The effect of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of iron-oxidizing bacteria (Ochrobactrum EEELCW01) on mineral transformation and arsenic (As) fate

Extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)are an importantmedium for communication and material exchange between iron-oxidizing bacteria and the external environment and could induce the iron(oxyhydr)oxides production which reduced arsenic(As)*** main component of EPS secreted by iron-oxidizing bacteria(Ochrobactrum EEELCW01)was composed of polysaccharides(150.76-165.33 mg/g DW)followed by considerably smaller amounts of proteins(12.98–16.12 mg/g DW).Low concentrations of As(100 or 500μmol/L)promoted the amount of EPS *** results showed that EPS was composed of polysaccharides,proteins,and a miniscule amount of nucleic *** functional groups including-COOH,-OH,-NH,-C=O,and-C-O played an important role in the adsorption of *** results showed that As was bound to EPS in the form of As3+.With increasing As concentration,the proportion of As3+adsorbed on EPS *** with a weak crystalline state was only produced in the system at 6 hr during the mineralization process of Ochrobactrum *** day 8,the minerals were composed of goethite,galena,and *** the increasing mineralization time,the main mineral phases were transformed from weakly crystalline hydrous iron ore into higher crystallinity siderite(FeCO_(3))or goethite(α-FeOOH),and the specific surface area and active sites of minerals were *** can be seen from the distribution of As elements that As is preferentially adsorbed on the edges of iron *** study is potential to understand the biomineralizationmechanism of iron-oxidizing bacteria and As remediation in the environment.

材料燃烧的烟气释放受到材料成分和燃烧环境等诸多因素影响。为了研究阻燃剂和通风条件对软质聚氨酯泡沫(FPUF)燃烧烟气特性的影响,首先合成了一种添加型阻燃剂(DOPO-DICY),另选用两种典型的商用阻燃剂:甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)、三聚氰胺(MEL),共制备了3种FPUF复合材料。通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、锥形量热仪等测试,对比了样品的阻燃性能。通过稳态管式炉(SSTF)调整一次进气量进行了贫氧、当量、富氧三种通风条件下的稳态燃烧测试,发现三种阻燃剂的加入均会增加稳态燃烧的烟气释放,但DMMP-MEL和DOPO-DICY均具有抑制CO生成的效果,同时证明了通风条件的变化也会影响FPUF的CO和CO_(2)的生成量。

污染土壤稳定化处理后铬返溶影响因子的研究

探究了稳定化处理后污染土壤中Cr的返溶影响因子。结果表明,对返溶释放促进作用最大的条件为:水淹、水溶液pH为1、40℃、一周鼓3 d氧气,这时土壤中Cr(VI)由10.00 mg/kg增至31.47 mg/kg,浸出液中总铬由0.15 mg/L增至0.36 mg/L。40℃、水淹、水溶液pH=1、水溶液pH=12、一周鼓3天氧气处理后Cr的有效态质量分数分别增加0.02%、1.46%、2.12%、0.03%、0.85%。含水率是影响污染土壤稳定化处理后Cr返溶的主要因素,pH为次要因素。在不同pH条件下,稳定化处理后的土壤中Cr的释放量皆与二级动力学方程拟合度最高。

[目的]选育优良的光温敏两系不育系,以提高其杂种后代的产量和品质。[方法]采用光温敏两系不育系‘RGD-7S’为母本与三系保持系‘中浙B’杂交,经5年9代的系谱法选育,育成不育性稳定、稻米品质优、异交特性好、株叶形态优良的光温敏两系不育系‘稆S’,并分析了其主要特征特性及杂种优势。[结果]‘稆S’不育性稳定,育性转换临界温度<23℃,稳定不育期127 d左右。该不育系制种产量高,异交特性好,柱头外露率78.62%,其中双边外露率39.74%。采用‘稆S’配组的高产、优质两系杂交稻组合‘稆两优质美’先后通过了福建省和海南省农作物品种审定。[结论]光温敏两系不育系‘稆S’不育性稳定,育性转换临界温度低,稻米品质优,配合力强,应用前景广泛。

基于仿真数据的三点弯曲峰值荷载预测方法

三点弯曲试验是广泛采用的抗拉强度参数测试方法之一。通过数值模拟分析发现,岩石三点弯曲峰值荷载与预制裂缝倾角等人为可控因素和杨氏模量、抗拉强度等岩石物性因素都具有正相关关系,而与预制裂缝长度呈现出负相关关系。由于影响因素众多且物理实验工作量大,难以建立多因素数学拟合模型,因此目前尚未有针对峰值荷载的普遍可行的预测方法。基于此,提出在数值模拟的基础上生成大量仿真数据,建立并训练人工神经网络模型,对含预制裂缝岩石三点弯曲试验峰值荷载进行预测。研究表明,基于仿真数据的含预制裂缝岩石三点弯曲峰值荷载神经网络预测模型对于已知数据具有很好的预测性能,并且对于未知数据具有良好的泛化能力和外推能力。

A historical review of hybrid rice breeding

The development of germplasm resources and advances in breeding methods have led to steady increases in yield and quality of rice (Oryza sativa L.). Three milestones in the recent history of rice breeding have contributed to these increases: dwarf rice breeding, hybrid rice breeding, and super rice breeding. On the 50th anniversary of the success of three-line hybrid rice,we highlight important scientific discoveries in rice breeding that were made by Chinese scientists and summarize the broader history of the field. We discuss the strategies that could be used in the future to optimize rice breeding further in the hope that China will continue to play a leading role in international rice breeding.
