Satisfying various terminal constraints and achieving evasive flight in no-flying-zones (NFZs) are two important flight missions undertaken by high velocity vehicles. We studied an intelligent maneuvering guidance strategy using deep reinforcement learning (DRL) methods to achieve the coordination and unification of evasive flight and multi-constrained guidance with minimal energy loss.

The CRISPR/Cas9 technology revolutionizes targeted gene knockout in diverse organisms including ***,screening edited alleles,particularly those with multiplex editing,from herbicide-or antibiotic-resistant transgenic plants and segregating out the Cas9 transgene represent two laborious *** solutions to facilitate these processes rely on different selection ***,by taking advantage of the opposite functions of a D-amino acid oxidase(DAO)in detoxifying D-serine and in metabolizing non-toxic D-valine to a cytotoxic product,we develop a DAO-based selection system that simultaneously enables the enrichment of multigene edited alleles and elimination of Cas9-containing progeny in Arabidopsis *** five DAOs tested in Escherichia coli,the one encoded by Trigonopsis variabilis(TvDAO)could confer slightly stronger D-serine resistance than other *** expression of TvDAO in Arabidopsis allowed a clear distinction between transgenic and nontransgenic plants in both D-serine-conditioned positive selection and D-valine-conditioned negative *** a proof of concept,we combined CRISPR-induced single-strand annealing repair of a dead TvDAO with D-serine-based positive selection to help identify transgenic plants with multiplex editing,where D-serine-resistant plants exhibited considerably higher co-editing frequencies at three endogenous target genes than those selected by ***,D-valine-based negative selection successfully removed Cas9 and TvDAO transgenes from the survival offspring carrying inherited ***,this work provides a novel strategy to ease CRISPR mutant identification and Cas9 transgene elimination using a single selection marker,which promises more efficient and simplified multiplex CRISPR editing in plants.

The complex sand-casting process combined with the interactions between process parameters makes it difficult to control the casting quality,resulting in a high scrap rate.A strategy based on a data-driven model was proposed to reduce casting defects and improve production efficiency,which includes the random forest(RF)classification model,the feature importance analysis,and the process parameters optimization with Monte Carlo *** collected data includes four types of defects and corresponding process parameters were used to construct the RF *** results show a recall rate above 90% for all *** Gini Index was used to assess the importance of the process parameters in the formation of various defects in the RF ***,the classification model was applied to different production conditions for quality *** the case of process parameters optimization for gas porosity defects,this model serves as an experimental process in the Monte Carlo method to estimate a better temperature *** prediction model,when applied to the factory,greatly improved the efficiency of defect *** show that the scrap rate decreased from 10.16% to 6.68%.

Soymilk is a natural ***,the performance of flavonoid-soymilk nano-complex remains *** this work,icariin-soymilk nano-complexes(ISNCs)were successfully fabricated and *** effects of high-pressure homogenization(HPH)treatment on structure and physicochemical properties of soymilk and nano-complexes were *** treatment could significantly improve the surface hydrophobicity and interfacial activity of *** soymilk with HPH treatment could significantly improve the water solubility(20 folds),thermal stability and bioavailability of *** highest encapsulation efficiency(93.28%),loading capacity(39.09μg/mg),ζ-potentia(absolute value,31.20 mV)and bioavailability(72.14%)were observed in HSI-200(200 bar of homogenization pressure).While HSI-500(500 bar of homogenization pressure)showed the smallest particle size(183.73 nm).ISNCs showed a rougher surface and an irregular lamellar structure with large amount of fine particles by using Cryo-SEM,suggesting that icariin was encapsulated in *** data supplied a novel strategy to improve the performance of icariin in functional foods.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have garnered significant interest in energy storage due to their similar working mechanism to lithium ion batteries and abundant reserves of sodium *** facile synthesis of a carbon-based anode materials with capable electrochemical performance is key to promoting the practical application of *** this work,a combination of petroleum pitch and recyclable sodium chloride is selected as the carbon source and template to obtain hard carbon(HC)anode for *** times and temperatures are optimized by assessing the sodium ion storage behavior of different HC *** optimized HC exhibits a remarkable capacity of over 430 mAh·g^(-1) after undergoing full activation through 500 cycles at a density of current of 0.1 A·g^(-1).Furthermore,it demonstrates an initial discharge capacity of 276 mAh·g^(-1) at a density of current of 0.5 A·g^(-1).Meanwhile,the optimized HC shows a good capacity retention(170 mAh·g^(-1) after 750 cycles)and a remarkable rate ability(166 mAh·g^(-1) at 2 A·g^(-1)).The enhanced capacity is attributed to the suitable degree of graphitization and surface area,which improve the sodium ion transport and storage.
