Electric double layer capacitors(EDLCs)as promising electrical energy storage devices are faced with thermal management issues,which concern the performance and lifetime of the *** transfer at the solid-liquid interface has a crucial impact on the thermal management of *** this work,the interfacial thermal resistance(Kapitza resistance)of the interface between ionic liquid(IL)and graphite electrode is determined,and the heat transfer resistance in the uncharged/charged system with different temperatures is investigated via molecular dynamics *** is found that Kapitza resistance near the negative-charged interface decreases by 23%compared to that in the uncharged system,while the temperature effect on Kapitza resistance is little in our *** unique ion layer structure of ILs formed at the interface may influence the thermal transport *** are performed to investigate the effects of surface charge and working temperature on the heat transfer resistance of interfacial ILs from three aspects:ionic spacing,inter-ion interaction,and heat *** the influence of surface charge,ionic spacing in the electric double layer is found to decrease while the inter-ion interaction and heat capacity increase,leading to the reduction in thermal resistance of interfacial ***,rising temperature has small effects on the three thermal properties,with a slight tendency to increase the thermal resistance of ILs.

The sputtering process of Ar＋Ni（100） collision systems is investigated by means of constant energy molecular dynamics simulations. The Ni（100） slab is mimicked by an embedded-atom potential, and the interaction between the projectile and the surface is modelled by using the reparametrized ZBL potential. Ni atom emission from the lattice is analysed over the range of 20-50 eV collision energy. Sputtering yield, angular and energy distributions of the scattered Ar and of the sputtered Ni atoms are calculated, and compared to the available theoretical and experimental data.

AIM： To evaluate the mechanical and biochemical parameters of colonic anastomotic healing in hypercholesterolemic rats. METHODS： Sixty rats were divided into two groups of 30 each according to their dietary regimens. The test group was fed with a high cholesterol-containing diet for two months while the control group had standard diet. These two groups were further divided into three subgroups consisting of ten rats each. After hypercholesterolemia was established, left colon resection and anastomosis were performed in both groups and samples from liver and abdominal aorta were taken to evaluate the systemic effects of hypercholesterolemia. Anastomotic wound healing, blow-out pressures and tissue hydroxyproline levels were evaluated. RESULTS： The test group had a significant weight gain in two months. Microscopic examination of the abdominal aorta revealed no atherosderotic change in none of the groups, but liver tissue specimens showed significant steatosis in the test group. Tissue hydroxyproline levels and anastomotic blow-out pressures were significantly lower in the test group than in the controls. CONCLUSION： Hypercholesterolemia not only increases hydroxyproline levels and blow-out pressures but also worsens anastomotic wound healing.

Simple PID Parameter Tuning Method Based on Outputs of the Closed Loop System

Most of the existing PID parameters tuning methods are only effective with pre-known accurate system models, which often require some strict identification experiments and thus infeasible for many complicated systems. Actually, in most practical engineering applications, it is desirable for the PID tuning scheme to be directly based on the input-output response of the closed-loop system. Thus, a new parameter tuning scheme for PID controllers without explicit mathematical model is developed in this paper. The paper begins with a new frequency domain properties analysis of the PID controller. After that, the definition of characteristic frequency for the PID controller is given in order to study the mathematical relationship between the PID parameters and the open-loop frequency properties of the controlled system. Then, the concepts of M-field and θ-field are introduced, which are then used to explain how the PID control parameters influence the closed-loop frequency-magnitude property and its time responses. Subsequently, the new PID parameter tuning scheme, i.e., a group of tuning rules, is proposed based on the preceding analysis. Finally, both simulations and experiments are conducted, and the results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed methods. This research proposes a PID parameter tuning method based on outputs of the closed loop system.

Linear thermal expansion coefficient （TEC） of Ti bulk is investigated by means of molecular dynamics simulation. The elastic minimum image convention of periodic boundary conditions is introduced to allow the bulk to adjust its size according to the new fixed temperature. The TEC and the specific heat of Ti are compared to the available theoretical and experimental data.

AIM： To evaluate the visual, refractive and corneal asphericity changes after intrastromal corneal ring segment（ICRS） implantation for visual rehabilitation of ***： A total of 42 eyes of 32 patients were included. After creation of intrastromal tunnels of 5.01±0.03 mm inner diameter, 5.71±0.03 mm outer diameter and at 384.21±34.12 μm depth, 1 or 2 ICRS of 150-300 μm thickness and 90°-210° arc length were implanted. Changes in uncorrected distance visual acuity（UDVA）, corrected distance visual acuity（CDVA）, refractive errors, mean simulated keratometry readings SimK_（avg）, anterior and posterior corneal asphericity values（Q_（ant） and Q_（post）, respectively） measured with Scheimpflug topography were evaluated retrospectively. RESULTS： There was a significant improvement in UDVA and CDVA, along with a significant decrease in refractive spherical equivalent（SE）, cylinder and SimK_（avg） postoperatively（P〈0.001 for all）. Mean Qant increased from-1.06±0.48 to-0.57±0.58 postoperatively（P〈0.001）. Change in mean Qpost was insignificant（P=0.92）. Postoperative changes in UDVA and CDVA were not correlated with the postoperative changes in SE and cylinder（P〉0.05 for all）; but were correlated with the preoperative SimK_（avg） and Q_（ant） values（P〈0.001 for all）. CONCLUSION： ICRS implantation seems to approximate the anterior corneal asphericity of ＂advanced prolate＂ shape to ＂optimal prolate＂ shape and an ＂ideal Q value＂ of-0.46; which may have a role in improved UDVA and CDVA postoperatively, besides decreased refractive cylinder values.

The structure and thermal parameters of Ni20Pd80 alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction（XRD）. The diffraction experiments performed in the temperature range of 308-1100 K revealed that the alloy formed a face centered cubic （fcc） Al-type structure. The temperature dependence of the lattice parameters was investigated by using the Bragg line displacement method showing that the lattice parameter increases with the increase of temperature. The mean linear thermal expansion （MLTE（%））, coefficient of thermal expansion （CTE, α）, the characteristic Debye temperature （（θD） and mean square amplitudes of vibration were determined from XRD data. The value of Debye temperature was found to be 253 K. It was found that temperature factor was independent of the static displacements.

D-A copolymerization is a broadly utilized molecular design strategy to construct high efficiency photovoltaic materials for polymer solar cells(PSCs),and all the D-A copolymer donors reported till now are the alternate D-A copolymers with equal D-and ***,we first propose a non-equivalent D-A copolymerization strategy with unequal D-and A-units,and develop three novel non-equivalent D-A copolymer donors(PM6-D1,PM6-D2 and PM6-D3 with D/A unit ratio of 1.1:0.9,1.2:0.8 and1.3:0.7,respectively)by inserting more D units into the alternate D-A copolymer PM6 backbone to finely tune the physicochemical and photovoltaic properties of the *** three non-equivalent D-A copolymers show the down-shifted highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy levels,higher hole mobility,higher degree of molecular self-assembly and higher molecular crystallinity with the increase of D-unit ratio in comparison with the alternate D-A copolymer *** a result,all the three non-equivalent D-A copolymer-based PSCs with Y6 as acceptor achieve improved power conversion efficiency(PCE)with higher V_(oc),larger J_(sc)and higher FF ***,the PM6-D1:Y6 based PSC achieved a high PCE of17.71%,which is significantly higher than that(15.82%)of the PM6:Y6 based PSC and is one of the highest performances in the binary PSCs.
