To study the precipitation mechanism of α-Cr phase in Inconel 718 alloy, the samples after long-time aging at 650 and 677℃ were examined by microstructural observations and chemical phase analysis methods. Combining the thermodynamics and kinetics calculation results, α-Cr always precipitates in the vicinity of δ phase, because δ phase rejects Cr into the γ-matrix when growing. The selected area diffraction patterns confirm that the crystallographic relationships of α-Cr with 6 phase are （010）d/（1- 10）*** and [100]d/If 11 ]α-Cr- A graphic model is also presented to show the crystallographic relation between α-Cr and δ phases.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

The reaction dynamics of exotic nuclei near the drip line is one of the main research topics of current *** scattering is a useful probe for investigating the size and surface diffuseness of exotic *** development of rare isotope accelerators offers opportunities for such *** date,many relevant measurements have been performed at accelerators using the projectile fragmentation technique,while the measurements at accelerators using isotope separator on-line(ISOL)systems are still quite *** this work,we present the first proof-of-principle experiment with a post-accelerated ISOL beam at the Beijing Radioactive Ion Beam Facility(BRIF)by measuring the angular distribution of elastic scattering for the stable nucleus^(23)Na from the doubly magic nucleus^(40)Ca at energies above the Coulomb *** angular distribution measured by a silicon strip detector array in a scattering chamber using the ISOL beam at BRIF is in good agreement with that measured by the high-precision Q3 D magnetic spectrograph using the nonISOL beam at nearly the same *** work provides useful background for making BRIF a powerful tool for the investigation of the reaction dynamics of exotic nuclei.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainxis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

The jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.

目的了解国内ICU收治患者的营养治疗实施状况。方法对国内116家医院的118个ICU内的患者进行营养治疗实施状况的横断面调查。以2017年4月26日0时所有在ICU内治疗的患者为调查对象,收集患者基本信息、2017年4月25日(即调查日)的营养实施和胃肠道耐受情况,以及患者的28 d临床转归情况。结果调查共收集病例1953例,女631例(32.4%),男1306例(66.9%),缺失16例(0.7%);年龄(64.1±19.3)岁(1950例)。患者GCS、SOFA和APACHEⅡ评分分别为(10.76±4.35)分(1749例)、(5.65±3.52)分(1783例)、(17.14±7.31)分(1792例)。28 d临床转归存活1483例(75.9%),死亡312例(16.0%),失访+缺失158例(8.1%)。除身高和体重(P=0.000)外,男性与女性患者在年龄、病情严重程度及28 d临床转归等方面差异均无统计学意义。1953例患者中,胃肠功能评估为正常或轻度损害占73.7%(1440例),中-重度损害占10.8%(210例),衰竭占1.7%(33例),13.2%(258例)的患者未做评估。截至调查日,69.4%(1356例)的患者已启动肠内营养(EN),36.4%(711例)的患者已启动肠外营养(PN)。调查日有营养摄入的患者1720例(88.1%)。1953例患者中明确有恶心、呕吐反流、误吸、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻(大便次数≥3次/d且量≥500 ml/d)等胃肠道不耐受表现的分别占总人数的4.8%(93例)、5.4%(105例)、0.9%(17例)、8.7%(170例)、27.5%(538例)和4.3%(84例)。在1270例使用EN的病例中,明确存在恶心、呕吐反流、误吸、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻等不耐受症状的分别占3.2%(40例)、4.3%(54例)、0.8%(10例)、4.4%(56例)、26.9%(341例)和5.4%(69例)。入ICU后24 h内开始EN治疗的患者占22.4%(437/1953),48 h内开始的占38.6%(754/1953),72 h内开始的占46.6%(911/1953)。患者入ICU后3 d总热卡(EN+PN非蛋白热卡)达标率为12.9%(78/607),7 d总热卡达标率为18.7%(189/1010),14 d总热卡的达标率为23.0%(305/1325)。入ICU后3、7、14 dEN达标率分别为9.9%(60/607)、15.0%(151/1010)和18.6%(246/1325)。结论目前我国ICU内的绝大多数患者均接受了营养治疗,其中EN的使用率明显高于PN;但EN的开始时间和达标情况仍不理想,且实施营养治疗时未能体现个体化差异,营养治疗的细节仍需要提高。
