Model combat information conditions are always uncertain and varied, the uncertain interval theory is therefore introduced into the research of multiple fighters suppressing the integrated air defense system(IADS) problem. Considering that the combat information conditions are uncertain intervals, the payoff function of the game for multiple fighters suppressing the IADS is *** the operation rules for interval numbers and the possibility degree, an improved chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO)is designed to solve the proposed model so as to obtain the optimal game solution. Comparison simulations are performed to analyze the influence of the weapons consumption and the distances of non-escaped zone and jamming on air combat result. Simulation results suggest that Nash equilibrium is achieved and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Black rockfish(Sebastes schlegelii)is one of the most important marine economic viviparous ***,germplasm degradation and genetic diversity reduction have occurred due to overfishing and long-term artificial *** cell transplantation combined with cryopreservation may be an alternative way to protect genetic ***,in viviparous fish that undertake fertilization and embryo development in vivo,transplantation is more difficult than in oviparous fish,including selection of transplantation stage,isolation of germ stem cells,and preparation of sterile *** seriously restricts the development of viviparous ***,in this study,we aimed to explore a transplantation method suitable for these *** cells were isolated from cryopreserved whole testes of 300–400g male Sebastes schlegelii in May,labeled by PKH26,and intra-peritoneally transplanted into allogeneic larvae at 5–10 days ***,the development of donor-derived cells in recipients were continuously detected by fluorescence labeling,histology,microsatellite markers,and fecundity *** results showed that donors were rich in spermatogonia(75%)and recipients maintained a high survival rate after transplantation,with a rate of>20%at sexual ***,donor-derived cells successfully migrated(100%),colonized,and incorporated into the developing recipient gonad(93.33%).Finally,transplanted recipients could normally develop and differentiate into male and female individuals,with donor-derived gametes found in 65.38%of mature *** the present study,we first establish a simple and suitable transplantation method for Sebastes schlegelii using immature males and specific larvae,which will serve as a promising tool in the protection of germplasm resources for this transplantation-restricted marine viviparous species.

[目的]探究金银花提取物抗鸽源新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)感染的作用机制。[方法]选取未接种NDV疫苗的健康28日龄美国王鸽40只,适应性饲养7 d,于35日龄随机分为金银花预防(KO)组和攻毒对照(OE)组,每组20只。KO组试验鸽于35日龄开始在饮水中添加1.2%的金银花提取物,持续饮用7 d,42日龄时肌肉注射HA效价为5log2的鸽源NDV Pi/NJ/CH/4416/2016株0.5 mL/只;OE组试验鸽于35日龄进入正式试验,正常饮水,42日龄时肌肉注射HA效价为5log2的鸽源NDV Pi/NJ/CH/4416/2016株0.5 mL/只。攻毒7 d后,每组选取3只试验鸽采集脾脏组织样本制备组织切片,同时提取总RNA构建转录组文库,利用转录组测序(RNA-sequencing,RNA-Seq)技术进行差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs)鉴定、GO功能富集分析和KEGG通路富集分析。随机选取4个显著差异表达基因,利用qRT-PCR验证测序结果。[结果]OE组鸽子脾细胞核异常增大且出现白色空泡,并伴有大量粒细胞浸润,而KO组脾脏组织仅见较多白色空泡和少量粒细胞浸润,未见脾细胞核异常增大。利用RNA-Seq技术从KO组鸽脾脏中共鉴定出374个DEGs,其中,112个基因表达显著上调,262个基因表达显著下调。GO功能富集分析显示,共有875个DEGs富集到312个GO条目,其中,生物学过程富集到149个条目,细胞组成过程富集到33个条目,分子功能过程富集到130个条目。KEGG通路富集分析显示,共有226个DEGs主要被富集在信息传递通路、代谢通路、天然免疫相关通路、细胞凋亡通路等93条KEGG信号通路。qRT-PCR验证结果显示,从DEGs中随机选取的4个显著差异表达基因(LOC110360702、LOC110360688、SFRP5、CHAD)的相对mRNA丰度变化趋势与RNA-Seq结果显示的4个基因变化趋势一致。[结论]金银花提取物通过激活宿主的信息传递、代谢调节及免疫应答等重要生理过程发挥抗鸽源NDV感染作用。研究结果为进一步探究鸽源NDV感染中免疫应答的分子机制提供了科学依据。

Prior to the generation of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)from the hemogenic endothelial cells(HECs)mainly in the dorsal aorta in midgestational mouse embryos,multiple hematopoietic progenitors including erythro-myeloid progenitors and lymphoid progenitors are generated from yolk sac *** HSCindependent hematopoietic progenitors have recently been identified as major contributors to functional blood cell production until ***,little is known about yolk sac ***,combining integrative analyses of multiple single-cell RNA-sequencing datasets and functional assays,we reveal that Neurl3-EGFP,in addition to marking the continuum throughout the ontogeny of HSCs from HECs,can also serve as a single enrichment marker for yolk sac ***,while yolk sac HECs have much weaker arterial characteristics than either arterial endothelial cells in the yolk sac or HECs within the embryo proper,the lymphoid potential of yolk sac HECs is largely confined to the arterial-biased subpopulation featured by the Unc5b ***,the B lymphoid potential of hematopoietic progenitors,but not for myeloid potentials,is exclusively detected in Neurl3-negative subpopulations in midgestational *** together,these findings enhance our understanding of blood birth from yolk sac HECs and provide theoretical basis and candidate reporters for monitoring step-wise hematopoietic differentiation.

A constrained adaptive neural network control scheme is proposed for a multi-input and multi-output（MIMO） aeroelastic system in the presence of wind gust,system uncertainties,and input nonlinearities consisting of input saturation and *** regard to the input nonlinearities,the right inverse function block of the dead-zone is added before the input nonlinearities,which simplifies the input nonlinearities into an equivalent input *** deal with the equivalent input saturation,an auxiliary error system is designed to compensate for the impact of the input ***,uncertainties in pitch stiffness,plunge stiffness,and pitch damping are all considered,and radial basis function neural networks（RBFNNs） are applied to approximate the system *** combination with the designed auxiliary error system and the backstepping control technique,a constrained adaptive neural network controller is designed,and it is proven that all the signals in the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded via the Lyapunov stability analysis ***,extensive digital simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme towards flutter suppression in spite of the integrated effects of wind gust,system uncertainties,and input nonlinearities.

The 0.7 wt% Pt ＋ 0.3 wt% Rh/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 catalysts were fabricated via different methods, including ultrasonic-assisted membrane reduction （UAMR） co-precipitation, UAMR separation precipitation, co-impregnation, and sequential impregnation. The catalysts were physico-chemically characterized by N2 adsorption, XRD, TEM, and Hz-TPR techniques, and evaluated for three-way catalytic activities with simulated automobile exhaust. UAMR co-precipitation- and UAMR separation precipitation- prepared catalysts exhibited a high surface area and metal dispersion, wide λ window and excellent conversion for NOx reduction under lean conditions. Both fresh and aged catalysts from UAMR- precipitation showed the high surface areas of ca. 60-67 m^2/g and 18-22 m^2/g, respectively, high metal dispersion of 41%-55%, and small active particle diameters of 2.1-2.7 nm. When these catalysts were aged, the catalysts prepared by the UAMR method exhibited a wider working window （△λ = 0.284--0.287） than impregnated ones （△λ = 0.065-0.115） as well as excellent three-way catalytic performance, and showed lower/so （169℃） and T90 （195℃） for NO reduction than the aged catalysts from impregnation processes, which were at 265 and 309℃, respectively. This implied that the UAMR-separation precipitation has important potential for industrial applications to improve catalytic performance and thermal stability. The fresh and aged 0.7 wt% Pt ＋ 0.3 wt% Rh/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 catalysts prepared by the UAMR-separation precipitation method exhibited better catalytic performance than the corresponding catalysts prepared by conventional impregnation routes.

Lunar absolute reflectance, which describes the fraction of solar radiation reflected by the Moon, is fundamental for the Chang'E-1 Imaging Interferometer(IIM) to map lunar mineralogical and elemental distributions. Recent observations made by the Spectral Irradiance Monitor(SIM) onboard the Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment(SORCE) spacecraft indicate that temporal variation in the solar radiation might have non-negligible influence on reflectance calculation, and the SIM measurements are different from the two previously used solar irradiances, i.e., ATLAS3 and Newkur. To provide reliable science results, we examined solar irradiance variability with the SIM daily observations, derived lunar absolute reflectances from the IIM 2A radiance with the SIM, ATLAS3 and Newkur data, and compared them with the Chandrayaan-1 Moon Mineralogy Mapper(M3), the Robotic Lunar Observatory(ROLO) and the Kaguya Multispectral Imager(MI) results. The temporal variability of the SIM solar irradiance is 0.25%–1.1% in the IIM spectral range, and less than 0.2% during the IIM observations. Nevertheless, the differences between the SIM measurements and the ATLAS3 and Newkur data can respectively rise up to 8% and 5% at particular IIM bands, resulting in discrepancy between which might affect compositional mapping. The IIM absolute reflectance we derived for the Moon using the SIM data, except for the last two bands, is consistent with the ROLO and the MI observations, although it is lower.

目的评估金银花对鸽新城疫病毒(NDV)感染肉鸽器官组织、血清免疫指标及抗氧化能力的影响,以期为金银花作为鸽新城疫的潜在预防和治疗药物提供科学依据。方法将80只35日龄的健康鸽(未免疫NDV疫苗)随机分为2个试验组和2个对照组,即金银花预防组(P)、金银花治疗组(H)、攻毒对照组(V)和空白对照组(N)。P组和H组分别于35日龄、42日龄添加1.2%金银花提取物饮水7 d,P组、H组和V组同时于42日龄肌内注射鸽NDV4416毒株(0.5 mL/只)。于攻毒后第7天每组随机剖杀3只鸽子,观察并记录脑、肝、脾、肺的剖检病变和组织病变。于攻毒后第3、7天每组随机采集3只鸽子的血液,用ELISA和生化法测定血清免疫指标(IgA、IgG、C3、IFN-γ)和抗氧化能力指标(SOD、T-AOC)含量。结果相较于V组,P组和H组鸽子脑、肝、脾、肺的剖检病变和组织病明显减少,血清特异性免疫指标(IgA、IgG)分泌水平大体升高,非特异性免疫指标(C3、IFN-γ)和抗氧化能力指标(SOD、T-AOC)分泌水平均显著上升(p<0.05)。结论使用1.2%金银花提取物作为抗病毒药物可有效缓解鸽NDV对肉鸽器官组织造成的损伤,增强机体免疫力,提高机体抗氧化能力,其中金银花预防组的效果优于治疗组。
