LC-MS-based met.bolomic analy.is. A t.t.l of 480 one-day.old male broilers were randomly.allocat.d t. four t.eat.ent.groups—a cont.ol(CON)group, which was fed a basal diet. and t.ree NCLE t.eat.ent.groups, which were fed t.e basal diet.supplement.d wit. 100, 200, or 400 mg/kg NCLE(N1, N2, and N3 groups, respect.vely. for 42 d. Compared wit. t.e CON group, meat.qualit.0}was improved in t.e N2 and N3 groups, as evidenced by.t.e higher p H45min(P t.muscle(BM) and lower drip loss at.8 h(P t.oxidant.capacit.0}was significant.y.enhanced in t.e N3group, charact.rized by.an increase in t.e t.t.l ant.oxidant.capacit.0}t.AOC), t.e concent.at.ons of glut.t.ione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and cat.lase(CAt., and t.e relat.ve mRNA expression of p38 MAPK,ext.acellular-signal regulat.d kinase 1/2(ERK1/2), c-Jun N-t.rminal kinase(JNK), Nrf2, CAt. and GSH-Px(P y.
