The manipulation of fast,unidirectional motion for large droplets shows important applications in the fields of fog collection and biochemical reactions.However,driving large droplets(>5μL)to move directionally and quickly remains challenging due to the nonnegligible volume force.Herein,we fabricated a scalable,bionic peristome substrate with a microcavity width of 180μm using a 3D printing method,which could unidirectionally drive a large water droplet(~8μL)at a speed reaching 12.5 mm/s by temperature-responsive wettability.The substrate surface was grafted with PNIPAAm,which could reversibly change its wettability in response to temperature,thereby enabling a temperature-responsive smart surface that could regulate droplet movement in real-time by changing the temperature.A series of temperature-responsive smart patterns were designed to induce water transport along specific paths to further realize controllable droplet motion with the antibacterial treatment of predesignated areas.The ability to achieve temperature-responsive unidirectional motion and dynamic control of droplet movement could allow programmable fluidic biosensors and precision medical devices.

In this paper,we introduce the dissipative spectral methods(DSM)for the first order linear hyperbolic equations in one dimension.Specifically,we consider the Fourier DSM for periodic problems and the Legendre DSM for equations with the Dirichlet boundary condition.The error estimates of the methods are shown to be quasioptimal for variable-coefficients equations.Numerical results are given to verify high accuracy of the DSM and to compare the proposed schemes with some high performance methods,showing some superiority in long-term integration for the periodic case and in dealing with limited smoothness near or at the boundary for the Dirichlet case.

体声波(bulk acoustic wave,BAW)作为一种典型的声场操控方法,能够实现微颗粒三维方向上的直接排列,并因其优良的生物兼容性,在微小生物目标图案化排列方面展示出巨大的应用潜力.在组织工程和生物3D打印等相关应用领域中,微颗粒图案化排列的效率是最终成型质量的关键因素.尽管已有对图案化排列过程中微粒运动的理论描述,但由于微尺度下无法实施高精度测量,难以构建准确可靠的仿真模型,因此影响图案化排列效率的具体因素尚不明确.为了探究影响图案化排列效率的主要因素及其特征,本研究设计并构建了一套可视化实验平台.通过显微视觉系统,精确观察了BAW作用下微颗粒的运动行为以及单个微颗粒的状态变化,分析了压电陶瓷换能器驱动电压、悬浮液浓度、颗粒尺寸和液体黏度对排列时间的影响规律.结果表明,在特定范围内,微球悬浮液浓度的增加会导致排列时间略微延长,然而这种差异并不显著;对于直径范围在10~100μm之间的微球,其尺寸的增大有助于提高排列效率;相较于其他参数,液体黏度对排列效率的影响最为显著.本研究为基于BAW实现微颗粒图案化研究及相关应用提供了重要数据和设计指导,有助于推动生物医学和材料科学等相关领域的发展.

The ternary strategy for incorporating multiple photon-sensitive components into a single junction has emerged as an effective method for optimizing the nanoscale morphology and improving the device performance of organic solar cells （OSCs）.In this study,efficient and stable ternary OSCs were achieved by introducing the small-molecule dye （5E,5＆#39;E）-5,5＆#39;-（4＆#39;,4″-（1,2-diphenylethene-1,2-diyl）bis（biphenyl-4＆#39;,4-diyl））bis（methan-1-yl-1-ylidene）bis（3-ethyl-2-thioxothia zolidin-4-one）（BTPERn） into poly[4,8-bis（5-（2-ethylhexyl）thiophen-2-yl）benzo[1,2-b：4,5-b＆#39;]dithiopheneco-3-fluorothieno[3,4-b]thiophene-2-carboxylate] （PTB7-Th）：[6,6]-phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester （PC71BM） blend films processed using a 1,8-diiodooctane （DIO）-free solvent.The incorporation of BTPE-Rn enhanced the short-circuit current density and fill factor of the ternary OSCs compared with those of binary OSCs.An investigation of the optical,electronic,and morphological properties of the ternary blends indicated that the third component of BTPE-Rn not only promoted the photon utilization of blends through the energy-transfer process but also improved the electron mobility of the blends owing to the fullerene-rich nanophase optimization.More importantly,this ternary strategy of utilizing a small-molecule dye to replace the photounstable DIO additive enhanced the operational stability of the OSCs.

A series of low band gap terpolymers based on 4,8-bis（5-（2-ethylhexyl）thiophen-2-yl）benzo[l,2-b：4,5- b＇]dithiophene （BDTr） and diketopyrrolopyrrole （DPP） with varied solubilizing groups （i.e., tert- butoxycarbonyl, t-Boc and 2-octyldodecyl） are developed as electron donors for bulk heterojunction （BHJ） polymer solar cells （PSCs）. The results reveal that the one with 50% t-Boc concentration （P3） performs better than the other terpolymers used in this study in conventional PSC devices with a power conversion efficiency of 2.92%.

已有生产线上对于合金材料为淬火后的20CrMnMo的工件冷装工艺仍以经验工艺参数为指导,导致冷装工艺装备缺乏系统性设计方法,亟需揭示装配工件温度和变形量的时变规律。文章通过实验研究了淬火后的20CrMnMo材料的低温热物性,以此为基础,研究了几种典型工件在冷装配工艺流程中的温度和变形量随时间的变化行为。结果显示,相同工况下,工件温度变化率和形变速率都随工件尺寸增加而增大;通过实验验证了工件温度及变形的时变规律,模拟结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性。根据工件的加工误差和装配精度要求,实现冷装工艺装配时间的精准预测,研究结果将为材料热物性研究和冷装工艺关键参数的精准设定提供理论依据。

Application of Fractal Theory in Brick-Concrete Structural Health Monitoring

In order to monitor and forecast the deformation of the brick-concrete building, by taking a brick-concrete building as research object, fiber grating sensors were used to collect the monitoring data and double logarithmic curve of limit value characteristic and monitoring data were obtained based on the fractal theory. Constant dimension fractal method cannot be used to analyze the data directly. With the method of variable dimension fractal, we accumulate data, and the double logarithmic curve is smooth. Piecewise fractal dimensions are close. The outer interpolation method is used to calculate the fractal dimension of the next point and then back calculate the vertical displacement. The relative errors are calculated by comparing the forecast values and monitoring values, and the maximum relative error is 5.76%. The result shows that the fractal theory is suitable to use in the forecast of the deformation and the accuracy is good.

目的探讨胸腔内注射凝血酶、引流管悬吊联合治疗难治性气胸的临床疗效,并观察该治疗方案对患者漏口闭合时间、发热发生率的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年6月至2022年6月医院106例难治性气胸患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组53例与研究组53例,对照组采用胸腔内注射凝血酶+常规胸腔闭式引流治疗,研究组采用胸腔内注射凝血酶+引流管悬吊治疗,观察2组临床疗效、留管时间、漏口闭合时间、住院时间、并发症(发热、胸膜粘连、纵隔气肿),对比2组治疗前、后肺功能指标[肺活量(VC)、残气量(RV)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)、肺总量(TLC)]、血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))]、6 min行走试验(6MWT)、Borg呼吸困难指数。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组留管时间、漏口闭合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组VC、RV、DLCO、TLC高于治疗前,且与对照组相比,研究组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于治疗前,PaCO_(2)、Borg呼吸困难指数低于治疗前,6MWT长于治疗前,且与对照组相比,研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论胸腔内注射凝血酶联合引流管悬吊治疗难治性气胸效果显著,可改善患者肺功能指标、血气指标,减轻呼吸困难症状,提高运动耐量,缩短恢复时间,且不会增加并发症。

Twisted Integration of Complex Oxide Magnetoelectric Heterostructures via Water‑Etching and Transfer Process

Manipulating strain mode and degree that can be applied to epitaxial complex oxide thin films have been a cornerstone of strain engineering.In recent years,lift-off and transfer technology of the epitaxial oxide thin films have been developed that enabled the integration of heterostructures without the limitation of material types and crystal orientations.Moreover,twisted integration would provide a more interesting strategy in artificial magnetoelectric heterostructures.A specific twist angle between the ferroelectric and ferromagnetic oxide layers corresponds to the distinct strain regulation modes in the magnetoelectric coupling process,which could provide some insight in to the physical phenomena.In this work,the La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3)(001)/0.7Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.3PbTiO_(3)(011)(LSMO/PMN-PT)heterostructures with 45.and 0.twist angles were assembled via water-etching and transfer process.The transferred LSMO films exhibit a fourfold magnetic anisotropy with easy axis along LSMO.A coexistence of uniaxial and fourfold magnetic anisotropy with LSMO[110]easy axis is observed for the 45°Sample by applying a 7.2 kV cm^(−1)electrical field,significantly different from a uniaxial anisotropy with LSMO[100]easy axis for the 0°Sample.The fitting of the ferromagnetic resonance field reveals that the strain coupling generated by the 45°twist angle causes different lattice distortion of LSMO,thereby enhancing both the fourfold and uniaxial anisotropy.This work confirms the twisting degrees of freedom for magnetoelectric coupling and opens opportunities for fabricating artificial magnetoelectric heterostructures.
