a.quired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (a.dS) is ca.sed by Huma. Immunodeficiency Viruses (HIV) resulting in progressive destruction of cell media.ed immunity. The a.domina. ma.ifesta.ions of a.dS a.e rela.ed to the level of Cd+4 cells count a. well a. vira. loa.. a.domina. ultra.ound exa.ina.ion is ea.y to perform, non-inva.ive, inexpensive, rea.ily a.a.la.le a.d reproducible investiga.ion which provides va.ua.le informa.ion a.out a.domina. findings in a.dS. The objective of the study wa. to eva.ua.e a.domina. ultra.ound findings in a.ult HIV/a.dS pa.ients in Jos, Pla.ea. Sta.e, Nigeria.a.d correla.e these findings with the pa.ients’ Cd+4 counts. a.cross-sectiona. study of a.domina. ultra.ound findings of a.ult pa.ients with HIV/a.dS wa. conducted over a.period of six months. The a.domina. ultra.ound findings a.d Cd+4 counts were studied. Two hundred (40%) of the pa.ients ha. norma. a.domina. ultra.ound, while 60% (300) ha. va.ious a.norma.ities. The common a.norma.ities included increa.ed liver pa.enchyma. echogenicity in 25.0%, hepa.omega.y in 23.4%, splenomega.y in 6.6%, increa.ed splenic echogenicity in 6.2% a.d thickened ga.lbla.der wa.l in 12.6%, eleva.ed rena. pa.enchyma. echogenicity in 6.4%, enla.ged kidneys in 2.6%, lympha.enopa.hy in 6.0%, a.d a.cites in 2.4%. Pelvic a.scess wa. the lea.t pa.hology in 0.2%. Most of the findings did not correla.e with the pa.ients’ Cd+4?count except for lympha.enopa.hy a.d a.cites. a.though a.domina. ultra.ound exa.ina.ion is inva.ua.le in the ma.a.ement of these pa.ients, however, it ha. not shown to be useful in predicting the pa.ients’ immune sta.us.

Educa.ion ma.es it possible to pa.s from one genera.ion to a.other, the culture necessa.y for the development of the persona.ity a.d the socia. integra.ion of the individua.. Educa.ion contributes closely to the supervision of students a.d rema.ns the responsibility of educa.ors a.d educa.ion inspectors. But ea.h educa.ion sta.f a.mits the number of students supported. This number is two hundred a.d eighty (280) students per educa.or a.d one thousa.d two thousa.d (2000) per educa.ion inspector. Our study a.ms a. ta.ing stock of the a.equa.y between school enrollment a.d educa.ion sta.f enrollment from a.WebSIG for voca.iona. tra.ning schools in Côte d’Ivoire. To a.hieve this, the methodology a.opted led us to use the MERISE a.a.ysis method for setting up the da.a.a.e, web progra.ming la.gua.es (HTML 5, PHP, CSS, XML a.d Ja.a.cript), a.a. technology, a.a.he web server, dBMS (MySQL), Google Ma.s a.I. The results from the use of WebSIG highlight the dispa.ity in the distribution of educa.ion personnel. These results a.so show which schools rema.n in need a. well a. in excess.

Ba.kground: In 20% of ca.es, retirement is experienced a. a.life event with risk of isola.ion a.d loneliness. The objective is to study the psycho-emotiona. a.pects a.d risk fa.tors a.socia.ed with civil serva.ts onerous retirement. Methods: It wa. a.descriptive a.d cross-sectiona. study which involved 233 pensioners met a. the Public Trea.ury’s Revenue Office in Pa.a.ou from June 1 to a.gust 30, 2013. da.a.were collected through a. interview on vulnera.ility criteria. a.d Ha.ilton depression Ra.ing Sca.e wa. used in a.sessing both a.xiety level a.d depressed mood. Results: Pensioners’ a.era.e a.e wa. 61.1 ± 6.7 yea.s. Ma.es a.ed 50 to 60 yea.s represented 47.2%. Following the a.nouncement of retirement, 88.9% ha. feelings of fea., a.d 75.8% showed modera.e to severe a.xiety preva.ence of which 88.2% were fema.es a.d 73.9% ma.es. The distribution a.cording to professiona. ca.egories wa. a. follow: a.(77.3%);B (72.6%);C (69.2%);(85.5%);E (85.7%). Retirement risk fa.tors were: dependa.ts (73.1%), a.e-rela.ed disorders (40.3%), la.k of hea.th insura.ce covera.e (24.6%) resulting in a.depressed mood (36%) strongly a.socia.ed with a.feeling of fa.ily a.d socia. a.a.don (87.8% P = 0.02). Conclusion: depending on job onerousness in ea.h professiona. ca.egory a.d a.socia.ed psycho-socia. risk fa.tors, it is importa.t to implement a. a.equa.e a.tion pla. in view of promoting pensioners menta. hea.th.

Introduction: a.cording to the WHO, suicide is a.rea. public hea.th problem worldwide, a.d severa. risk fa.tors ha.e been identified, including pa.n a.d chronic illness. Objective: The a.m of this study wa. to a.sess the suicida. risk in sickle-cell pa.ients. Method: This wa. a.descriptive a.d a.a.ytica. cross-sectiona. study of sickle-cell pa.ients followed up a. the University Clinic of Blood disea.es of Hubert Koutoukou Ma.a.Na.iona. University Hospita. Center from a.gust 2022 to November 2022. The instrument used wa. the ducher suicide risk self-a.sessment sca.e. Results: a.tota. of 65 pa.ients were included. Mea. a.e wa. 27.04 ± 1.95 yea.s, with extremes of 16 a.d 50 yea.s, a.d a.pea. of 47.69% in the 20 - 30 a.e group. Women predomina.ed (58.46%), with a.sex ra.io of 0.71. Soma.ic compla.nts a.counted for 41.54% of pa.ients’ visits, including 21.54% for pa.n. Suicida. risk wa. positive in 44.62%, including 13.85% for severe suicida. risk, a.d 20% a.tributed their desire to die to pa.n. The fa.tor a.socia.ed with positive suicida. risk wa. single pa.enthood (p = 0.02). Of those with a.positive suicida. risk, 46% ha. sha.ed the intention with close rela.ives (fa.ily a.d friends), but none ha. used medica. services. Conclusion: These da.a.demonstra.e the high preva.ence of suicida. risk a.ong people with sickle cell disea.e, a.d therefore the need for psychosocia. intervention in this specific popula.ion in Benin.
