水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)引发的急性尿潴留,又被称为Elsberg综合征,是带状疱疹疾病患者内脏功能障碍的表现。目前,西医常采用抗病毒药物和临时导尿等方法治疗,但效果不佳。基于中医古籍对该病的相关论述结合对VZV引发的急性尿潴留临床特征分析认为,此病内因重在脾胃气虚,导致卫气不足,伏邪再发;或膀胱失其中焦濡养,排泄无力;或因虚而实邪内生,阻碍气化。外因则有风热侵袭,搏结水府气血;或入里化热,经脉受阻;或邪犯水火,耗气伤阴,循经走窜。治疗当以扶正祛邪、益气通窍为主,治疗时当把握关键时机,以免形成长期后遗症。

The homeodomain-leucine zipper(HD-Zip)proteins play crucial roles in plant developmental and environmental ***,how they mediate gene expression to facilitate abiotic stress tolerance remains *** the present study,we characterized BpHOX2(encoding a HD-Zip I family protein)from birch(Betula platyphylla).BpHOX2 is predominately expressed in mature stems and leaves,but expressed at a low level in apical buds and roots,suggesting that it has tissue-specific ***2 expression was highly induced by osmotic and salt,but only slightly induced by abscisic *** of BpHOX2 markedly improved osmotic tolerance,while knockdown of BpHOX2 increased sensitivity to osmotic ***2 could induce the expression of pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthase,peroxidase,and superoxide dismutase genes to improve proline levels and the reactive oxygen species scavenging *** immunoprecipitation sequencing combined with RNA sequencing showed that BpHOX2 could bind to at least four cis-acting elements,including dehydrationresponsive element“RCCGAC”,Myb-p binding box“CCWACC,”and two novel cis-acting elements with the sequences of“AAGAAG”and“TACGTG”(termed HBS1 and HBS2,respectively)to regulate gene *** results suggested that BpHOX2 is a transcription factor that binds to different cis-acting elements to regulate gene expression,ultimately improving osmotic tolerance in birch.

Let n≥2 be an integer. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for an integral quadratic form over dyadic local fields to be n-universal by using invariants from Beli's theory of bases of norm ***, we provide a minimal set for testing n-universal quadratic forms over dyadic local fields, as an analogue of Bhargava and Hanke's 290-theorem(or Conway and Schneeberger's 15-theorem) on universal quadratic forms with integer coefficients.

Due to the novel applications of flexible pipes conveying fluid in the field of soft robotics and biomedicine,the investigations on the mechanical responses of the pipes have attracted considerable *** fluid-structure interaction(FSI)between the pipe with a curved shape and the time-varying internal fluid flow brings a great challenge to the revelation of the dynamical behaviors of flexible pipes,especially when the pipe is highly flexible and usually undergoes large *** this work,the geometrically exact model(GEM)for a curved cantilevered pipe conveying pulsating fluid is developed based on the extended Hamilton's *** stability of the curved pipe with three different subtended angles is examined with the consideration of steady fluid *** attention is concentrated on the large-deformation resonance of circular pipes conveying pulsating fluid,which is often encountered in practical *** constructing bifurcation diagrams,oscillating shapes,phase portraits,time traces,and Poincarémaps,the dynamic responses of the curved pipe under various system parameters are *** mean flow velocity of the pulsating fluid is chosen to be either subcritical or *** numerical results show that the curved pipe conveying pulsating fluid can exhibit rich dynamical behaviors,including periodic and quasi-periodic *** is also found that the preferred instability type of a cantilevered curved pipe conveying steady fluid is mainly in the flutter of the second *** a moderate value of the mass ratio,however,a third-mode flutter may occur,which is quite different from that of a straight pipe system.

Prompt learning has attracted broad attention in computer vision since the large pre-trained visionlanguagemodels (VLMs) exploded. Based on the close relationship between vision and language information builtby VLM, prompt learning becomes a crucial technique in many important applications such as artificial intelligencegenerated content (AIGC). In this survey, we provide a progressive and comprehensive review of visual promptlearning as related to AIGC. We begin by introducing VLM, the foundation of visual prompt learning. Then, wereview the vision prompt learning methods and prompt-guided generative models, and discuss how to improve theefficiency of adapting AIGC models to specific downstream tasks. Finally, we provide some promising researchdirections concerning prompt learning.

Microencapsulation phase change material slurry(MEPCMS) becomes a potential working fluid for cooling high energy density miniaturized components,thanks to the latent heat absorption of particles in the heat transfer *** this work,the Discrete Phase Model(DPM) based on the Euler-Lagrangian method is used to numerically investigate the convective heat transfer characteristics of MEPCMS flowing through a rectangular minichannel with constant heat *** results show that particles of MEPCMS are mainly subjected to drag force during the *** so,they can migrate from the high-temperature region to the low-temperature region driven by the thermophoretic force,affecting the particle distribution and phase change ***,the Nux of the MEPCMS fluctuates due to particle phase change with varying specific heat ***,the value increases first,then decreases,and eventually increases again until it approaches the fully developed value of the pure base fluid as the particles gradually ***,the heat transfer performance of the MEPCMS is influenced by the combination of fluid inlet temperature fluid inlet velocity(v),and mass concentration(c_(m)) of MEPCM *** result shows that the maximum reduction of the maximum bottom wall temperature difference(ΔT_(w)) is 23.98% at T_(in)=293.15 K,v=0.15 m·s^(-1),c_(m)=10%.

Force spectrum measurements with constant loading rates are widely used in single-molecule manipulation experiments to study the mechanical stability and force response of ***-dependent transition rates can be obtained from the transition force distribution,but it is limited to the force range with non-zero force *** constant loading rate control can be realized with magnetic tweezers,the loading rate range is limited due to the slow movement of permanent ***-linear exponential and exponential squared force loading functions are more feasible in magnetic tweezers,while there is no theoretical result available for these two kinds of non-linear force loading *** this study,we solved the unfolding process of a protein following Bell's model under nonlinear exponential and exponential squared force loading functions,which offer a broader range of unfolding force distribution compared to the traditional constant loading rate ***,we derived two force loading functions,which can produce uniform unfolding force *** research contributes fundamental equations for the analysis of experimental data obtained through single-molecule manipulation under nonlinear force loading controls,paving the way for the use of nonlinear force control in magnetic tweezer experiments.
