High-voltage circuit breakers are the core equipment in power networks,and to a certain extent,are related to the safe and reliable operation of power systems.However,their core components are prone to mechanical faults.This study proposes a component separation method to detect multiple mechanical faults in circuit breakers that can achieve online real-time monitoring.First,a model and strategy are presented for obtaining mechanical voiceprint signals from circuit breakers.Subsequently,the component separation method was used to decompose the voiceprint signals of multiple faults into individual component signals.Based on this,the recognition of the features of a single-fault voiceprint signal can be achieved.Finally,multiple faults in high-voltage circuit breakers were identified through an experimental simulation and verification of the circuit breaker voiceprint signals collected from the substation site.The research results indicate that the proposed method exhibits excellent performance for multiple mechanical faults,such as spring structures and loose internal components of circuit breakers.In addition,it provides a reference method for the real-time online monitoring of high-voltage circuit breakers.

DEAR EDITOR, We provide an annotated checklist of the butterflies of Yunnan, which includes 356 genera and 1 300 species in six families. The number of butterfly genera and species in Yunnan accounts for 79.8% and 58.6% of China’s total records, respectively. Thus, our study reveals that Yunnan has the highest butterfly diversity in China. This updated checklist also reports two genera and 18 species newly recorded from China as well as 36 species first recorded from Yunnan.

We propose for the first time,to the best of our knowledge,an on-chip integrated few-mode erbium–ytterbium co-doped waveguide amplifier based on an 800 nm thick Si_(3)N_(4)platform,which demonstrates high amplification gains and low differential modal gains(DMGs)simultaneously.An eccentric waveguide structure and a co-propagating pumping scheme are adopted to balance the gain of each mode.A hybrid mode/polarization/wavelengthdivision(de)multiplexer with low insertion loss and crosstalk is used for multiplexing and demultiplexing in two operation wavebands centered at 1550 nm and 980 nm,where the light in these two bands serves as the signal light and pump light of the amplifier,respectively.The results demonstrate that with an input signal power of 0.1 mW,TE_(0)mode pump power of 300 mW,and TE_(1)mode pump power of 500 m W,the three signal modes(TE_(0)∕TM_(0)∕TE_(1))all exhibit amplification gains exceeding 30 dB,while maintaining a DMG of less than 0.1 dB.

BACKGROUND many studies have explored the relationship between depression and metabolic syndrome(MetS),especially in older people.China has entered an aging society.However,there are still few studies on the elderly in Chinese communities.AIM To investigate the incidence and risk factors of depression in MetS patients in China's mainland and to construct a predictive model.METHODS Data from four waves of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study were selected,and middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS(n=2533)were included based on the first wave.According to the center for epidemiological survey-depression scale(CESD),participants with MetS were divided into depression(n=938)and non-depression groups(n=1595),and factors related to depression were screened out.Subsequently,the 2-,4-,and 7-year follow-up data were analyzed,and a prediction model for depression in MetS patients was constructed.RESULTS The prevalence of depression in middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS was 37.02%.The prevalence of depression at the 2-,4-,and 7-year follow-up was 29.55%,34.53%,and 38.15%,respectively.The prediction model,constructed using baseline CESD and Physical Self-maintenance Scale scores,average sleep duration,number of chronic diseases,age,and weight had a good predictive effect on the risk of depression in MetS patients at the 2-year follow-up(area under the curve=0.775,95%confidence interval:0.750-0.800,P<0.001),with a sensitivity of 68%and a specificity of 74%.CONCLUSION The prevalence of depression in middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS has increased over time.The early identification of and intervention for depressive symptoms requires greater attention in MetS patients.

Knowledge graph can assist in improving recommendation performance and is widely applied in various person-alized recommendation domains.However,existing knowledge-aware recommendation methods face challenges such as weak user-item interaction supervisory signals and noise in the knowledge graph.To tackle these issues,this paper proposes a neighbor information contrast-enhanced recommendation method by adding subtle noise to construct contrast views and employing contrastive learning to strengthen supervisory signals and reduce knowledge noise.Specifically,first,this paper adopts heterogeneous propagation and knowledge-aware attention networks to obtain multi-order neighbor embedding of users and items,mining the high-order neighbor informa-tion of users and items.Next,in the neighbor information,this paper introduces weak noise following a uniform distribution to construct neighbor contrast views,effectively reducing the time overhead of view construction.This paper then performs contrastive learning between neighbor views to promote the uniformity of view information,adjusting the neighbor structure,and achieving the goal of reducing the knowledge noise in the knowledge graph.Finally,this paper introduces multi-task learning to mitigate the problem of weak supervisory signals.To validate the effectiveness of our method,experiments are conducted on theMovieLens-1M,MovieLens-20M,Book-Crossing,and Last-FM datasets.The results showthat compared to the best baselines,our method shows significant improvements in AUC and F1.

This paper proposes a distributed robust optimal dispatch model to enhance information security and interaction among the operators in the regional integrated energy system(RIES). Our model regards the distribution network and each energy hub(EH) as independent operators and employs robust optimization to improve operational security caused by wind and photovoltaic(PV) power output uncertainties, with only deterministic information exchanged across boundaries. This paper also adopts the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) algorithm to facilitate secure information interaction among multiple RIES operators, maximizing the benefit for each subject. Furthermore, the traditional ADMM algorithm with fixed step size is modified to be adaptive, addressing issues of redundant interactions caused by suboptimal initial step size settings. A case study validates the effectiveness of the proposed model, demonstrating the superiority of the ADMM algorithm with adaptive step size and the economic benefits of the distributed robust optimal dispatch model over the distributed stochastic optimal dispatch model.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of paeoniflorin(PF)on osteoarthritis(OA)synovial inflammation from network pharmacology to experimental pharmacology.Methods:Targets of OA were constructed by detecting the database of network database platforms(Therapeutic Target database,Drug Bank and Gene Cards),and the targets of PF were constructed by Pub Chem and Herbal Ingredients'Targets database.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis of these co-targeted genes were conducted via Database for Annotation,Visualization,and Integrated Discovery(DAVID)database,and protein-protein interaction(PPI)networks were conducted via the search tool for the retrieval of interacting genes(STRING)database.Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay was performed to assess the potential toxicity of PF on human OA fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS),quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q PCR),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Western blot were used to verify the potential mechanism of PF in synovial inflammation.Results:Twenty-six co-targeted genes were identified.GO enrichment results showed that these co-targeted genes were most likely localized in the cytoplasm,and the biological processes mainly involved'cellular response to hypoxia''lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-mediated signaling pathway'and'positive regulation of gene expression'.KEGG pathway analysis indicated that these co-targeted genes may function through pathways associated with'hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling pathway'and'tumornecrosis factor(TNF)signaling pathway'.The PPI network showed that the top 3 hub genes were TP53,TNF,and CASP3.Molecular docking results showed that PF was well docking with TNF.CCK-8 showed no potential toxicity of 10,20 and 50μmol/L PF on human OA FLS.And PF significantly decreased the expression levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,TNF-αmatrix metalloproteinase 13(MMP13),and a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 5(ADAMTS5)and TNF-αin LPS-induced OA FLS.Conclusion:PF exhibited

目的:开发和评估基于深度学习的人工智能模型,将其应用于临床教学,帮助临床医生学习识别解剖标志,提升学习兴趣,增强手术能力。方法:开发和训练深度学习模型以识别以下解剖标志,包括子宫、输卵管、圆形韧带、卵巢、子宫-卵巢韧带、膀胱、子宫-膀胱空间(膀胱分离安全区)、子宫骶韧带和子宫切除手术期间KOH阴道切除器的边缘。采用P(精度)、maP(平均精度)、F1-置信曲线、R(召回率)来评估模型的准确性,采用临床分组教学应用的方式来验证该模型是否能对临床教学提供帮助。结果:在达芬奇机器人系统构建的手术视频库上训练人工智能模型。该模型P值为94.80%,maP值为99.10%,F1得分为96.00%,R为99.00%。将其应用于临床教学后,试验组学员对机器人腹腔镜下妇科解剖结构辨认熟练程度,在8个方面均有显著提高(P<0.05),尤其是子宫-卵巢韧带、膀胱、子宫-膀胱空间(膀胱分离安全区),有了明显提升,培训后两组医师妇科专业理论成绩的提升有统计学意义(均P<0.05),试验组成绩优于对照组。结论:人工智能可用于识别手术领域的解剖结构,帮助临床医生更快更好地学习解剖标志识别,加强临床医生的手术能力,为降低术中不良事件的风险提供帮助。

Study of the reaction mechanism for preparing powdered activated coke with SO_(2)adsorption capability via one-step rapid activation method under flue gas atmosphere

In this study,the impact of different reaction times on the preparation of powdered activated carbon(PAC)using a one-step rapid activation method under flue gas atmosphere is investigated,and the underlying reaction mechanism is summarized.Results indicate that the reaction process of this method can be divided into three stages:stage I is the rapid release of volatiles and the rapid consumption of O_(2),primarily occurring within a reaction time range of 0-0.5 s;stage II is mainly the continuous release and diffusion of volatiles,which is the carbonization and activation coupling reaction stage,and the carbonization process is the main in this stage.This stage mainly occurs at the reaction time range of 0.5 -2.0 s when SL-coal is used as material,and that is 0.5-3.0 s when JJ-coal is used as material;stage III is mainly the activation stage,during which activated components diffuse to both the surface and interior of particles.This stage mainly involves the reaction stage of CO_(2)and H2O(g)activation,and it mainly occurs at the reaction time range of 2.0-4.0 s when SL-coal is used as material,and that is 3.0-4.0 s when JJ-coal is used as material.Besides,the main function of the first two stages is to provide more diffusion channels and contact surfaces/activation sites for the diffusion and activation of the activated components in the third stage.mastering the reaction mechanism would serve as a crucial reference and foundation for designing the structure,size of the reactor,and optimal positioning of the activator nozzle in PAC preparation.
