The Early Paleozoic Tiefosi syn-collisional granite in the northern Dabie Orogen:Geochronological and geochemical constraints

The Tiefosi granitic pluton is located 5 km northwest of Xinyang City,northern Dabie Orogen,and was emplaced in the Proterozoic Qinling Group. SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating suggests its crystallization at 436 ± 11 Ma. It is composed of monzogranite and syenogranite containing some amounts of muscovite and few mafic minerals. The rocks are characterized by high and restricted SiO2 content,low FeO,Fe2O3 and MgO contents,high K2O/Na2O ratio,and display high-K calc-alkaline and peraluminous (ACNK>1.1) characteristics. They are generally enriched in large ion lithophile elements (LILE) and depleted in high field strength elements (HFSE). They can be divided into three groups in light of rare earth elements (REE) and trace elements. Group I is moderate in ΣREE and characterized by the absence of Eu anom-aly,high (La/Yb)N ratio,and moderate Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba ratios. Group Ⅱ has moderately negative Eu anomaly,low (La/Yb)N ratio and high ΣREE contents,Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba ratios. Group Ⅲ displays positive Eu anomaly,moderate (La/Yb)N ratio,and low ΣREE,Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba ratios. The calculated εNd(440Ma) values of the rocks vary from 8.8 to 9.9 and Nd depleted mantle model ages are about 2.0 Ga,which resemble those of the paragneisses from the Qinling Group. The results indicate that the Tiefosi granite is crust-derived,syn-collisional S-type granite. Generation of Group I was related to low degree melting of the Qinling Group,while Group Ⅱ was formed by fractionational crystallization of plagioclase from Group I magmas,and Group Ⅲ resulted possibly from magma mingling with plagioclase cumulates. The Tiefosi granite was formed within crustal level related to the collision between the North China and South China blocks in the Early Paleozoic time.

Practical Principles and Ways of Undergraduates’ ideological and moral education in university

The important target audiences of the college ideological and political education are the undergraduates. Anyone who works on the college ideological and political education has to learn the basic features of the development of the undergraduates’ moral qualities as well as the counseling principle, the optimism principle, the democratic principle and the encouraging principle. The college applied the means of traditional moral education to enhance undergraduates’ understanding of morality, gave topics on morality for undergraduates to increase their judgments on moral issues, praised the moral model undergraduates who served as a role model for the undergraduates, and offered the literary and artistic works for reading to trigger the emotional response of undergraduates. The undergraduates will have a better ideological understanding and seek new heights of self-cultivation during their moral practice.

目的评估微小残留病(MRD)和IKZF1基因缺失在接受儿童特点化疗方案的成人急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)中的预后价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2020年9月南方医科大学南方医院收治的149例成人B-ALL患者的预后情况。采用Cox回归模型进行预后因素分析。结果149例患者完全缓解(CR)率为93.2%,5年总生存(OS)率和累积复发率(CIR)分别为(54.3±5.0)%和(47.5±5.2)%。Cox回归分析发现诱导治疗后第45天的微小残留病(MRD3)阳性与患者复发风险独立相关(HR=2.535,95%CI 1.122~5.728,P=0.025),IKZF1基因缺失与患者的死亡风险独立相关(HR=1.869,95%CI 1.034~3.379,P=0.039)。基于MRD3和IKZF1基因状态,我们将149例成人B-ALL患者分为高危组[MRD3阳性和(或)IKZF1基因缺失]和低危组(MRD3阴性且IKZF1基因野生型)。两组的5年OS率分别为(45.5±6.0)%和(69.4±8.6)%(P<0.001),5年CIR分别为(61.6±8.3)%和(25.5±6.5)%(P<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。多因素分析表明,高危组是影响OS(HR=3.937,95%CI 1.975~7.850,P<0.001)以及CIR(HR=4.037,95%CI 2.095~7.778,P<0.001)的独立危险因素。结论MRD结合IKZF1的预后分层系统可更有效地预测成人B-ALL患者的临床结局,有助于指导患者治疗方案的选择。

为改善用户的脚部健康问题,探索彻底清洁鞋子的方法,提出一种FAHP(模糊层次分析法)和FAST(功能分析系统技术法)相结合的研究方法。首先,通过FAHP进行用户需求分析,创建模糊判断矩阵,求得权重值;其次,根据FAST将产品功能与用户需求相结合,创建功能树并进行功能分析;最后,将权重值和产品功能树相结合,设计出一款方便用户使用的鞋子清洗产品。整体上实现从需求到功能再到具体产品设计的理论探索,以及洗鞋机从原理、外观、结构等方面的可行性验证,完成从理论到实践的具体性要求。FAST-FAHP理论模式和产品具体设计的结合,有利于设计师在具体产品设计中针对大量的用户需求寻求设计侧重点,从而帮助设计师在实际设计中更加科学、有效地进行设计活动。

以“莓香”番茄为试验材料,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、自发气调包装(MAP)和1-甲基环丙烯结合自发气调包装(1-MCP+MAP)处理对番茄贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比, 1-MCP和MAP处理均可有效保持番茄的贮藏期品质,其中1-MCP+MAP处理能更显著地降低番茄失重率,可有效抑制硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)、维生素C含量、叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量的下降,延缓番茄红素含量的上升,从而维持番茄果实贮藏期间的品质。1-MCP+MAP处理在贮藏至第20天时其失重率仅为11.78%,硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)、维生素C含量、叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量分别比对照高50.5%, 16.3%, 14.4%, 14.4%, 102.4%和58.8%,番茄红素含量比对照低30.5%。

Mitochondria undergo fission and fusion that are critical for cell survival and cancer development, while the regulatory factors for mitochondrial dynamics remain elusive. Herein we found that RNA m6A accelerated mitochondria fusion of colorectal cancer（CRC） cells. Metabolomics analysis and function studies indicated that m6A triggered the generation of glutathione（GSH） via the upregulation of RRM2B——a p53-inducible ribonucleotide reductase subunit with anti-reactive oxygen species potential. This in turn resulted in the mitochondria fusion of CRC cells. Mechanistically, m6A methylation of A1240 at 3 UTR of RRM2B increased its m RNA stability via binding with IGF2BP2. Similarly, m6A methylation of A2212 at the coding sequence（CDS） of OPA1——an essential GTPase protein for mitochondrial inner membrane fusion——also increased m RNA stability and triggered mitochondria fusion. Targeting m6A through the methyltransferase inhibitor STM2457 or the dm6ACRISPR system significantly suppressed mitochondria fusion. In vivo and clinical data confirmed the positive roles of the m6A/mitochondrial dynamics in tumor growth and CRC progression. Collectively, m6A promoted mitochondria fusion via induction of GSH synthesis and OPA1 expression, which facilitated cancer cell growth and CRC development.

针对人工势场法(APF)在避开靠近目标的障碍物时效率低下,易陷入局部极值等问题,提出一种利用强化学习(RL)优化人工势场法的RL-APF避障算法。首先,设计了距离强化因子(DRF)和力强化因子(FRF),通过DRF和FRF将强化学习的奖励功能分解成两部分,当机器人离障碍物太近时,DRF会被激活,而当碰撞发生时,FRF被激活;其次,RL-APF算法通过迭代搜索最佳强化因子的值,以摆脱障碍物并到达目标。实验结果表明,RL-APF算法在简单及复杂环境下各项指标得到不同程度提升,RL-APF算法避障性能优于对比的其他算法,验证了该算法的实用性。

Parallel Physics-Informed Neural Networks Method with Regularization Strategies for the Forward-Inverse Problems of the Variable Coefficient Modified KdV Equation

This paper mainly introduces the parallel physics-informed neural networks(PPINNs)method with regularization strategies to solve the data-driven forward-inverse problems of the variable coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries(VC-MKdV)equation.For the forward problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the authors use the traditional PINN method to obtain satisfactory data-driven soliton solutions and provide a detailed analysis of the impact of network width and depth on solving accuracy and speed.Furthermore,the author finds that the traditional PINN method outperforms the one with locally adaptive activation functions in solving the data-driven forward problems of the VC-MKdV equation.As for the data-driven inverse problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the author introduces a parallel neural networks to separately train the solution function and coefficient function,successfully addressing the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation.To further enhance the network’s generalization ability and noise robustness,the author incorporates two regularization strategies into the PPINNs.An amount of numerical experimental data in this paper demonstrates that the PPINNs method can effectively address the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation,and the inclusion of appropriate regularization strategies in the PPINNs can improves its performance.
