BACKGROUND Healthcare workers(HCWs)are at increased risk of contracting coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)as well as worsening mental health problems and *** problems can persist for a long period,even after the ***,less is known about this *** To analyze mental health,insomnia problems,and their influencing factors in HCWs after the COVID-19 *** This multicenter cross-sectional,hospital-based study was conducted from June 1,2023 to June 30,2023,which was a half-year after the end of the COVID-19 ***-stratified population-based cluster sampling was applied at the provincial level for Chinese *** such as anxiety,depression,and insomnia were evaluated by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Insomnia Severity *** influencing the symptoms were identified by multivariable logistic *** A total of 2000 participants were invited,for a response rate of 70.6%.A total of 1412 HCWs[618(43.8%)doctors,583(41.3%)nurses and 211(14.9%)nonfrontline],254(18.0%),231(16.4%),and 289(20.5%)had symptoms of anxiety,depression,and insomnia,respectively;severe symptoms were found in 58(4.1%),49(3.5%),and 111(7.9%)of the ***,female sex,and hospitalization for COVID-19 were risk factors for anxiety,depression,and insomnia symptoms;moreover,death from family or friends was a risk factor for insomnia *** the COVID-19 outbreak,most[1086(76.9%)]of the participating HCWs received psychological interventions,while nearly all[994(70.4%)]of them had received public psychological *** 102(7.2%)of the HCWs received individual counseling from *** Although the mental health and sleep problems of HCWs were relieved after the COVID-19 pandemic,they still faced challenges and greater risks than did the general *** risk factors would help in providing targeted *** addition,although a major proportion of

Comprehensive Properties of 400 MPa Grade Corrosion-Resistant Rebar

The corrosion resistance of the developed 400 MPa grade rebar was evaluated by a series of experiments, including cycles of corrosion-accelerating tests in the simulated concrete pore solution and reinforced concrete cube corrosion-accelerating tests and in situ exposure experiments in chloride ions condition. In addition, the tensile and bending properties and the connection adaptability of the developed rebar were investigated. The results verify that the comprehensive properties of the corrosion-resistant rebar are excellent. The tensile and bending properties of the rebar are up to the standard of GB1499-2007. The common welding method and the mechanical connection technology of knob-cut roiled parallel thread splicing are suitable for the rebar.

Structure and electrochemical properties of La_(1-x)Mg_(x)Ni_(2.8)Co_(0.4)Mn_(0.1)Al_(0.2)(x=0.25,0.30,0.33)hydrogen storage alloys

La_(1-x)Mg_(x)Ni_(2.8)Co_(0.4)Mn_(0.1)Al_(0.2)(x=0.25,0.30,0.33)alloys were prepared by induction melting followed by annealing treatments(1,073 K)for 10 *** structure and electrochemical properties of La_(1-x)Mg_(x)Ni_(2.8)Co_(0.4)Mn_(0.1)Al_(0.2)(x=0.25,0.30,0.33)hydrogen storage alloys were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and electrochemical measurement *** results reveal that all the alloys mainly consist of LaNi5 phase and La2 Ni7 *** electrochemical experiments demonstrate that the substitution of Mg for La can increase the maximum discharge capacity and improve the high-rate dischargeability of the alloy *** high-rate dischargeability of alloy electrodes increases from 39.4%to63.1%with x increasing from 0.25 to 0.33 at discharge current density of 1,500 mA·g^(-1).However,the addition of Mg reduces the cycling stability of the ***,the results obtained from the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and linear polarization measurements show that the hydriding kinetics on the hydrogen storage alloys are controlled by charge-transfer step.

Percutaneous intraductal radiofrequency ablation for treatment of biliary stent occlusion: A preliminary result

AIM To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of a novel application of percutaneous intraductal radiofrequency (RF) for the treatment of biliary stent obstruction. METHODS We specifically report a retrospective study presenting the results of percutaneous intraductal RF in patients with biliary stent occlusion. A total of 43 cases involving biliary stent obstruction were treated by placing an EndoHPB catheter and percutaneous intraductal RF was performed to clean stents. The stent patency was evaluated by cholangiography and follow-up by contrast enhanced computed tomography or ultrasound after the removal of the drainage catheter. RESULTS Following the procedures, of the 43 patients, 40 survived and 3 died with a median survival of 80.5 (range: 30-243) d. One patient was lost to followup. One patient had the stent patent at the time of last follow-up. Two patients with stent blockage at 35 d and 44 d after procedure underwent percutaneous transhepatic drain insertion only. The levels of bilirubin before and after the procedure were 128 +/- 65 mu mol/L and 63 +/- 29 mu mol/L, respectively. There were no related complications (haemorrhage, bile duct perforation, bile leak or pancreatitis) and all patients' stent patency was confirmed by cholangiography after the procedure, with a median patency time of 107 (range: 12-180) d. CONCLUSION This preliminary clinical study demonstrated that percutaneous intraductal RF is safe and effective for the treatment of biliary stent obstruction, increasing the duration of stent patency, although randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the effectiveness of this approach.

Preliminary application of 3D-printed coplanar template for iodine-125 seed implantation therapy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer

AIM To evaluate a 3 D-printed coplanar template for iodine-125 seed implantation therapy in patients with pancreatic cancer. METHODS A retrospective analysis of our database was performed, and a total of 25 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent iodine-125 seed implantation between January 2014 and November 2017 were analyzed. Of these, 12 implantations were assisted by a 3 D-printed coplanar template(group A), and 13 implantations performed freehand were selected as a control group(group B). A 3 D coplanar template was designed and printed according to a preoperative CT scan and treatment planning system. The iodine-125 seeds were then implanted using the template as a guide. Dosimetric verification was performed after implantation. Pre-and postoperative D90, V100, and V150 were calculated. The success rate of iodine-125 seed implantation, dosimetric parameters, and complications were analyzed and compared between the two *** Iodine-125 seed implantation was successfully performed in both groups. In group A, the median pre-and postoperative D90 values were 155.32 ± 8.05 Gy and 154.82 ± 16.43 Gy, respectively; the difference between these values was minimal and not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Postoperative V100 and V150 were 91.05% ± 4.06% and 64.54% ± 13.40%, respectively, which met the treatment requirement. A better dosimetric parameter was observed in group A than in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(V100: 91.05% ± 4.06% vs 72.91% ± 13.78%, P < 0.05). No major procedure-related complications were observed in either group. For group A, mild hemorrhage was observed in 1 patient with a peritoneal local hematoma due to mesenteric vein damage from the iodine-125 seed implantation needle. The hematoma resolved spontaneously without treatment. The Adsorption Behavior of Lithium Cationon Polyacene and Its Influenceon Conductive Property

he adsorption beliavior of lithium cation (Li￣+) on the surface of polyacenesemiconductor (PAS) molecule was investigated using quantum chemistry MNDOand CNDO/2 methods. There are two stable adsorption sites of Li￣+ over C=Cbond and benzene ring center of PAS. In the second site, adsorption energy is larg-er. Lithium adsorbed at other sites can easily migrate towards the two sites. Thecalculation of EHMO-CO energy band structures indicated that after lithium wasadsorbed at other different sites on the surface of PAS, the energy gap of the sys-tem had a little increase in most cases , but when Li￣+ was adsorbed at the hole site ,the energy gap had a little decrease, which is in favor of furtlier improvement ofconductive property. As an electrode material , the hole site may be the best site ofLi￣+ being adsorbed and desorbed.
