Objective To compare the clinical characteristics in a gonadotropin （Gn） and medroxyprogestrone acetate （MPA） protocol using three types of Gn in normal ovulatory women undergoing IVF/ICsI treatments. Methods A total of 258 normal ovulatory IVF/ICsI patients undergoing ovarian stimulation in a Gn and MPA protocol were analyzed in this retrospective study and allocated into three groups according to the Gn used： group A, hMG-A （brand name： Fengyuan, n=105）; group B, hMG-B （brand name： Lebaode, n=90）; group C： u-FsH （brand name： Lishenbao, n=63）. The hormone profile, embryological characteristics, and the pregnant results after frozen-thawed embryo transfer （FET） were compared among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the number of oocytes retrieved among the three groups （12.1± 6.9 vs 12.1±5.6 vs 13.1 ±8.8, P〉0.05）. Other indicators such as the number of mature oocyte, fertilization, cleavage and viable embryo were similar （P〉0.05）. No premature LH surges were detected, with a range of 0.04-7.38 IU/L. No differences were found in the clinical pregnancy rate per transfer （43.48% vs 37.93% vs 40. 74%, P〉0.05） and the implantation rate （34.88% vs 22.22% vs 26.42%, P〉O.05）. Conclusion MPA is an effective oral alternative for the prevention of premature LH surges. Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation （PPOs） is a novel regimen of ovarian stimulation in combination with embryo cryopreservation, in which the two types of hMG are as effective as u-FsH.

Objective:To investigate whether proclination of the maxillary central incisor neighboring the cleft leads to gingival recession in patients born with unilateral cleft lip and palate(UCLP). Materials and Methods:40 UCLP patients(15 female and 25 male patients;mean age,13.2 years;age range,8-26 years)were retrospectively *** intraoral slides and study casts,changes in gingival recession of the maxillary central incisor adjacent to the cleft were measured to divide the patients into an experimental group (increased)and a control group(not increased).Changes in proclination of the maxillary central incisor close to the cleft were determined from pretreatment and posttreatment lateral ***-sample t-test,correlation analysis and stepwise logistic regression analysis were applied. Results:There were statistically significant differences in maxillary central incisor proclination variation between subjects with and without increased gingival recession(Psitive correlation was shown between U1-sN angle, Ul-N-A distance,Ul-N-A angle and gingival recession(Psulted in a significant difference in gingival recession(Ps increase in Ul-sN angle presented a 3.263 times greater chance for the occurrence of gingival recession in upper central incisor lying close to the cleft area (odds ratio=3.263,95%CI 1.314-8.103,P=0.0108). Conclusions:Proclination of the upper central incisor adjacent to the cleft area is positively correlated with gingival recession in UCLP *** bone grafting during orthodontic treatment is considered as a significant influential factor for gingival recession on maxillary central incisor and may benefit gingival recession. Ul-sN angle is considered as the strongest predictor of gingival recession.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is a common malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality *** prostate cancer stem cell(PCsC)model provides novel insights into the pathogenesis of PCa and its therapeutic ***,the roles and molecular mechanisms of specific genes in mediating fate decisions of PCsCs and carcinogenesis of PCa remain to be *** this study,we have explored the expression,function,and mechanism of AZGP1P2,a pseudogene of AZGP1,in regulating the stemness and apoptosis of PCsCs and treatment resistance of docetaxel in castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC).We revealed that AZGP1P2 was downregulated in CRPC cell lines and PCsCs,while it was positively associated with progression-free *** of the AZGP1P2 enhanced the sensitivity of docetaxel treatment in CRPCs via inhibiting their *** pull-down associated with mass spectrometry analysis,co-immunoprecipitation assay,and RNA immunoprecipitation assay demonstrated that AZGP1P2 could bind to UBA1 and RBM15 as a“writer”of methyltransferase to form a ***1,an E1 ubiquitin-activating enzyme,contributed to RBM15 protein degradation via ubiquitination *** RNA immunoprecipitation assay displayed that RBM15 controlled the mRNA decay of TPM1 in m6A ***,a xenograft mouse model and patient-derived organoids showed that the therapeutic effect of docetaxel in CRPC was increased by AZGP1P2 in ***,these results imply that AZGP1P2 mediates the stemness and apoptosis of PCsCs and promotes docetaxel therapeutic effect by suppressing tumor growth and metastasis via UBA1/RBM15-mediated TPM1 mRNA decay in CRPC.

Objective To investigate the effect of FTY720-treated immature bone marrow-derived dendritic cells（BMDCs） on the embryo resorption rate in the CBA/J× DBA/2 abortion mouse *** The dendritic cells（DCs） were derived from bone marrow of DBA/2 mice, and then co-cultured with FTY720. The abortion mouse models were established by mating female CBA/J mice with DBA/2 mice. Via the CBA/J×DBA/2 abortion mouse model, six groups were established, group A： normal pregnancy model; group B： abortion mouse model with no treatment; group C： abortion mouse model injected with DC culture medium（DCCM）; group D： abortion mouse model injected with DC; group E： abortion mouse model injected with FTY720; group F： abortion model mouse injected with FTY720-DC. The differences were compared in the embryo resorption rates of the CBA/J ×DBA/2 abortion mouse model treated with FTY720-DC or different controls observed on gestation day 12 to 14, and then the microenvironment in murine pregnancy was *** The embryo resorption rate was statistically significantly decreased in group D and group E when they compared with group B and group C（P〈0.05, respectively）.Furthermore, the embryo resorption rate in group F showed a statistically significant decrease when compared with the other groups except group A（P〈0.01）. These resultssuggest that FTY720-DCs possess a notable advantage over DCs or FTY720 in reducing the embryo resorption rate of the abortion mouse model. The percentage of Th17（IL-17＋CD4＋T cells） in peripheral blood mononuclear cell（PBMC） in the abortion mouse model was 4.35%±0.34% before treated with FTY720-DC, and was1.34%±0.28% after treated with FTY720-DC（P〈0.01）. The percentage of Tregs（CD4~＋CD25~＋Foxp3~＋T cells） in PBMC was significantly increased in group F（8.35%±1.80%） as compared with group B（2.68%±0.65%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Adoptive transfer of FTY720-DC can statistically significantly reduce the embryo resorption rate in the CBA/J×DBA/2 abortion mouse model.

Malnutrition in early life increases the risk of osteoporosis,but the association of early-life undernutrition combined with adulthood obesity patterns with low-energy fracture remains *** study included 5323 community-dwelling subjects aged⩾40 years from ***-life famine exposure was identified based on the participants’birth *** obesity was assessed using the body mass index(BMI),and abdominal obesity was evaluated with the waist-to-hip ratio(WHR).Low-energy fracture was defined as fracture occurring after the age of⩾40 typically caused by falls from standing height or *** to the nonexposed group,the group with fetal,childhood,and adolescence famine exposure was associated with an increased risk of fracture in women with odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of 3.55(1.57–8.05),3.90(1.57–9.71),and 3.53(1.05–11.88),respectively,but not in *** interactions were observed between fetal famine exposure and general obesity with fracture among women(P for interaction=0.0008).Furthermore,compared with the groups with normal BMI and WHR,the group of women who underwent fetal famine exposure and had both general and abdominal obesity had the highest risk of fracture(OR,95%CI:3.32,1.17–9.40).These results indicate that early-life famine exposure interacts with adulthood general obesity and significantly increases the risk of low-energy fracture later in life in women.
