Background： Migrations have been reported to be associated with the high risk of tuberculosis （TB）, but there is no systematic analysis of the available data for TB among migrant in China. The aim of this study was to examine the notification rate of active and sputum smear-positive TB by a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods： A systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to examine the notification rate of active and sputum smear-positive TB among migrants in China. Two reviewers searched the cross-sectional studies published in PubMed, EMBASE, SciFinder, and Web of Science in English and in CNKI and Wanfang databases in Chinese. Pooled estimates of notification rate of TB among migrants were calculated using a random effects model. Meta-regression analysis and subgroup analysis stratified by year, region were also performed. Results： Seventy eligible studies met the inclusion criteria for the final analysis. The overall notification rate of active TB and sputum smear-positive cases among migrants were 53.12 （95% confidence interval [CI]： 47.32 59.63） and 24.53 （95% Cl： 22.01-27.34） per 100,000 populations, respectively. The notification rate of active TB significantly increased from 50.95 （95% CI： 41.11 -63.14） per 100,000 populations in 2005 to 84.62 （95% CI： 78.00-91.80） per 100,000 populations in 2014 while that of smear-positive TB was constant during the study time （P = 0.79）. The geographic difference was identified both for active and sputum smear-positive TB, with the higher notification rates mainly distributing along the eastern coastal areas. Conclusions： The pooled estimate of active TB and sputum smear-positive TB among migrants was lower than the national notification rate among general population, but the gap between our data and national notification rate among general population is narrowed down during 2005-2014.

Genomlc DNA polymorphlsms are very useful for tracing genetic traits end studying biological diversity among species. Here, we present a method we call the ＂diversity suppresslon-subtractlve hybridization array＂ for effectively profiling genomlc DNA polymorphisms. The method first obtains the subtracted gDNA fragments between any two species by suppression subtraction hybridization （SSH） to establish e subtracted gDNA library, from which diversity SSH arrays are created with the selected subtracted clones. The diversity SSH array hybridizes with the DIG-labeled genomlc DNA of the organism to be assayed. Six closely related Dendrobium species were studied as model samples. Four Dendrobium species as testers were used to perform SSH. A total of 617 subtracted positive clones were obtained from four Dendrobium species, and the average ratio of positive clones was 80.3%. We demonstrated that the average percentage of polymorphlc fragments of palrwlse comparisons of four Dendrobium species was up to 42.4%. A dendrogram of the relatedness of six Dendrobium species was produced according to their polymorphic profiles. The results revealed that the diversity SSH array Is a highly effective platform for profiling genomlc DNA polymorphlsms and dendrograms.

A sensitive approach for the qualitative detection of DNA-binding protein on the microarray was developed. DNA complexes in which a partial duplex region is formed from a biotin-primer and a circle single strand DNA （ssDNA） were spotted on a microarray. The endonuclease recognition site （ERS） and the DNA-binding sites （DBS） were arranged side by side within the duplex region. The working principle of the detection system is described as follows： when the DNA-binding protein capture the DBS, the endonuclease could not attach to the ERS, and the immobilized primer in the DNA complex could be extended along the circle ssDNA by rolling circle amplification （RCA）. When no protein protects the DBS, the ERS could be attacked by the endonuclease and subsequently no rolling circle amplification occurs. Thereby we can detect the sequence specific DNA-binding activity with high-sensitivity due to the signal amplification of RCA.

Airport tower control plays an instrumental role in ensuring airport ***,obtaining objective,quantitative safety evaluations is challenging due to the unavailability of pertinent human operation *** study introduces a probabilistic model that combines aircraft dynamics and the peak-over-threshold(POT)approach to assess the safety performance of airport *** applied the POT approach to model reaction times extracted from a radiotelephony dataset via a voice event detection *** model couples the risks of tower control and aircraft operation to analyze the influence of human *** data from radiotele-phony communications and the Base of Aircraft Data(BADA)database,we compared risk levels across *** findings revealed heightened airport control risks under low demand(0.374)compared to typical conditions(0.197).Furthermore,the risks associated with coupling under low demand exceeded those under typical de-mand,with the final approach stage presenting the highest risk(4.929×107).Our model underscores the significance of human factors and the implications of mental disconnects between pilots and controllers for safety ***,these consistent findings affirm the reliability of our probabilistic model as an evaluative tool for evaluating the safety performance of airport tower *** results also illuminate the path toward quantitative real-time safety evaluations for airport controllers within the *** recommend that airport regulators focus on the performance of airport controllers,particularly during the final approach stage.

Low-dose computed tomography(LDCT)contains the mixed noise of Poisson and Gaus-sian,which makes the image reconstruction a challenging *** order to describe the statistical characteristics of the mixed noise,we adopt the sinogram preprocessing as a stan-dard maximum a posteriori(MAP).Based on the fact that the sinogram of LDCT has non-local self-similarity property,it exhibits low-rank *** conventional way of solving the low-rank problem is implemented in matrix forms,and ignores the correlations among similar patch *** avoid this issue,we make use of a nonlocal Kronecker-Basis-Representation(KBR)method to depict the low-rank problem.A new denoising model,which consists of the sinogram preprocessing for data fidelity and the nonlocal KBR term,is developed in this *** proposed denoising model can better illustrate the generative mechanism of the mixed noise and the prior knowledge of the ***-merical results show that the proposed denoising model outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of peak-signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR),feature similarity(FSIM),and normalized mean square error(NMSE).

A series of CdS nanoparticles with different surfaces were prepared by colloidal chemical method and reverse micelle method. Their second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties were experimentally studied in solution by newly developed hyper-Rayleigh scattering (HRS) technique. The results show that 'per particle' first-order hyperpolarizability beta values are sensitive To the synthetic method and the surface chemical modification.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage using electrocautery-enhanced(ECE)delivery of lumen-apposing metal stent(LAMS)is gradually being re-cognized as a viable palliative technique for malignant biliary obstruction after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)***,most of the studies that have assessed its efficacy and safety were small and *** meta-analyses of six or fewer studies that were published 2 years ago were therefore underpowered to yield convincing *** To update the efficacy and safety of ECE-LAMS for treatment of biliary ob-struction after ERCP *** We searched PubMed,EMBASE,and Scopus databases from the inception of the ECE technique to May 13,*** outcome measure was pooled technical success rate,and secondary outcomes were pooled rates of clinical success,re-intervention,and adverse ***-analysis was performed using a random-effects model following Freeman-Tukey double-arcsine transformation in R soft-ware(version 4.1.3).RESULTS Fourteen eligible studies involving 620 participants were ultimately *** pooled rate of technical success was 96.7%,and clinical success was 91.0%.Adverse events were reported in 17.5%of *** reinter-vention rate was 7.3%.Subgroup analyses showed results were generally *** ECE-LAMS has favorable success with acceptable adverse events in relieving biliary obstruction when ERCP is *** consistency of results across most subgroups suggested that this is a generalizable approach.
