Chromatographic substrate material,as a carrier of chromatographic stationary phases,plays a vital role in defining its chromatographic characteristics,including column efficiency,stability,peak capacity and so on.In recent years,superficially porous silica(SPS)was widely valued for its excellent performance in improving the column efficiency due to its special structural properties,which was considered as a real substitute for fully porous SiO_(2)(FPS)and had been used to develop a new generation of highly efficient stationary phase.To help researchers better understand the SPS and further promote its application and development in the field of chromatography,the rapid separation mechanism,preparation method and its applications in the rapid separation and analysis of enantiomers were systematically introduced,and the development prospects of SPS were also prospected in this paper.

Low-melting-point alloys have the advantages of good biocompatibility, plasticity, and near-bone mechanical strength, making them suitable as bone defect-filling materials for direct injection into defective bone sites. However, using low-melting-point alloys for orthopedic implants poses the challenge of causing thermal damage to the surrounding bone tissue during injection. In this study, a thermosensitive hydrogel is prepared and synergistically injected into the bone defect site with BiInSn. BiInSn solidifies and releases heat during injection, while the thermosensitive hydrogel absorbs heat and transforms into a gel state,encapsulating BiInSn. Therefore, the surrounding bone tissue is effectively protected from thermal damage. When BiInSn and the thermosensitive hydrogel were injected synergistically, in vitro thermal experiments revealed that the maximum temperature of the surrounding bone tissue reached 42°C. This temperature is below the 47°C threshold, which causes permanent damage to bone tissues. In vivo experiments demonstrated that rats in the BiInSn-thermosensitive hydrogel group exhibited better recovery at the bone defect sites. These results suggest that the synergistic injection of Bi-based alloy and thermosensitive hydrogel is beneficial in reducing thermal damage to bone tissue, guiding bone tissue growth, and effectively facilitating the repair of bone defects.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)are a new kind of crystalline porous materials composed of organic molecules connected by covalent bonds,processes the characteristics of low density,large specific surface area,adjustable pore size and structure,and easy to functionalize,which have been widely used in the field of membrane separation technology.Recently,there are more and more researches focusing on the preparation methods,separation application,and mechanism of COF membranes,which need to be further summarized and compared.In this review,we primarily summarized several conventional preparation methods,such as two-phase interfacial polymerization,in-situ growth on substrate,unidirectional diffusion method,layer-by-layer assembly method,mixed matrix membranes,and so on.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are briefly summarized.The application potential of COF membrane in liquid separation are introduced from four aspects:dyeing wastewater treatment,heavy metal removal,seawater desalination and oil-water separation.Then,the mechanisms including pore structure,hydrophilic/hydrophobic,electrostatic repulsion/attraction and Donnan effect are introduced.For the efficient removal of different kind of pollutions,researchers can select different ligands to construct membranes with specific pore size,hydrophily,salt or organic rejection ability and functional group.The ideas for the design and preparation of COF membranes are introduced.Finally,the future direction and challenges of the next generation of COF membranes in the field of separation are prospected.

了解中国小微跨境电商企业竞争情报应用情况,可以此为基础研究中国小微跨境电商企业竞争情报应用影响因素,为小微跨境电商企业有效开展竞争情报应用提供参考意见。对筛选后的研究文献进行了扎根理论研究,通过开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码等过程提取了范畴,对编码结果进行了理论饱和度检验,并根据扎根结论构建了影响因素模型,基于研究结果,指出在战略环境层、企业经营层、交易保障层3个层次下对小微跨境电商企业竞争情报应用具有显著影响的5个因素,包括企业竞争情报特性、企业竞争情报应用成本、企业竞争情报应用收益、企业内部环境及企业外部环境。

Efficient translation mediated by the 5'untranslated region(5'UTR)is essential for the robust efficacy of mRNA vaccines.However,the N1-methyl-pseudouridine(m1)modification of mRNA can impact the translation efficiency of the 5'UTR.We discovered that the optimal 5'UTR for m1y-modified mRNA(m1y-5'UTR)differs significantly from its unmodified counterpart,high-lighting the need for a specialized tool for designing mly-5'UTRs rather than directly utilizing high-expression endogenous gene 5'UTRs.In response,we developed a novel machine learning-based tool,Smart5UTR,which employs a deep generative model to identify superior m1y-5'UTRs in silico.The tailored loss function and network architecture enable Smart5UTR to overcome limitations inherent in existing models.As a result,Smart5UTR can successfully design superior 5'UTRs,greatly benefiting mRNA vaccine development.Notably,Smart5UTR-designed superior 5'UTRs significantly enhanced antibody titers induced by COVID-19 mRNA vaccines against the Delta and Omicron variants of SARS-CoV-2,surpassing the performance of vaccines using high-expression endogenous gene 5'UTRs.

Methane chemistry is one of the“Holy Grails of catalysis”.It is highly desirable but challenge to transform methane into value-added chemicals,because of its high C-H bonding energy(435 kJ/mol),lack ofπbonding or unpaired electrons.Currently,commercial methane conversion is usually carried out in harsh conditions with enormous energy input.Photocatalytic partial oxidation of methane to liquid oxygenates(PPOMO)is a future-oriented technology towards realizing high efficiency and high selectivity under mild conditions.The selection of oxidant is crucial to the PPOMO performance.Hence,attentions are paid to the research progress of PPOMO with various oxidants(O_(2),H_(2)O,H_(2)O_(2)and other oxidants).Moreover,the activation of the selected oxidants is also highly emphasized.Meanwhile,we summarized the methane activation mechanisms focusing on the C-H bond that was broken mainly by·OH radical,O-specie or photogenerated hole(h+).Finally,the challenges and prospects in this subject are briefly discussed.

Objective:To explore the value of using the venous-arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference and the arterial-venous oxygen content difference ratio(ΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2))as targets to guide early tissue hypoperfusion in sepsis in plateau areas.Methods:90 sepsis patients admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Xining and Golmud People’s Hospital from June 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the Scv_(O2)(central venous oxygen saturation)group and theΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)group,with 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with early shock resuscitation according to different protocols.The hemodynamic characteristics of the two groups of patients before and after resuscitation were observed,and the volume responsiveness was evaluated.The ROC(receiver operating characteristic)curve was used to analyze the significance ofΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2),Scv_(O2),lactate,lactate clearance,and urine output in evaluating patient prognosis and the correlation betweenΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)and the above indicators was explored.Results:Compared with before resuscitation,after fluid resuscitation,the heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),cardiac index(CI),lactate,lactate clearance rate,and urine output of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05);in terms of therapeutic effect,the 28-day mortality rate,6-hour fluid balance,and lactic acid clearance of theΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)group were better than the Scv_(O2)group.The ROC characteristic curve showed that theΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)value can effectively predict the prognosis of patients(AUC=0.907,sensitivity was 97%,specificity was 72.4%,and critical value was 1.84).ΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)significantly correlated with Scv_(O2),lactic acid,and lactic acid clearance rate.Conclusion:TheΔP_(CO2)/Ca-v_(O2)value can be used to guide fluid resuscitation in early hypoperfusion in sepsis in plateau areas,improve patients’hemodynamics,reduce lactate indicators,and increase urine output.ΔP_(CO2)/

由于认识论和本体论两方面的原因,存在其成员数可增加的集合,这就是开放集合(OpenSet);又由于认知能力的局限性,认知主体(人或机器)无法枚举开放集合的所有成员。因此,在最基本的集合层面上,认知主体对其研究对象处于部分无知状态。为了描述主体知识的不完全性,提供不完全知识的表达与处理方法,文章从分析认知能力出发,修改了传统的集合定义方式,由此建立了基于性质和可断定性的真值条件理论,从而克服了集合的开放性造成的表达语句含义与真值方面的困难。文章还根据开放类的特征,提出了开放世界假设;在该预设和真值条件理论的基础上,提出和证明了一个独特的非规范3-值否定联结词真值函项;同时,提出和证明了蕴涵联结词真值函项,它们刻画了开放类的逻辑学和集合论特征。最后,在上述真值函项的基础上,文章给出了基于开放世界假设的3-值语句演算系统SLO及其形式语义理论,证明了它的有效性,一致性和完全性。
