在团簇科学中,搜索金属团簇的全局最小能量结构具有重要的意义.最近,深度神经网络结合迁移学习的全局优化方法被开发出来,以提高金属团簇结构的优化效率,该方法可以大幅减少训练深度神经网络所需的样本数量.为了进一步提高势能面的采样效率和深度神经网络结合迁移学习的全局优化方法的全局搜索能力,本文提出了一种将基因遗传算法嵌入到深度神经网络结合迁移学习中的全局优化方法.在Pt_(n)(n=9-15)团簇的全局优化中,该方法只需要深度神经网络结合迁移学习的全局优化方法一半的样本数量就能优化得到全局最优结构,同时节省了约70%~80%的计算成本,这表明全局搜索能力的显著提升。在Pt_(14)团簇势能面上的采样结果显示,该方法搜索到低能量的样本(占比25%)比深度神经网络结合迁移学习方法的样本(占比<1%)更多.在Pt_(16)和Pt_(17)团簇的全局最优结构搜索中,本文报道了文献中尚未报道的新结构,证明本论文建立的方法的可行性和先进性.

Herein,a novel single-atomic Pt doping and interface-rich CoS/Co(OH)_(2)(Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C)electrocatalyst has been successfully *** from precise regulation of d-orbital electronic structure modulation on Co site,Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C exhibited remarkable HER activity and high stability for hydrogen evolution in splitting both water(73 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)) and seawater(87 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)).Notably,atomic Pt doping was introduced into CoS/Co(OH)_(2),which could produce local unbalanced Coulombic force and significantly increased the number of S vacancies,and then expose abundant Co ***,Co(OH)_(2) in Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C could act as the adsorption sites for H_(2)O in hydrogen evolution reaction *** functional theory results also proved that atomic Pt doping,S vacancies and Co(OH)_(2) coupling could result in the formation of enriched electronic Co sites and optimize d_(z2) orbital electronic structure,and then realize the depth upward shift of d-band center and enhance the adsorption of H*on Co sites.

M1-type microglia can induce astrocytes to deposit chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan after spinal cord injury

After spinal cord injury(SCI),astrocytes gradually migrate to and surround the lesion,depositing chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan-rich extracellular matrix and forming astrocytic scar,which limits the spread of inflammation but hinders axon ***,microglia gradually accumulate at the lesion border to form microglial scar and can polarize to generate a pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype or an anti-inflammatory M2 ***,the effect of microglia polarization on astrocytes is ***,we found that both microglia(CX3 CR1^(+))and astrocytes(GFAP^(+))gathered at the lesion border at 14 days post-injury(dpi).The microglia accumulated along the inner border of and in direct contact with the astrocytes.M1-type microglia(i NOS^(+)CX3 CR1^(+))were primarily observed at 3 and 7 dpi,while M2-type microglia(Arg1^(+)CX3 CR1^(+))were present at larger numbers at 7 and 14 *** growth factor-β1(TGFβ1)was highly expressed in M1 microglia in vitro,consistent with strong expression of TGFβ1 by microglia in vivo at 3 and 7 dpi,when they primarily exhibited an M1 ***,conditioned media from M1-type microglia induced astrocytes to secrete chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan in *** effect was eliminated by knocking down sex-determining region Y-box 9(SOX9)in astrocytes and could not be reversed by treatment with TGFβ*** together,our results suggest that microglia undergo M1 polarization and express high levels of TGFβ1 at 3 and 7 dpi,and that M1-type microglia induce astrocytes to deposit chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan via the TGFβ1/SOX9 *** study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Anhui Medical University,China(approval ***20160052)on March 1,2016.

Nomogram for predicting the prognosis of tumor patients with sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery

BACKGROUND There were few studies on the prognosis of tumor patients with sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery and there was no relevant nomogram for predicting the prognosis of these *** To establish a nomogram for predicting the prognosis of tumor patients with sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery in the intensive care unit(ICU).METHODS A total of 303 septic patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery admitted to the ICU at Peking University Cancer Hospital from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2020 were analysed retrospectively. The model for predicting the prognosis of septic patients was established by the R software *** The most common infection site of sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery in the ICU was abdominal infection. The 90-d all-cause mortality rate was 10.2% in our study group. In multiple analyses, we found that there were statistically significant differences in tumor type, septic shock, the number of lymphocytes after ICU admission, serum creatinine and total operation times among tumor patients with sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery(P lish a nomogram for predicting the prognosis of these septic patients. The nomogram was verified, and the initial C-index was 0.861. After 1000 internal validations of the model, the C-index was 0.876, and the discrimination was good. The correction curve indicated that the actual value was in good agreement with the predicted *** The nomogram based on these five factors(tumor type, septic shock, number of lymphocytes, serum creatinine, and total operation times) could accurately predict the prognosis of tumor patients with sepsis after gastrointestinal surgery.

Carbon dots-derived three-dimensional-ordered macroporous host with high penetrability and catalytic activity for LSBs under lean electrolyte

The practical energy density of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)is seriously limited by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ratios(E/S).The E/S can be reduced by employing hosts with easy-to-infiltrate structure that ensures the uniform distribution of a lean electrolyte and high catalytic activity that can suppress"shuttle effect"via accelerating the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble *** the easy-to-infiltrate structures,the three-dimensional-ordered macroporous(3DOM)structure is easier to scale preparation and more suitable for the existing industrial ***,it is difficult to obtain the 3DOM with(1)high penetrability due to the high viscosity of frequently-used organic polymer precursors and(2)high catalytic activity due to the low confinement effect,meaning that uniformly dispersed small-sized catalytic materials are difficult to load on ***,using carbon dots(CDs)with both organic and inorganic properties as a precursor and aggregation limiting agent,a 3DOM host with high penetrability and homodispersed Ni particles of small sizes(Ni-CDs-3DOM)was *** this host:(1)CDs precursor with suitable viscosity can improve the penetrability.(2)CDs can effectively inhibit the agglomeration of Ni particles.(3)Uniformly dispersed small-size Ni particles offer high-efficiency catalytic activity toward sulfur ***,the Ni-CDs-3DOM/sulfur cathode exhibits high sulfur utilization and stable cycling performance even under high sulfur loading(5.5 mg·cm^(-2))and low E/S(6.5μl·mg^(-1)).This work indicates the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density.

Facile preparation of Fe/N-based biomass porous carbon composite towards enhancing the thermal decomposition of DAP-4

The Arabidopsis Transcription Factor AtTCP15 Regulates Endoreduplication by Modulating Expression of Key Cell-cycle Genes

Plant cells frequently undergo endoreduplication, a modified cell cycle in which genome is repeatedly rep- licated without cytokinesis. As the key step to achieve final size and function for cells, endoreduplication is prevalent during plant development. However, mechanisms to control the balance between endoreduplication and mitotic cell di- vision are still poorly understood. Here, we show that the Arabidopsis TCP （CINCINNATA-like TEOSINTE BRANCHED1~ CYCLOIDEA-_PCF）-family transcription factor gene AtTCP15 is expressed in trichomes, as well as in rapidly dividing and vascular tissues. Expression of AtTCP15SRDX, AtTCP15 fused with a SRDX repressor domain, induces extra endoredupli- cation in trichomes and cotyledon cells in transgenic Arabidopsis. On the contrary, overexpression of AtTCP15 suppresses endoreduplication in trichomes and other examined cells. Misregulation of AtTCP15 affects the expression of several im- portant genes involved in cell-cycle regulation. AtTCP15 protein binds directly to the promoter regions of CYCA2;3 and RETINOBLASTOMA-RELATED （RBR） genes, which play key roles in endoreduplication. Taken together, AtTCP15 plays an important role in regulating endoreduplication during Arabidopsis development.
