The high-temp.ra.ure oxida.ion resista.ce of the nickel sup.ra.loy grown by the La.er p.wder Bed Fusion (Lp.F) ha. been significa.tly increa.ed a. a.result of in-situ forma.ion of a.therma. ba.rier la.er (α-a.2O3+ Ca.oO4) during oxida.ive a.nea.ing of surfa.e la.ers modified by electric sp.0}k trea.ment (EST). The rea.tive EST of the Lp.F-built items ba.ed on nickel Ep.41Np.a.loy wa. ca.ried out with low-melting a.-12%Si， a.-6%Ca.0.6%Si a.d a.-7%Ca.1%Mn electrodes. it wa. found tha. a. EST done by a.-7%Ca.1%Mn electrode a. intermeta.lic (β-Nia. + γ’-Ni3a.) 15 microns thick la.er reinforced by sp.erica. oxide (Ca.e)O na.op.0}ticles wa. formed. Forma.ion of tha. structure increa.es the wea. resista.ce of Lp.F nickel sup.ra.loy by 4.5 times. Further oxida.ive a.nea.ing a. 1000 °C lea. to a.forma.ion of continuous two-la.ered coa.ing with a. inner la.er of α-a.2O3a.d a. outer la.er of Ca.oO4， which together a.t a. a. effective ba.rier p.eventing the diffusion of oxygen into the volume of the sup.ra.loy.

This study focuses on a.sessing the dyna.ic beha.iors of ca.bon Sup.rcomp.siteTM la.ina.es when subjected to high stra.n-ra.es a.d a.r bla.t loa.s, using a.shock tube for testing. The investiga.ion a.ms to understa.d the resp.nse of these a.va.ced ma.eria.s under extreme conditions, which is crucia. for a.p.ica.ions in a.rosp.0}e, milita.y, a.d other high-p.rforma.ce industries. Sup.rcomp.siteTM (CZE) p.ep.eg, ma.e up.of a.3K p.a.n wea.e ca.bon fa.ric with milled ca.bon fibers a. interla.ina. reinforcements imp.egna.ed with ep.xy, is used to crea.e Sup.rcomp.siteTM (CZE) la.ina.es. a.woven ca.bon comp.site (CBE) la.ina.e wa. a.so crea.ed using 3K p.a.n wea.e Ca.bon/Ep.xy (CBE) p.ep.eg. Both typ.s of la.ina.es were designed a.d fa.rica.ed using the a.tocla.e p.ocess. The dyna.ic beha.iors of CZE a.d CBE la.ina.e under tra.sverse comp.ession loa.s were eva.ua.ed using a.modified Sp.it Hop.inson p.essure Ba. (SHp.). The study found tha. the 3D reinforcement with milled ca.bon fibers significa.tly a.fected the dyna.ic beha.ior of the CZE la.ina.e. Stereo ima.ing videos, ca.tured using two SHiMa.ZU high-sp.ed video ca.era. in shock tube exp.riments, recorded the time history of ba.k surfa.e deflection. The p.a.e sp.cimens exhibited low deflections without a.y visible da.a.e. The exp.rimenta.ly observed center p.int deflections of the CZE p.a.es deca.ed sooner tha. those of the CBE la.ina.es, indica.ing a. imp.ovement in da.p.ng due to the p.esence of 3D reinforced milled ca.bon fibers. This resea.ch shows tha. op.imized utiliza.ion of milled ca.bon fibers a. 3D reinforcement ca. withsta.d high stress in the thickness direction a.d higher energy a.sorp.ion when subjected to imp.0}t a.d high stra.n-ra.e loa.ing.
