Helicobacter pylori or Chlamydia psittaci infections)or autoimmune conditions(e.g.,Sjögren’s syndrome or Hashimoto thyroiditis).While these inflammatory processes trigger lymphoma cell proliferation and/or survival,they also shape the ***,activated immune cells are actively recruited to the lymphoma,resulting in either direct lymphoma cell stimulation via surface receptor interactions and/or indirect lymphoma cell stimulation via secretion of soluble factors like *** addition,chronic inflammatory conditions cause the acquisition of genetic alterations resulting in autonomous lymphoma cell ***,novel agents targeting the microenvironment have been developed and clinically tested in MALT lymphomas as well as other lymphoid *** this review,we aim to describe the composition of the microenvironment of MALT lymphoma,the interaction of activated immune cells with lymphoma cells and novel therapeutic approaches in MALT lymphomas using immunomodulatory and/or microenvironmenttargeting agents.

叉头转录因子FoxO1是一种重要的调控因子,其广泛参与机体的各项生命活动,对其生物信息学的分析,可以更清楚和直观的了解FoxO1基因的结构和功能,为后期发育、分化、代谢和进化等作用机制的深入研究提供重要的理论基础。本试验运用生物信息学手段对牛FoxO1基因的结构和功能进行预测分析,结果表明FoxO1蛋白为不稳定的亲水性酸性蛋白质,主要定位在细胞核,含有七个半胱氨酸残基,其中六个半胱氨酸形成三个二硫键,3个氨基酸具有59个潜在磷酸化位点,作为非分泌型蛋白,无信号肽和跨膜区域,其二级结构中,无规则卷曲所占比例高达75.42%,且在第165-259位氨基酸之间,其叉头域有95个保守的氨基酸残基。

Acute septic arthritis in children is an orthopaedic emergency.A delay in diagnosis and inappropriate treatment can result in devastating da.a.e to the joint with lifelong disability as a *** clinical presentation can be a diagnostic challenge,especially in young children.A recent systematic review showed that joint tenderness and fever are important signals of septic *** is helpful in detecting the presence of a joint *** radiographs may show bone changes but magnetic resonance imaging is the most reliable imaging study for detecting concomitant *** diagnosis of acute septic arthritis is highly suggestive when pus is aspirated from the joint,in case of a positive culture or a positive gram stain of the joint fluid,or if there is a white blood-cell count in the joint fluid of more than 50000/*** aureus is the most commonly cultured *** systematic reviews have identified the most effective drainage techniques,including needle aspiration,arthroscopy and arthrotomy,depending on the affected *** the drainage procedure it is important to monitor the clinical and laboratory *** drainage procedures may be necessary in select cases.

To approach basic scientific questions on the origin and evolution of plan- etary bodies such as planets, their satellites and asteroids, one needs da.a.on their chemical composition. The measurements of gamma-rays, X-rays and neutrons emit- ted from their surface materials provide information on abundances of major elements and naturally radioactive gamma-ray emitters. Neutron spectroscopy can provide sen- sitive maps of hydrogen- and carbon-containing compounds, even if buried, and can uniquely identify layers of carbon-dioxide frost. Nuclear spectroscopy, as a means of compositional a.a.ysis, has been applied via orbital and lander spacecraft to extrater- restrial planetary bodies： the Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury and asteroids. The knowl- edge of their chemical abundances, especially concerning the Moon and Mars, has greatly increased in recent years. This paper describes the principle of nuclear spec- troscopy, nuclear planetary instruments carried on planetary missions so far, and the nature of observational results and findings of the Moon and Mars, recently obtained by nuclear spectroscopy.

A fine polycrystalline ZnO thin film with 0.3 similar to 0.6 mu m grain size was obtained by sol-gel process and a consequential heat treatment at 500 degrees C. The process of preparing ZnO thin film was a.a.ysed. The sensitivity and conductivity of ZnO thin films as combustible gas (CO, CH4, H-2) sensor as well as the influence of ca.a.yst and pH value of the precursor on its sensitivity were studied in detail. The structure cha.a.teristics of ZnO thin film by different process were investigated by X-ray diffraction, thermal a.a.ysis and photoelectron spectrometer. The atomic ratio of Zn to O on the surface of ZnO thin film was found to be 1.14:1 measured from XPS result. The conductivity of the thin film increases greatly when doped with Al3+ ion but decreases while doped with Na+ ion.
