COREX shaft furnace（SF）is a typical screw feeder with a storage container coupled with eight screw casings and *** structure of screw casing plays an important role in the moving behavior of burdens,stress distribution,abrasive wear of screws,and energy consumption during the operation of ***,a three-dimensional semi-cylindrical model of actual size of COREX-3000 SF was established based on discrete element method to investigate the influences of screw casing *** results show that the increase in the gap between the outside of screw flight and screw casing is beneficial for the smooth operation of SF,resulting in uniform descending velocity along the radius of SF in the lower part,decreasing the size of recirculation region,and alleviating stress concentration in the screw ***,raising the gap appropriately is also beneficial to weaken screw abrasive wear,decrease energy consumption,and then prolong the service life of the ***,enlarging the gap also leads to more undesired high temperature reduction gas into the SF from melter gasifier,thereby deteriorating the operation of ***,an ideal distance exists between the outside of the screw flight and the screw casing,which is suggested to be equal to the average of particle diameter.

Accurate modeling for highly non-linear coupling of a damaged ship with liquid sloshing in waves is still of considerable interest within the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and AI *** paper describes a data-driven Stacking algorithm for fast prediction of roll motion response amplitudes in beam waves by constructing a hydrodynamics model of a damaged ship based on the dynamic overlapping grid CFD *** general idea is to optimize various parameters varying with four types of classical base models like multi-layer perception,support vector regression,random forest,and hist gradient boosting *** offers several attractive properties in terms of accuracy and efficiency by choosing the standard DTMB 5415 model with double damaged compartments for *** is clearly demonstrated that the predicted response amplitude operator(RAO)in the regular beam waves agrees well with the experimental data available,which verifies the accuracy of the established damaged ship hydrodynamics *** high-quality CFD samples,therefore,implementation of the designed Stacking algorithm with its optimal combination can predict the damaged ship roll motion amplitudes effectively and accurately(e.g.,the coefficient of determination 0.9926,the average absolute error 0.0955 and CPU 3s),by comparison of four types of typical base models and their various ***,the established Stacking algorithm provides one potential that can break through problems involving the time-consuming and low efficiency for large-scale lengthy CFD simulations.

Methyl-CpG binding protein 2(MeCP2) is a basic nuclear protein involved in the regulation of gene expression and microRNA *** of MECP2-containing genomic segments causes MECP2 duplication syndrome,a severe neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by intellectual disability,motor dysfunction,heightened anxiety,epilepsy,autistic phenotypes,and early *** of the abnormal phenotypes in adult mice with MECP2 duplication(MECP2-TG) by normalizing the MeCP2 levels across the whole brain has been ***,whether different brain areas or neural circuits contribute to different aspects of the behavioral deficits is still ***,we found that MECP2-TG mice showed a significant social recognition deficit,and were prone to display aversive-like behaviors,including heightened anxiety-like behaviors and a fear generalization *** addition,reduced locomotor activity was observed in MECP2-TG ***,appetitive behaviors and learning and memory were comparable in MECP2-TG and wild-type *** magnetic resonance imaging illustrated that the differences between MECP2-TG and wild-type mice were mainly concentrated in brain areas regulating emotion and social *** used the CRISPR-Cas9 method to restore normal MeCP2 levels in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC) and bed nuclei of the stria terminalis(BST) of adult MECP2-TG mice,and found that normalization of MeCP2 levels in the mPFC but not in the BST reversed the social recognition *** data indicate that the mPFC is responsible for the social recognition deficit in the transgenic mice,and provide new insight into potential therapies for MECP2 duplication syndrome.

The establishment of a low-cost and facile approach for the assay of acid phosphatase(ACP)and its inhibitor is a research *** this paper,we successfully synthesized NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets with peroxidase-mimicking activity in alkaline deep eutectic solvents(DESs)composed of NaOH and PEG-200,which can catalyze 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to the oxidation state TMB(ox-TMB)in the presence of *** to L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate can be hydrolyzed into ascorbic acid by ACP,the peroxidase-like activity of NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets is ***,the addition of malathion,an inhibitor of ACP,can inhibit the activity of ACP and thus limit the production of ascorbic acid(AA).Therefore,a colorimetric approach can be established for highly sensitive and selective detection of ACP and malathion with detection limits of 0.032 U/L and 0.65 nmol/L,*** importantly,this method can be successfully applied to malathion detection in environmental samples tap water and food cucumber juice,indicating that it has potential application prospects in environmental and agricultural fields.

Weighted total least squares(WTLS)have been regarded as the standard tool for the errors-in-variables(EIV)model in which all the elements in the observation vector and the coefficient matrix are contaminated with random ***,in many geodetic applications,some elements are error-free and some random observations appear repeatedly in different positions in the augmented coefficient *** is called the linear structured EIV(LSEIV)*** kinds of methods are proposed for the LSEIV model from functional and stochastic *** the one hand,the functional part of the LSEIV model is modified into the errors-in-observations(EIO)*** the other hand,the stochastic model is modified by applying the Moore-Penrose inverse of the cofactor *** algorithms are derived through the Lagrange multipliers method and linear *** estimation principles and iterative formula of the parameters are proven to be *** first-order approximate variance-covariance matrix(VCM)of the parameters is also derived.A numerical example is given to compare the performances of our proposed three algorithms with the STLS ***,the least squares(LS),total least squares(TLS)and linear structured weighted total least squares(LSWTLS)solutions are compared and the accuracy evaluation formula is proven to be feasible and ***,the LSWTLS is applied to the field of deformation analysis,which yields a better result than the traditional LS and TLS estimations.

Although there have been significant advances in the treatment of heart failure in recent years,chronic heart failure remains a leading cause of cardiovascular disease-related *** studies have found that targeted cardiac metabolic remodeling has good potential for the treatment of heart ***,most of the drugs that increase cardiac energy are still in the theoretical or testing *** research has found that botanical drugs not only increase myocardial energy metabolism through multiple targets but also have the potential to restore the balance of myocardial substrate *** this review,we summarized the mechanisms by which botanical drugs(the active ingredients/formulas/Chinese patent medicines)improve substrate utilization and promote myocardial energy metabolism by activating AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs)and other related *** the same time,some potential protective effects of botanical drugs on myocardium,such as alleviating oxidative stress and dysbiosis signaling,caused by metabolic disorders,were briefly discussed.
